3 star hotels in Amman

It's a nice option for excursions, when you are not staying a lot in the hotel. There are few shops around - supermarket and liquid shop, the check in was very fast, dinner is a normal one. They need a better coffee for breakfast. The staff are very polite and nice.

Hotel with a very careful decoration, a little old-fashioned, the room very spacious and clean. The bad point is that the food does not have a buffet and they serve you breakfast and dinner as a combined plate, which makes the food unappetizing. A pity, if they took care of this aspect, the hotel would improve a lot.

Stayed here from 27th-June till 30th-June 2018. Had a great stay. It is at the outskirts of the city (20 mins from city center). Hotel has a extensive buffet style breakfast. Haven't had the chance to eat lunch or dinner there, however, we did order room service Chicken Biryani which was good for 2 (would need 2 if really hungry). Extra Sofa bed was a little uncomfortable but manageable for 2 nights...

We were a group of around 15 people and our experience varied a lot. Some of the rooms were tiny and the bathrooms were old and not very clean. Others got spacious rooms with new bathrooms. The hotel is a bit far from the city centre so you'll need to take a taxi.

Good middle of the run hotel but offers a descent heated pool and Sauna as well as a Gym at reasonable membership prices. Needs to improve cleanliness and customer service. Location is on a very busy road that is hard to reach by foot and quite dangerous to cross the road.

Nice hotel. In commercial area so not great for exploring on foot or going out in the evening. V cold in rooms - had to ask for extra blankets. Snowed while we were there and restaurant floor flooded - slipped over on floor twice before they closed the room. Food choices fine for veggie.

Clean and spacious enough room. Change of towels and remaking of the bed today. Bathroom equipped with various comforts. We had dinner for two consecutive evenings and except for one dish, the dishes were repeated over the days. Little variety even in breakfast. Absence of desserts. Friendly and kind staff.

I found it to be a pretty decent hotel, considering the price and the average price for Jordan. A very spacious, clean room, comfortable bed, refrigerator, and good shower (you don't get cold in it like some other hotels...). It has a huge supermarket nearby, which is useful for shopping. Since Uber taxis are cheap, even if it's not in the city center, you can easily get to the city center in 15 minutes...

We stayed at this hotel for several days. We slept, had breakfast and dinner. The location is bad for us, because there are several restaurants, supermarkets and pharmacies nearby. Three stars hotel .. that provides you with 3 stars service. Rooms were not that clean, parking is hard to find and hot water wasn't there all the time. For making a party, the hygiene level wasn't satisfying, DG is good, pictures were bad and food was in between. I didn't hate the experience but it could be enhanced with some hard work from the staff

Centrally located in the heart of Amman main business area. Shmeisani... The hotel is calm, very clean rooms and affordable prices. The breakfast is good and diverse. I recommend the hotel for everyone.

Staff are very nice and helpful. Rooms ok, beds comfortable. Rooms could do with an upgrade or repair. TV difficult to operate. Breakfast mediocre. Wi-Fi coverage ok but images slow to download, if at all. Location ok but a long way from down town. You need to walk and explore area to find anything.

A hotel with nice staff members but things do not always work, e.g. my window was left open in winter, leaving me wondering why the room was cold when I returned after the day's activities; spray at the bidet kept dripping even after I got the staff to attend to it. This hotel is a Four stars' hotel. It was working before perfectly till 2018. The mist tenants were from Arabian Gulf countries and specially from Iraq. Now when I came here to have a look, I was surprised they are rebuilding it and renovation. It will look very good when the renovation carried out.

Nicely located in an area with a lot of shopping and dining opportunities. Perfect if you plan to be in this area of Amman. Staff was very nice and attentive, buffet breakfast was good.

Upon arrival we were upgraded to a suite which is always nice. Unfortunately the A/C in the living room in that suite was not working but the one in the bedroom did so that was not a huge problem. My first time in Jordan and stayed here. The hotel itself was located about a 2 minute walk from shops, bars and restaurants so location was great. The room was spacious and clean. Staff were great, answering all our questions about location, area and attractions etc. I would recommend.

Great experience. Staff was very friendly and professional. The hotel lobby was a true boutique experience. I was upgraded to a suite. The rooms are newly renovated and are super clean. One thing to note was the quality of the furniture and beds which were extremely comfortable. I would recommend this hotel for individuals or those visiting with family.

The hotel is indeed within walking distance to the attractions, but the surrounding area feels a bit chaotic and I don’t think it’s very safe. Also, the soundproofing is extremely poor and there’s no hairdryer. I think it’s acceptable for a one-night layover before a flight, but not more than that.

The hotel is conveniently located, close to the city center. I didn't like that we mixed up the date and booked one day "earlier"; the hotel refused to reschedule the booking. Not very customer-oriented.

The location of the hotel is right in the old town. It is very convenient. It is also close to the Roman Theater and Castle Hill. There is a bar on the top floor with a very good view. The single bed is also large, but the room is small.

There is nothing in the room, and the basic water cups are disposable cups. Breakfast was average.

I was recommended to stay here by my daughter and am pleased she did. The room was comfortable and clean. The receptionist didn’t speak much English but his colleague was available by phone and gave good support and advice. A little distant from town centre but walkable. Close to JETT station for bus to Petra. Good base for an Amman trip

Very comfortable and clean. Staff were helpful and professional. Breakfast was not the best in the world... but edible and adequate. I would definitely stay in this hotel again on a future visit. Though I have to add that this is probably not the best choice for light sleepers as the surrounding area can be quite noisy at night.
