Hotel is a strange location but parking very easy and large quiet rooms that are very well equipped. Beds are incredibly comfortable. Easy access to the Arena and plaza.

Beautiful place, very clean, great breakfast. Watch your bill. Check out was awkward as they tried to charge us more than the rate. They finally agreed to the amount we were originally given.

Breakfast is EXCELLENT with fresh apple and lemon pies and many many more. While you can walk to the historic center after the first day it gets tiring. There is a free shuttle however

I only wished that the shuttle could also make a stop near Porta nuova so that the guests could have more easy access to the railway station and the shuttle to the airport

Very nice hotel - recommended! Nice, clean facilities, friendly staff, good breakfast and airco. Reasonable price (99E for 3) in the high season and underground parking (10E) - on street parking possible for free

Lovely staff that were so great at accommodating our needs. Shower is spacious and good pressure. The bed was huge! And lots of pillows were given

Only thing to complain was there was no tea/coffee facilities in the actual room

Family owned hotel with 3 stars, forget about the 3 stars the hotel is minimum 4 stars!!!! Modern, newly build, clean, friendliest staff, super espresso bar and well assorted breakfast - everything top notch and fantastic location with easy access to Lago di Garda or Verona!!!!

Ideal if you are traveling by car, the rooms were beautiful and the bed comfortable. The staff was helpful and nice. The breakfast was good and most of all free parking included.

Really nice hotel, new, stylish, whirlpool outside, rooms with balcony, airconditioned. I enjoyed 5 days on my business trip.

Clean, quant and overall lovely. The hotel is just outside the old city of Verona and it was a great place to stay for the night and we wold do it again.

Good choise in Verona, its not so colse to the centre, but parking in the centre of Verona is quite simple. Hotel staff was really friendly, room was clean and nice, only view from a window nothing special

They have a parking lot in front of the hotel, but it gets crowdy. This is not o problem, since they have also a big parking in the. The breakfast is super good, is not colazione, it's buffet, with actual food

This is one of the best hotels in Italia when in comes to money vs what they offer. As you can see in pictures the room is standard, nothing special, but very clean, also the bathroom is kinda smal, but also clean

They didn't come to the room to tell us to leave in the morning, so we were able to eat the breakfast and stay a little bit in the room afterwards. We recommend it for a 1-2 night stay

The hotel has a large parking lot free for guests and there are several buses you can take to Verona. Supermarket 200 m from the hotel if you like packing your own lunch

Also good coffe/ tea/ juice and sweets. The personal at the front desk speaks english, he gave us the map for verona and told us where we can parc the car in the city

We had a good stay in Best Western Plus Hotel de Capuleti. The staff was really good and they helped us when we had questions about Verona and getting around. The beds were comfortable and the room was clean

Rooms were clean but there was obviously some known issue with sewage smell from the drain in the shower, since every day there was a little towel covering the drain

Breakfast is reach, good choice of warm and cold dishies, delicious fruits and sweets. Good free parking possibilities on the other side of the San Marco street. Arena is 30 minutes walk, via San Zeno (marvelous church)

I stayed here during a workshop I had in Verona. It was very comfortable and close enough to the city center so that I could easily walk. The room had a modern style, like the rest of the hotel. Recommended!

Very clean hotel. The staff was great and really helpful and the breakfast beyond imagination it had everything.i totally recommend it. The city center if you like to walk is around 25-30 minutes

Shower big enough for 2 persons and the bed as it is a double just perfect. Tidy and clean no sign of dust. Price is acceptable taking in to consideration that is 5 min walk from the city center

Pretty good room! Got a parking permit during our stay. Variety of options for breakfast but weren't included in the price for our night. Friendly staff and nice location (7 min. Walking to the arena)

We asked if we could get a different room and were told that none was available but while we were away for dinner, they used a machine to clean up the smell

We did not see how this was done but upon our return the smell of smoke was gone and the room smelled as if it was freshly cleaned up

I was pleased with the new smell but my wife was bothered by it as she has a mild breathing condition and we ended up sleeping with a window slightly open

Quiet hotel situated in a great location, close to the arena and lots of restaurants, with friendly and welcoming staff

Definitely recommend this hotel. The rooms are typically Italian with exposed beams. The bathroom was excellent, especially the shower. The breakfast was also excellent 👌 I couldn't fault anything and would return!

