Hotel is a strange location but parking very easy and large quiet rooms that are very well equipped. Beds are incredibly comfortable. Easy access to the Arena and plaza.

Beautiful place, very clean, great breakfast. Watch your bill. Check out was awkward as they tried to charge us more than the rate. They finally agreed to the amount we were originally given.

Breakfast is EXCELLENT with fresh apple and lemon pies and many many more. While you can walk to the historic center after the first day it gets tiring. There is a free shuttle however

I only wished that the shuttle could also make a stop near Porta nuova so that the guests could have more easy access to the railway station and the shuttle to the airport

Reception ladies are always there to help. After returning from a concert in the Arena, we were surprised by a gift in the room. It is really worth staying at this place if you spend several days in beautiful Verona

Very nice hotel with extremely friendly and helpful staff who couldn't have done more to make our trip to Verona a success. Plus it was easy to find and parking was great

Marvelous staff, nice and always willing to help and answer questions. The location is great not far from main attractions in Verona and just near the railway station

Lovely staff that were so great at accommodating our needs. Shower is spacious and good pressure. The bed was huge! And lots of pillows were given

Only thing to complain was there was no tea/coffee facilities in the actual room

Very polite service, clean and comfortable rooms, good beds to sleep, bus stop in front of it to go to the railway station and to the town center, 100 meters by foot to the great Tomasi pastry and 500 meters by foot to the beautiful San Zeno church

Great value, and an enjoyable stroll into the city centre. I would certainly like to come back again, I particularly liked the San Zeno area. Good breakfast, clean room and super bed

Room space was not designed efficiently. Better to remove furniture under the TV and mount TV on the wall. Its difficult to cross the bed. I don't like to use clothes rather than towels

You should serve small towels at the lavatory. You can give simple disposable slippers. Breakfast was very good and also staff are good

The hotel is located in the centre of the city, though i booked late i was welcomed by their friendly staff who were ready to assist, and the rooms were very big ' cos it was actually difficult to get to get a place for my large family

With more than 80 women we had a wonderful stay in Hotel Maxim. The staff was helpful and very friendly. When we arrived in the morning they welcomed us with coffee and a buffet of sweets, rolls, fresh fruit and more

The location is very near to several busstops and the rooms are perfect. The manager was constantly present to see if everything went well with us. I felt very welcome and enjoyed to stay in this hotel

Good hotel for the money. Spacious rooms, good service. If on foot a bit far from the centre. But this is not a problem.

Howerver there were few small flaws. There is only one electric plug in the room (second one is in the bathroom, which is not usefull when you need to charge two phones). Also we got just one big towel for two persons

Very convenient location if you plan to visit the city by bus. The room was modern, clean and the personnel very helpful and friendly. Big parking space, reasonable prices. Overall an excellent choice.

Very nice hotel, located just outside the central area located in a semi industrial area. From the train station, Bus #61 will take you within a 10 minute walk of the hotel. Check in was fast and friendly

The room was typical Ibis, clean comfortable with complimentary wifi, flat screen tv, in room safe. There is a large breakfast room where a huge continental breakfast is served

There is also an outside patio located outside of the breakfast area. All in all a nice stay for the price I would definitely stay here again

Nothing severe, but it could be done better

A nice cozy hotel. The rooms are a little bit older but still clean and nice. For the spontaneous drink in the evening you can find a bar right next to the lobby.

The windows are not sound-proof, so expect some noise by singing night owls. But since it is not right in front of the arena, the noise seems to be quite limited

If you are a non-smoker, you might want to keep the windows closed as well as most rooms will have the window towards the patio which is frequented by smokers. Apart from that very lovely place to stay at

Very clean bathrooms, nice beds, pillows and staff was very hospitable. Close enough to walk to the arena and all major sights in Verona but tucked away from the main roads to relax at night

I have nothing but great things to say about this hotel, from the service to the rooms and the balcony …also the housekeeping was beyond amazing!!! No complaints even the breakfast and dinner was superb! Lots of vegetarian options…Had a wonderful stay

Also, I found it convenient to take a taxi as it not too expensive and very quick to get to the city centre and/or train station

Ample parking and very easy to reach just off the eastern highway passing Verona. Reaching the 'fiera' from here is 20 minutes via the southern ringroad. Reaching parking for the historic center an easy 12 minute drive

Beautiful hotel very convenient for Verona city. Rooms are clean and warm, the hotel is not that expensive, staff is helpful and polite. There is a parking place below the hotel.

