Their attention to detail, prompt service, and warm hospitality made my experience truly memorable. The business club itself is a fantastic facility, offering a quiet and well-equipped space for work and meetings

On my last night, I had a wonderful conversation over tea (which he so graciously offered) with the shuttle driver Muhammad Ali (apologies if I am mistaken about the name) about life in Jordan, different foods and the neighborhood

This is a classic five star hotel. Around 70+ years old but well kept. Rooms are clean and the general environment is good. We also tried a Mexican food restaurant thinking it would be spicy and it wasn't

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful hotel and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations

Every member of the team is friendly, professional, and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure guests have a pleasant stay. I was particularly impressed with the staff working in the business club

Also, if you stay here, don’t forget to check out the Boulevard nearby. Really cool place to visit to just walk or enjoy one of the many restaurants!

Towels and bed sheets was not fresh smil .body wash and shampoo was empty. Water pressure is bad.the bidet was leaking

The hotel is very nice, near to the downtown and shopping complex mall and I enjoyed the breakfast served by the hotel. The hotel room is so good and clean too. In conclusion, I will recommend others about this hotel.

Rotana Hotel has a wonderful and unique design. serious and required inspection. many elevators and sufficient for the purpose and fast

The location and environment are good, but the construction of the room facilities feels a bit rough.

For some service matters when we first got to the room, we had to call multiple times or go down to the reception desk to make sure the matter is dealt with (such as there being only 1 towel instead of 2 for us couple, or having only 1 pair of slippers, 1 toothbrush set, etc

If that's not enough, you're a short taxi ride away from the souk, where you can explore more of the Jordanian hospitality and culture. I fell in love with Jordan partly because of staying at the Abdali Boulevard Hotel

We had a fantastic dining experience at this Italian restaurant! The food was delicious, and the atmosphere was warm and family-friendly. Our server, Maher, went above and beyond—his service was absolutely outstanding

The Abdali Boulevard Hotel is an experience. I would rate it as one of the best hotels I've ever stayed at. The rooms are beautifully decorated and well maintained. I had a suite with a kitchenette and a living room

The pool was clean and relaxing and its a heated pool The vibe was mostly great, but the music could definitely use an update it didn’t match the atmosphere and kind of took away from the experience in shared areas

It honestly felt like no one knew what was going on. This kind of confusion really affects the guest experience, and it’s something that seriously needs to be improve Overall, the hotel has a lot going for it

Then the next day, I saw a post on their social media saying it was open, so I called again this time they said it only opens at 12 PM. Later, when I asked again, it turns out the pool actually opens at 9 AM

The staff were attentive and very friendly. I recommend this hotel with a simply sumptuous breakfast. Thank you for this dream stay. We will return in a week to have our stay with you

The hotel is under renovation, but it is quite quiet, the security check is very strict, the hotel staff has a good sense of service, it is convenient to eat nearby, there are Carrefours

The room was clean and tidy, and the cleaning was done in a timely manner. The breakfast was rich. There is also a bowling alley in the hotel, and the security is very strict.

Had a wonderful experience at the Regency Palace Hotel! Waseem was exceptionally kind and professional — he went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect

Location not exactly at the epicenter for sightseeing, which would be the Citadel area. Didn't try local transport as I was driving. But getting a cab must have been very easy

The hotel boasts a prime location—within walking distance to numerous restaurants and supermarkets, perfect for dining and daily needs

Cleanliness .. the servants are impudent, bothers, they run to the room all the time to look at you .. the food is delicious, the pool is good, clean. The hotel is only far from the centers, you need to go by car.

The hotel is about 30 minutes drive from the airport. Its a beautiful hotel with amazing staffs. They even arrange private tours for the guest and customize it as per your requirements and time

5 start hotel with full ameneties for short and long stay. Many restaurants catering to different international flavors. Full banquetting facilities and multi- purpose areas for any activity.

