Great place to stay in Amman with all services available
The hotel stay was amazing and the room is stunning
Staying at the Fairmount Hotel in Amman was an absolute delight! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warmth and hospitality. The rooms were spacious, clean, and elegantly decorated, providing a cozy retreat after a day of exploring the city. The hotel's amenities, including the pool and fitness center, were top-notch, offering relaxation and rejuvenation. And let's talk about the food ...
I was in the restaurant SALT, and the experience was truely great. The steak was perfect, but it was the 3 types of butter for the bread that really stod out. The truffle butter was fantastic. Thanks to the restaurant team for very nice dinner.
Located in 5th circle. One of my favourite 5 star hotels in Amman. It’s luxury, spacious & its ambience is classy. We had an engagement party there. The staff was good, yet wasn’t as responsive as they should have been. The food was delicious tho. The rooms were amazing & super clean. Recommended.
Excellent hotel. The premises are super luxurious. Clean and huge rooms. Nice food. The staff is amazing. At breakfast I had to order coffee and juice only one day. All the following days while I was looking for food my coffee and juice was in the table

The best comfortable hotel in Amman
Well located, great internal pool , friendly staff , clean rooms
Mr Mamdouh and Mr odai was very helpful and supportive. Literally when I go back to this hotel if because of those 2 persons. Also all the stuff was nice. Hotel was super calm and clean. Food is delicious.
The hotel service is warm and thoughtful. The hotel environment is also very quiet and clean, especially the sky lobby is very good. It is very comfortable to sit in the lobby and have a drink, chat and enjoy the view. The room is also spacious. The breakfast is rich
In the city center, if you don't live near the Dead Sea, you can choose. Valet parking is free, it is recommended to give a tip. I ordered dinner in the room, I don't know if I was hungry, I ate it all, see the picture for details. I was upgraded to the executive floor, where I can see the whole city, the view is good.
Was great Hotel and comfortable

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful hotel and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations. The hotel is impeccably clean and well-maintained, creating a comfortable and inviting atmosphere from the moment you step in. One of the standout features of this hotel is the exceptional staff. Every member of the team is friendly, professional, and always willing to go the extra mile...
This was one of my favorite stays in Amman. I've stayed in many places but this one stands out with its food options. The rooms are average but the incredible food options, from the various restaurants to the breakfast, makes up for it. Especially the breakfast, it was the best between any hotel I've seen in Amman.
This is a classic five star hotel. Around 70+ years old but well kept. Rooms are clean and the general environment is good. We also tried a Mexican food restaurant thinking it would be spicy and it wasn't. The hotel is close to a small market and perhaps 10-15 minutes from down town. Recommended.
I must admit when I first arrived to the hotel at 3am after a very long flight, I was worried to see that the hotel was on a very wide high speed road. I thought there would be a lot of noise, be inconvenient getting in and out. But the worries were only in my imagination and my stay ended up being fantastic. The lobby and common areas of the hotel are well appointed and elegant. There are staff who...
Generally the hotel is nice, though some rooms are quite old. I got a newly renovated room but some of my colleagues got older rooms and they were really below expectation compared to price. The staff is really nice and helpful. Housekeeping very good. Breakfast - could be better.

The hotel is very nice, near to the downtown and shopping complex mall and I enjoyed the breakfast served by the hotel. The hotel room is so good and clean too. In conclusion, I will recommend others about this hotel.
The location and environment are good, but the construction of the room facilities feels a bit rough.
It is ridiculous that we are encouraged to use your official website to receive the best service and then not provide said service. The Rotana Hotel should be better than this, given the name. We were a newly-married couple living abroad and we booked our stay 2 months in advance, for a tier that would have us stay on a floor between floor 25 and 32. When I arrived on the day of my wedding to check...
Great hotel. The service is amazing. All the employees interact with a smile all the time. The location is also nice, right next to the abdali boulevard and mall.
Located next to the Boulevard with Panoramic windows that give a great view of Amman. Service was very good and the staff were attentive to any items requested for the room. I stayed for a week, having breakfast everyday which had a wide selection of choices. Only area for improvement is attention to detail in the rooms, minor points of untidy finishes which slightly detract from the overall opulence...

