The room was very clean and comfortable. The service was great! The staff at check-in spoke English very well and so did the bartender, James. I stayed awhile at the bar with my husband to grab a drink to share and James was so very helpful and efficient with our services. This is not a 4 star hotel. Worst food I’ve ever seen. There is nothing edible in the breakfast buffet unless you are into cold cheap crap! Also the spa was closed the entire time. Disappointed… at least it’s nice inside and rooms are decent. Defo find somewhere else to stay.

However, I want to highlight that I am very pleased with Ra Chida’s service. She made me feel safe and provided excellent service. The manager and staff at this hotel were excellent. I would like to mention Gracia who was exceptionally helpful on check in. The room was very clean and a good size. The bed very comfortable and well needed after a long days drive. Hot and cold food was offered at breakfast and was well worth the price.

Friendly staff, we checked in earlier without any problems, for which I thank you very much, a great room with all amenities, quiet and cozy, and also on the ground floor there is everything you need for a comfortable stay. There is a shopping mall relatively nearby.

This is a very good option for tourists seeking an affordable accommodation with good public transportation connections to Verona’s old city center. The rooms are comfortable, although the beds moving can be a bit noisy even from neighboring rooms. The breakfast is decent but it could be improved, not included in the room charge, the service is impecable.

Staff were so friendly and I had a really good time chatting with them. Since I went with my friend who was under 18 they were so respectful in asking her parents permissions and recommended us all the best places to go. I’ve been visiting this hotel for many years, always the same high standard, clean, good location, good service, perfect three star hotel, highly recommended!

Located outside main city so have to use public transport, plenty during day but sparce of an evening so need to plan your return journey well or walk from a bus stop (doesn't apply if have a car or getaway taxi) Breakfast was good choice and had soy milk available. Staff were very helpful and gave taxi details to help one of our party arriving late from the airport.

The shower head was broken, the sunshade curtains could not be opened, the lighting in the room was not bright enough, and the soundproofing was not very good, but the mattress and bedding were very comfortable, and the room was large and clean.

Very sweet hotel. Every room has a balcony of course. A short walk to every sight to be seen. Our friends on the other side of the hotel could hear the concert at the arena but we were not disturbed on our side. The breakfast was amazing. The air conditioning seemed to work better than in our previous hotels which were grander but older.

This hotel is in an outstanding location to visit the city. The rooms are clean and the beds comfortable. The breakfast served is ample and lots of choice. It is located right next to the Piazza Bra where really nice restaurants are literally on the doorstep. The staff (without exception) were lovely. I really couldn't find any fault with our visit. Overall a nice little hotel, unfortunately our room was to the side of the very loud street, and even with closed windows and shutters it was insanely loud and catching some sleep is nearly impossible. Staff couldn’t help us by providing earplugs and didn’t offer to change the room.

Facilities are in good standards, our only concern was the heating system, as the room we stayed in was too hot for comfort and could not control the heating, so opening the windows meant hearing noise from the outside and near-by trains traffic!
