I was in the restaurant SALT, and the experience was truely great. The steak was perfect, but it was the 3 types of butter for the bread that really stod out. The truffle butter was fantastic. Thanks to the restaurant team for very nice dinner.

Located in 5th circle. One of my favourite 5 star hotels in Amman. It’s luxury, spacious & its ambience is classy. We had an engagement party there. The staff was good, yet wasn’t as responsive as they should have been. The food was delicious tho. The rooms were amazing & super clean. Recommended.

Rooms bathroom could have some updates such as loose tiles. Service was really good. Everybody had such a big smile whenever I asked for help. My hose keeping lady could be from Filipina. Room are more or less the same of 20 years ago. Pools are nice even if Jacuzzi was not working in the indoor one. Nice gym, SPA wet area is a kind of labyrinth.... Food quality in buffet restaurant was really low... Expecting something more for 20JD... Breakfast is ok, but EXACTLY the same all days... Summarizing... I stayed here for 10 days. They put music in the corridors at 8 am every morning. And also taxis in front the hotel abuse non local people. The cleaning of the rooms was pretty good.

The hotel was new and in a great location, but there was a lack of guidance on arrival and departure, and we didn't even know where to park the car.

Lovely property with a lot of facilities at guest disposal but we stayed for 1 night and haven’t used any of them due to our short stay.

Friendly staff greeting you as you enter the hotel, food at the restaurant is amazing freshly cooked in front of you, they have a barbershop in hotel with outdoor pool, sauna and steam room, clean and tidy from the moment you enter the hotel to all amenities. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Absolutely wonderful experience staying here. Stayed here for 3 nights. All the staff are very friendly and smiling all the time. The hotel is located at a very convenient location in Amman city. Few minute drive to the various tourists spots. Very clean and tidy rooms. Has underground parking if you’re bringing in your car. The breakfast is good as well maybe could add a few more dishes. 10/10 experience

Nice Hotel in a very active and centered location. The team was very kind and helpful. If you come to Amman for business or leisure it is the best option to stay in.

As a family of five it is great to have an apartment with space for the children. Therefore, this was great. The location was about five miles away from the centre but this did not brother us as there were lost of shops and good restaurants nearby (this was located near the near part of the city).

They upgraded us to a family suite with kitchenette, two beds and two baths.. Great staff, very good facilities, will highly recommend.

I went to Rawa Suites Hotel at 2019, i remember the day was the 1st of autumn season. It was quite windy and the temperature decrease after the sunset. I love to stay here, a lot of various dishes with yummy taste. Sent my love from Indonesia, hope brb soon

Always have a great stay here. Was able to enjoy breakfast this time. There were many options for breakfast and the atmosphere is beautiful. Rooms are always impeccably clean and great service. My only complaint is that the elevators were very confusing and they play the same clip of annoying music over and over in the elevator.
