Where to stay with car in Verona

Seeing the city from above, surrounded by a refined atmosphere... it's priceless!

The selection was basic, no ideas, there was no real spirit and a very small room area. I upset my stomach with either the scrambled eggs or the mushrooms (spent a day in bed to recover) of the breakfast buffet

We had beautifully maintained & clean vintage rooms to a courtyard (no views), the historic details in the rooms were great and appreciated. The bathroom was great in the space available

Each main dish was 40 EUR, which was far too high for nothing special and with missing creativity. At the breakfast buffet, the hotel were letting its guest down

We had dinner at the roof top restaurant, which was extremely overpriced! The food was tasteful, well presented and the service was friendly, but a bit arrogant

We booked in direct contact with the hotel (NO 15% charge to any online booking portal for the hotel), however we did not receive any benefit from this action

I stayed here during a workshop I had in Verona. It was very comfortable and close enough to the city center so that I could easily walk. The room had a modern style, like the rest of the hotel. Recommended!

Breakfast is reach, good choice of warm and cold dishies, delicious fruits and sweets. Good free parking possibilities on the other side of the San Marco street. Arena is 30 minutes walk, via San Zeno (marvelous church)

This could easily be sorted with a door with access controlled through keycard access just like hotel rooms

The only thing as a compensation for poor service - good breakfast, close to the bus stop

Beautiful hotel very convenient for Verona city. Rooms are clean and warm, the hotel is not that expensive, staff is helpful and polite. There is a parking place below the hotel.

Friendly staff who went out of their way to help; I needed two prong plugs with usb they kindly lent us some for the duration of our stay. Breakfast venue and selection excellent

Lovely spacious and very clean room. Mini safe, kettle, fridge, black out curtains, very decent bathroom with toiletries provided (shower gel and liquid hand soap. Very quiet with little noise from outside the room

Nice Hotel , very nice and big rooms, if you don’t have a car , the bus station is near from Hotel but the bus is working approximately tell 20:00 ,after 20:00 there is no bus available, so its will be difficult to come back to hotel at night and at weekends

It is some way from the main city but the 23, 24 and 73 buses will take you all the way to the Castelvecchio and the stop is just across the road from the hotel and a taxi back is 12 euros

We stayed at the Hotel Fiera Verona for two nights, based on a recommendation from friends and it proved to be an excellent base from which to explore Verona

The hotel is very nice, the room was lovely and clean. The staff is very polite and friendly.

All of the staff were lovely people and the service was friendly and very efficient

The Leopardi Hotel was easy to reach from the motorway and as I am not used to the traffic in Italy it was a very good deceision to book hotels with a underground car park possibility

My wive and me made a trip from Austria to Italy (by car) which was orgnized by a travel agent who booked the Leopardi Hotel in Verona - great

It is ok, nothing special but enough acceptable. Maybe a bit too noisy, and the sauna is under charge, but not mentioned in the booking app. Logistic, wifi and parking ok. Very small the fitness center

We stayed here for 2 nights, the room was booked directy over thair site because that is the only way to choose a room you would like. The rooms were nice, clean and recently renovated so very modern

Breakfast was also amazing and the variety of food was big, the staff was really nice and the bar works 24/7. If you take the bus you will be in the city center in less then 10min. We would definitely stay here again!

Great hotel, close to the central historical city center, very good breakfest also very profesional staff, comfy beds and private wellness. (pricey) I recomend.

Lovely place very friendly staff

About a 20 minute walk from the historic centre. Felt very safe walking there and back at night. 10 minute walk from train station. On arrival, hotel looks very opulent and reception was grand

Wonderful hotel! Interior design to die for. Staff were lovely. Rooms comfy. Lovely breakfast - every taste catered for. We really enjoyed our stay. 20 min walk into central Verona (slowly!). Highly recommend!

The second day, on return from being out for the day and the bathroom having been cleaned I noticed the hinge on the lid of the toilet seat was broken and the tap behind the toilet seat had been turned off so no cold water to the sink

Reception staff were lovely and very professional. On closer inspection areas of the hotel looked tired and neglected. The fake grass outside was curling up, rubber seals around windows were hanging off

As it was late I felt rushed to order dessert before the kitchen closed. no menu was offered to choose from. a dessert was suggested which was not very nice and was very expensive for what it was

We spent one night at the hotel Mastino, which is located very central close to the arena di Verona and to pedestrian city centre. The room was clean and thanks to the early ceck in we could take a nap after a long ride

Good location in the centre of Verona and minutes away from the main squares. Rooms are little run down in some areas and Aircon struggled to keep the temperature down even though it wasn't particularly hot outside

Very nice hotel at a great place. Would suggest to renovate a few things at the rooms. I could not have thought of a better place for a hotel in Verona. Just 1 min walk to the main square.

