The room I stayed in was tastefully decorated — the headboard of the bed immediately attracted attention, striking but elegant, with paintings seemingly telling romantic tales of the city’s history; open wardrobe was clever as it made the room seem spacious while leaving plenty of space for hanging clothes and jackets especially on a rainy day

Prominent location with bus stop near by. Within short walking distance to the Arena and old city district of Verona. Room is clean. We enjoy the breakfast with wide selection of Italian food.

There was a complementary mini bar and fresh bottled water that was replenished every day. The breakfast was outstanding. All the staff were lovely and friendly and everyone spoke English

The hotel was situated very close to the centre of Verona with a very short walk to bars, restaurants, and sights. We would 100% stay here again

We didn’t go to the spa since it was 25€ extra but the outside pool was all we needed. The highlight of the hotel is the staff, reception and bar are kind and ready to help

And the next day, our plane was very late but we were able to stay by the pool again, have some drinks etc. Breakfast is standard, it does the job

However, I want to highlight that I am very pleased with Ra Chida’s service. She made me feel safe and provided excellent service. She is probably the only person in Italy who was kind and professional

This hotel should be grateful to have such a staff member. I also want to mention the lovely cleaning lady, who always greeted me with a smile. She was very friendly and welcoming

You can hear your neighbours just having a regular conversation in the next room. Breakfast lacks some fresh vegetable options like tomato and cucumber and if you are vegetarian the salty options are also limited

Staff was super friendly and rooms where clean. Location is not too far from the city center and the bus stop is right next to the hotel. Located on a very busy street and the walls are paper thin

After an exhausting day of work I stayed in this hotel about 5 minutes from the Verona Est motorway exit

The hotel was a little bit old, which showed on the elevators and furniture, but the staff made up for it in good service. Our reservation also had the wrong address, which made us circle around the block

Our room was small but still acceptable for the location. Small streets leading to the hotel, watch for pedestrians and drive very carefully. Valet style underground parking

Every room has a balcony of course. A short walk to every sight to be seen. Our friends on the other side of the hotel could hear the concert at the arena but we were not disturbed on our side

Great breakfast (cold meats, fruits, cereal, bread, pastries, juice, yogurt) with expresso bar. staff was very friendly and are happy to give recommendations when asked

The professional and pleasant customer service, cleanliness and amazing location were the highlight of our visit. I coordinated wine and snacks in our room and of course, it was already in the room prior to our arrival

Breakfast here is phenomenal, the buffet is large and varied!! The rooms and clean, fresh, and spacious. The location is perfect for visitors as it’s right behind the arena

The hotel is tucked away close to the arena and Bra Plaza. It's about a 15-20 minute walk from the train station. Very close to restaurants, bars, and sights

The staff is very helpful and friendly. The Arena and Castelvecchio are 5 min walking distance. The breakfast is in another bulding but it was not a problem for us. I recommend this hotel, we will definitely come back :)

I wasn't expecting a grand 4 poster bed and whirlpool tub, if I wanted that I would of chosen one of the more expensive rooms. Our room was cute and clean. Yes the bed was by the wall, but I could get out easily enough

If you're lucky you will get it to yourself, like we did. Normally to have this luxury it's €180!!! It has a jacuzzi stream, sauna, tropical showers and a for bath walk. Great hotel, great staff and great location

English was a bit difficult, however, breakfast is breakfast. Double cappaccinos were a wonderful wake up. Scrambled eggs were created French style, smooth and creamy. bacon was local and delicious

This is one of the best hotels in Italia when in comes to money vs what they offer. As you can see in pictures the room is standard, nothing special, but very clean, also the bathroom is kinda smal, but also clean

They didn't come to the room to tell us to leave in the morning, so we were able to eat the breakfast and stay a little bit in the room afterwards. We recommend it for a 1-2 night stay

The hotel has a large parking lot free for guests and there are several buses you can take to Verona. Supermarket 200 m from the hotel if you like packing your own lunch

Also good coffe/ tea/ juice and sweets. The personal at the front desk speaks english, he gave us the map for verona and told us where we can parc the car in the city

The reason why I rated the location a four star is because it is a bit of a commercial area so walking or driving is it doesn’t look great but once you get to the hotel it’s nice

Shower big enough for 2 persons and the bed as it is a double just perfect. Tidy and clean no sign of dust. Price is acceptable taking in to consideration that is 5 min walk from the city center

Only minor gripe was the slightly loud a/c which we asked to get switched off at night so we could sleep, but an early call to reception and it was back on with no issues

Unfortunately, the promise of "all areas wifi" is not upheld - in fact, even in the public areas, wifi is poor and intermittent. Hoteliers need to understand that with wifi, one must do it properly

The rear of this unassuming Albhergo features a quiet and contemporary recluse from the bussling road out front. The rooms are tidy and the staff are lovely

or not at all - one star off for poor wifi. Apart from this, the stay was pleasant, including the modestly priced dinner

When I arrived there with no hope, the staff is really kind and nice to offer me a room, even though the room is not so big or luxury, but definitely clean and comfortable, and the price is good for the emergency demand

Extremely disappointing that there is no air conditioning and we have no option except to have a fan circulating warm air. Our room overlooks a very loud, busy street so our options are to sleep with noise or heat

This is a lovely hotel in a great location. Only 100 yards from Piazza Bra and it's many cafés and restaurants mean you are right in the heart of this compact and vibrant city

We came for a week to see the opera in the arena. Every day our room was cleaned very thoroughly and supplied with fresh towels (which are the softest I have ever used). The staff are friendly and welcoming