You can hear your neighbours just having a regular conversation in the next room. Breakfast lacks some fresh vegetable options like tomato and cucumber and if you are vegetarian the salty options are also limited

Staff was super friendly and rooms where clean. Location is not too far from the city center and the bus stop is right next to the hotel. Located on a very busy street and the walls are paper thin

Spa is not included in the price and is pretty small

Rooms were clean but there was obviously some known issue with sewage smell from the drain in the shower, since every day there was a little towel covering the drain

The hotel was a little bit old, which showed on the elevators and furniture, but the staff made up for it in good service. Our reservation also had the wrong address, which made us circle around the block

The hotel staff were all very friendly and helpful, and the receptionists spoke English, which was very helpful for us. The restaurant's dinner service was just okay

The location is good as well just 13 minutes to the town centre and 22 minutes to the main transit station that has fast trains going to all the other major cities

Stayed five nights(EXCLUDING A DRAINAGE ISSUE THAT MADE THE ROOM SMELL A BIT UNPLEASANT ON THE LAST DAY) i must say i had no other issues here

We had a good stay in Best Western Plus Hotel de Capuleti. The staff was really good and they helped us when we had questions about Verona and getting around. The beds were comfortable and the room was clean

Good continental breakfast with a large selection of fresh fruit, teas, and so on. Good location for the fiera zone but it's also near to the centre (4/5 km far). Nice gym zone and swimming pool on the 9th floor

Yes, the rooms were of a standard size with mini bar and everything was clean as well amenities amply provided for. The swimming pool was extremely cold (we later learnt the heating had broken down)

When attempting to take payment it was 4am so I wasn’t awake to approve the payment. Instead of contacting us the front desk at the hotel immediately cancelled the booking meaning the room was almost immediately filled

Update: The hotel have called this morning saying sorry for the booking issue and to re instate the booking, unfortunately we have already sorted out alternate accommodation. Shame because this looks like a nice hotel

Sadly, the Crowne Plaza Hotel in Verona did not live up to our high expectations of a 4 star world class Hotel. It is located in the suburbs of Verona and so troublesome to get into and back from the historic centre

Of course I’m not going to do that for them to just cancel the booking again without contacting me if the payment just rejected because of the banks automatic fraud detection

The hosts were super friendly and helpful. They spoke excellent English and the breakfast serviced was also very good. Would recommend the location for anyone visiting Verona

Great hotel just a short walk from the train station. Amenities are great but the room abnormally large for Europe

The staff were friendly, the rooms were well appointed and a good size, the breakfast was tasty with both hot and cold options, and the coffee machine provided a variety of choices

The air conditioning system in my room didn't seem to be working well however it was the peak of summer time and it wouldn't be fair to compare European a/c systems in historic areas to what we use in the USA

The hotel feels comfortable and clean as well was the room in which I stayed. The rooms are small because the town is ancient. Prices are great and location is central with a helpful and attentive staff

We had one night in the lowest level of room because of availability on the Saturday night, which was indeed pretty small but still very comfortable, clean and new

This hotel offers beautiful sunset views of the city and the amphitheater, especially at sunset time. Cocktails and or dinner are served on the rooftop each evening

This is one of the best hotels in Italia when in comes to money vs what they offer. As you can see in pictures the room is standard, nothing special, but very clean, also the bathroom is kinda smal, but also clean

They have a parking lot in front of the hotel, but it gets crowdy. This is not o problem, since they have also a big parking in the. The breakfast is super good, is not colazione, it's buffet, with actual food

They didn't come to the room to tell us to leave in the morning, so we were able to eat the breakfast and stay a little bit in the room afterwards. We recommend it for a 1-2 night stay

The hotel has a large parking lot free for guests and there are several buses you can take to Verona. Supermarket 200 m from the hotel if you like packing your own lunch

Also good coffe/ tea/ juice and sweets. The personal at the front desk speaks english, he gave us the map for verona and told us where we can parc the car in the city

The staff is extremely helpful. Located close to the trains station which was perfect for out one night stop over in Verona. Rooms are modern and clean and much larger than other similarly priced hotels.

I really enjoyed staying at this hotel. The location was super walkable to the train Station. Amazingly, it was very quiet as well. I did not hear any train noises while sleeping at all

We where stranded here as we missed our last train and Chance to get a Reservation for the night train. The Personal is very very very friendly and the room we got was nice and Clean

The reason why I rated the location a four star is because it is a bit of a commercial area so walking or driving is it doesn’t look great but once you get to the hotel it’s nice

Sole Hotel Verona is a nice comfortable hotel near the train and bus station. The staff was very friendly and the hotel provides breakfast in the mornings between 7 am and 10 am
