There is only one electric plug in the room (second one is in the bathroom, which is not usefull when you need to charge two phones). Also we got just one big towel for two persons. Huge sentimental memories attached to this hotel. We have visited four times, with different relatives and friends. Incredible location for old Verona and Opera in the ancient arena. Parking on site, but email ahead to get directions, as it’s inside the wall.

The manager and staff at this hotel were excellent. I would like to mention Gracia who was exceptionally helpful on check in. The room was very clean and a good size. Great Location, Good Breakfast, Clean rooms. Warm temperature in the room, we had to sleep with the window open to get some fresh hair. Expensive minibar 3€ for one soft drink. Located outside main city so have to use public transport, plenty during day but sparce of an evening so need to plan your return journey well or walk from a bus stop (doesn't apply if have a car or getaway taxi) Breakfast was good choice and had soy milk available. Overall a nice little hotel, unfortunately our room was to the side of the very loud street, and even with closed windows and shutters it was insanely loud and catching some sleep is nearly impossible. Staff couldn’t help us by providing earplugs and didn’t offer to change the room.