Amazing helpful staff and beautiful hotel
Our stay at this hotel was beyond fantastic! The staff were warm and welcoming throughout, with special thanks to **Oulaia** for her exceptional service. She not only arranged an early check-in for us but also generously upgraded our room type and ensured our three rooms were on the same floor, making it incredibly convenient for our group. The hotel boasts a prime location—within walking distance...
The hotel is under renovation, but it is quite quiet, the security check is very strict, the hotel staff has a good sense of service, it is convenient to eat nearby, there are Carrefours. I encountered a Yemeni wedding in the hotel.
It’s the best hotel in Amman. Friendly staff and great location. Ina words amazing.
Nothing here was specifically bad, but the property felt quiet basic for such a brand and price level and the city.

Amazing hotel and very luxury, professional team
The most gorgeous and luxurious hotel in Jordan. Between the roof top bar which offers the best view of Jordan, but also the marble staircase in the entrance is so luxurious and pretty. Every angle of this hotel is decorated in the most stunning furniture and I highly recommend all the drinks at the roof top bar! Especially their lemon mint drink which is super fresh and refreshing
Our stay was short, but the impeccable staff left a strong impression on us. We had come down with some digestion issues by this part of our trip, and we were humbled by how accommodating and caring the staff and management was. Truly 5 star service. We stayed at other high end places in Jordan (Kempinski Dead Sea Ishtar and Ma'in Hot Springs Resort), and the service and accommodations here were practically...
Amazing services & professional staff! Very friendly & the vibes are awesome. Love it highly recommended 👌🏼😍
Amazing hotel! Staff is very professional and friendly. Rooms are very clean and spacious. Lovely views. Great amenities like swimming pool and gym. AC wasn’t that cold during August heat. But will def come back again
Such a wonderful stay. What sets this property apart is the butler & concierge service. They were so sweet and accommodating and made us a wonderful and always comfortable stay. The hotel itself is gorgeous as well, lots of stone and pretty architecture. Deserves every bit of 5 stars.

The room is big enough, spacious, the service is good, and there are fruits for free when you check in. I was lucky to meet the South Korean national team staying in the same hotel this time. There is no better place to stay than Four Seasons while in Amman. I have stayed at many five star resorts, hotels, and I personally manage over 3000 units for hotel like services as well as owning rental units. I can definitively state the customer service found at this hotel in Amman is world class. I believe my minimum standards are rather fair, and this hotel exceeds them all. When I visit other...
Four Seasons never disappoints! Very nice rooms, super silent, great bathroom. Can't say more good things about the staff, welcoming and ready to assist in everyway possible.
Love love love 😍😍🥰🥰. Loved everything about this hotel. From it's location, to spacious rooms to it's extremely hospitable service. Rooms were amazing, with an ultra spacious & grand bathroom. They cleaned the room twice in a day... A big plus for that. Buffet breakfast had a great variety, even in Ramadan times when we saw other 5 star hotels offering limited options. The breakfast restaurant were...
Super convenient location with outstanding customer service. I checked in very late (around 2 AM), and they thoughtfully waited for me with a glass of champagne and water. They made the check-in process as smooth and effortless as possible, understanding that after a long flight, all I wanted was to get to bed. Highly recommend.
The Foyer Lounge at the Four Seasons Hotel Amman is a haven of refined elegance, offering a sophisticated ambiance and impeccable service. The hotel is ordinary and convenient, some of the staff were friendly and some were barely just okay, the free parking availability was one of the major pros, the location was fine relatively as I had a rented car, the room was fine, and the sleep quality was good.

Very friendly desk. Free city tour program. The room is like a hostel, not recommended for couples. Suitable for solo travelers for a day stay.
Very good hotel located in the city center, very good service, good breakfast, the only downside is the noise
The staff were friendly and it was a fun stay. The location is close to the Roman Theater and within walking distance of Amman Citadel and downtown. The light from the hallway came in through the window above the room door, so it was bright at night. It would be better if the light could be blocked.
Really friendly staff at a nice hotel right in the middle of downtown Amman. Speak to the staff, they all speak perfect English and know plenty of things about the locality.