Yes, the rooms were of a standard size with mini bar and everything was clean as well amenities amply provided for. The swimming pool was extremely cold (we later learnt the heating had broken down)

Great night stay during trip through Verona. Staff was welcoming and polite to wife and I and very accommodating traveling with dog. Great food at restaurant for evening meal

Nice hotel with a very comfortable room and helpful staff. Without shuttle to the old town we were dependent on taxi, which costs around 12 euros one way. There is a bus station near by we never gave it a try.

Moreover, the regular al a carte restaurant menu offered so little choice and at vastly inflated prices that we, like most other guests walked to very good nearby restaurants offering far greater choice and at much better prices for the dishes offered

Update: The hotel have called this morning saying sorry for the booking issue and to re instate the booking, unfortunately we have already sorted out alternate accommodation. Shame because this looks like a nice hotel

Stayed here for two nights in June 2022 on our honeymoon. The room was beautiful and overlooked Juliet’s balcony with a private terrace area. Staff were polite and attentive. We will be back!

There is no restaurant in the hotel but the mini-bar is well stocked and free containing beer, sparkling wine water (sparkling and still) and assorted soda pop

Wonderful hotel room, large with amazing lighting touches that we are still finding. Hardwood flooring and wood ceiling supported with 4x6 beams

There is a Marshall blue tooth powered speaker for use in the room which is an awesome thing to find and easy to pair with

Included mini bar was incredibly good quality and the rooms were lovely! Can't wait to come back!!

Then there is Juliet’s balcone just outside our windows which is pretty amazing all by itself

Roberto & Emi , I can not find words to describe how friendly and kind persons they are. Just 10 min walk from this lovely place to Verona old town and its famous bridges

Bit of a pain of a winding road to get there but overall was the perfect place to visit verona. Breakfast was all homemade and tasty and rooms were all quite modern

Absolutely stunning... rooms great and bed so comfortable... the breakfast was fantastic and home cooked and baked.. the hosts are so accommodating

We had the terrace facing the street and the bathroom shared with another girl, but there was no problem as it was very clean

The hotel was a little bit old, which showed on the elevators and furniture, but the staff made up for it in good service. Our reservation also had the wrong address, which made us circle around the block

The hotel staff were all very friendly and helpful, and the receptionists spoke English, which was very helpful for us. The restaurant's dinner service was just okay

The little extras such as the free breakfast and tea in the spa area made the experience very welcoming. Spent more time in the spa than any other hotel. Just round the corner from Juliette's Balcony too

The Hotel is in the center of the city, right in front of the river. Really nice personnel, comfortable and clean room with a giant jacuzzi shower. There are also a Spa and a Gym inside.

Rooms outdates, but we got with balcon so it was really nice. Staff was helpful, breakfast delicious. Would recommend, just a little high price for the hotel with so old rooms and quite far from center

The staff is extremely helpful. Located close to the trains station which was perfect for out one night stop over in Verona. Rooms are modern and clean and much larger than other similarly priced hotels.

We where stranded here as we missed our last train and Chance to get a Reservation for the night train. The Personal is very very very friendly and the room we got was nice and Clean

The reason why I rated the location a four star is because it is a bit of a commercial area so walking or driving is it doesn’t look great but once you get to the hotel it’s nice

Elegant hotel in the center of old Town Verona. The room was comfortable and spacious and quiet. The breqkfast here blew us away - what a beautiful spread. Service was always courteous and helpful

The breakfast that was included in our hotel stay was excellent and the free WiFi was certainly a plus. Added bonus: a welcome drink is provided to guests everyday in the afternoon!