If your looking for a hotel with a great location this might work for you. However, we did not stay at the actual hotel but the apartments complex near by. If you like a motel 6 vibe… you are in the right place

The staff were wonderful and even helped us with a package we needed to send home. Great breakfast, Beverage and snack selection. Yes by the highway but with a car it made it so easy to get out and explore the area

The manager and staff at this hotel were excellent. I would like to mention Gracia who was exceptionally helpful on check in. The room was very clean and a good size

The bed very comfortable and well needed after a long days drive. Hot and cold food was offered at breakfast and was well worth the price

You can take the breakfast for 7,5 euro. Is a good price if you compare with a breakfast in the city

Very good position, close to highway and at reasonable distance from city centre. Standard B&B quality, room size was very good (there was actually a 3rd bed), only bathroom was very small

There is also a very useful garage for the car that can be used also after the check out for visiting the city of Verona without having to use the car

Lovely staff that were so great at accommodating our needs. Shower is spacious and good pressure. The bed was huge! And lots of pillows were given

Only thing to complain was there was no tea/coffee facilities in the actual room

25 min walking distance to Arena

Extremely disappointing that there is no air conditioning and we have no option except to have a fan circulating warm air. Our room overlooks a very loud, busy street so our options are to sleep with noise or heat

Fantastic place. Welcome drinks were excellent surprise. Really happy with the gym. Perfect location if you are going to the opera or just looking to explore Verona.

Great spot that's close to everything you want to sightsee. Hotel staff were so kind and helpful. Air conditioning in the room was excellent. We enjoyed the included continental breakfast.

I wasn't expecting a grand 4 poster bed and whirlpool tub, if I wanted that I would of chosen one of the more expensive rooms. Our room was cute and clean. Yes the bed was by the wall, but I could get out easily enough

Rooms were very modern, clean, and additional requests were welcome. Breakfast room and the selection was exceptional and the staff were friendly and accomodating

English was a bit difficult, however, breakfast is breakfast. Double cappaccinos were a wonderful wake up. Scrambled eggs were created French style, smooth and creamy. bacon was local and delicious

If you're lucky you will get it to yourself, like we did. Normally to have this luxury it's €180!!! It has a jacuzzi stream, sauna, tropical showers and a for bath walk. Great hotel, great staff and great location

all other menu items could not leave guests complaining. If they did,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,oh well

It is supposed to be a non-smoking hotel but one of the two rooms we rented had a bad smell of cigarette smoke

Cosy rooms, not really great area. I would advise on using the underground parking(although the extra 8€ per night and the narrow and steep entrance) for a piece of mind

This is a nice budget hotel within walking distance from the Verona train station. The staff is friendly and helpful. The breakfast is decent. It is 20 minutes walk to the center of town.

Booking was really easy (hotel website and direct email exchange)! The hotel is close to the train station and/or bus to the airport, but walking to the city center is no problem either

Very good position in centre of town. Comfortable and quiet with secure underground parking for €21.00 per night.

This is a lovely hotel in a great location. Only 100 yards from Piazza Bra and it's many cafés and restaurants mean you are right in the heart of this compact and vibrant city

We came for a week to see the opera in the arena. Every day our room was cleaned very thoroughly and supplied with fresh towels (which are the softest I have ever used). The staff are friendly and welcoming

I loved the location of this hotel. We found parking on the street and were given a permit by the hotel. The room was small but sufficient. The breakfast buffet was very generous

Take more than two nights and enjoy perfect hotel location next to city wall and old town. Staff friendly, helpful and on-hand. Breakfast fresh and you can combinate.

You can easily find parking and the area is very quiet at night, far from traffic. Good selection of home made cakes in the morning!

Shower big enough for 2 persons and the bed as it is a double just perfect. Tidy and clean no sign of dust. Price is acceptable taking in to consideration that is 5 min walk from the city center

Great Hotel, The place is very clean. The people are extremely hospitable and very nice. They have a good breakfast. The park is very nice and provides a great place for kids and family. I strongly recommend going there.

Marvelous place and staff. If one is traveling with babies there's baby beds for them. Don't freak out of the surroundings. Great breakfast included.

Great hosts and a great little hotel. Dinner was lovely. Ceasar salad went down very well with our daughter and the chicken with tomatos and cheese was really fresh and tasty. Room was great. Good shower and air con.

Nice hotel with a nice pool and garden. Very friendly staff, good service. Rooms are a little bit old style, but ok. Rooms facing the street are noisy due to high traffic there.

Acceptable price-quality report, we paid 80 eur for 1 night with breakfast included. The hotel is dated, it needs refurbishment, but it is clean. Free parking and complete breakfast are a plus. It is not a 3* though

I have been here many times and the food is always sensational. Great value and wonderful family running the establishment.

Can improve. Toilet was quite small (particularly the shower cabin), the wifi login system is a bit of an anoyance and on our last day the hot beverages on breakfast "shrank"..

The orangery and courtyard , the perfect place for a last drink before retiring to bed, and during the day, bird song is provided by Romeo and Juliet, mascots of the hotel. A truly charming place, highly recommend

The parrots (yes, they became my best friends during our short holiday) and top notch breakfast are a plus. If you are staying in Verona and want to make your holiday unforgettable, this must be your choice

To our surprise the beds could be adjusted and had a massage function which we really enjoyed after a long ride in the car. Breakfast has a huge variety and we received a fresh juice