Rooms are spacious, beds are comfortable, food is good (the Kanafeh was incredible), and the staff is friendly and extremely helpful. The view of the city from the upper floors is also great

They do have spa ,swimming pool and other facilities that can be availed by the guests. There are good restaurants at walkable distance. Also 24x7 supermarkets are near by

They pool seemed nice as well though I didn't get a chance to use it. The area of Amman is also very nice, great as a home base to explore this area of Jordan

Spacious, Clean and tidy place I recommend heavily

Centrally located such that most of the key locations of Amman are easily reachable within 15 to 20 minutes. The property is old but decently maintained

The hotel room is large, next to a five-star hotel of the same brand. Breakfast is served at the five-star Positive Hotel, which is mainly used by tour groups. The breakfast is good, the room is clean and well-maintained

Regency hotel and Grand palace hotel are in same premises ,with big spacious rooms with all facilities. Hotel is very neat and clean. Staff is very polite, helpful and friendly.

We were very pleased with the hotel. The room was huge. We had breakfast in the 5 star hotel Regency Palace section. The service was also good.

Cheap rooms and central location. However the general cleanliness of the rooms and common areas are pretty bad. My room was without a fridge and towels when we checked in

Very good food especially in Ramadan

The carpet wasn't vacuumed in probably months too. For facilities wise, the hot tub was old and obviously hasn't been maintained in a while. And the executive lounge area was also deserted, so don't bother upgrading

But some of the food was obviously from the day before

The breakfast was good, and the strawberries were sweet.

Despite the circumstances and the obvious inconvenience, Laith chose to rigidly hide behind hotel policy, I was not allowed to check in unless I pay a deposit of 60 JD. I refused as I had already fully paid for the room

I was kept waiting at the reception for 1. 5 hours while Laith reviewed the issue, which was eventually confirmed to be a typo made by the third-party agent Travco. Also Laith confirmed that 29/11-30/11 was a no show

Hotel overall facilities are dated but functional. Room noise insulation is poor. My room is located next to the lift, I can hear every guest exiting/entering the lift, not to mention traffic outside the hotel

I arrived at the hotel around 9pm, after a five-hour drive in adverse weather, only to be told by Laith the front desk manager there was no record of my reservation and requested me to contact Trip

Shouldn’t the front desk contact Travco directly to resolve the issue instead of asking the customer to contact Trip? I understand the work flow is customer ＞ Trip ＞ Travco ＞ Hotel Toledo

I had a wonderful experience here. The people running the hotel were very kind and accommodating.the price is very good and The cleanliness of the place is excellent.

Huge rooms and very friendly staff, always ready to help out! Buffets are excellent, but regular meals could be improved as well as breakfast.

Basic hotel. Very friendly staff. Good breakfast. Room: big. Dated. Stickers on glasses! Shower was good. Beds were fine!

Breakfast was lovely with a live station for eggs and a big spread of traditional and continental breakfast options. In room dining was also quite nice even though some menu items were not available

We spent three days in this hotel. It was located at very good position. There is possible to enjoy to fantastic night view. Our package included breakfast and dinner

Access to the shopping district is great and walkable, and granted it can get a little noisy during the day it was peaceful at night

If i would come agian with my family , i woud not do a second thoughts. Sandy palace hotel is the best

Good prices and polite employees

I found it to be a pretty decent hotel, considering the price and the average price for Jordan. A very spacious, clean room, comfortable bed, refrigerator, and good shower (you don't get cold in it like some other hotels

It’s a budget hotel and delivers great value

We had dinner for two consecutive evenings and except for one dish, the dishes were repeated over the days. Little variety even in breakfast

It has a huge supermarket nearby, which is useful for shopping. Since Uber taxis are cheap, even if it's not in the city center, you can easily get to the city center in 15 minutes for 2-4 dinars

We felt so at home in this lovely hotel in a great area in Amman. The rooms were a decent size with good facilities. Breakfast was fresh with good coffee and most of all the staff were very friendly and helpful

The management is available to make reservations and give directions for visiting the city. The hotel is modern, comfortable and of a good standard (excellent value for money at 50 jods per room per night)

We stayed at this hotel for 4 days. Hotel room and everything was good with all the amenities. The Gentleman Diaa was there he welcomed us and helped us a lot througout our stay

We did'nt know about the area he helped us to book the taxi all these 4 days. Even he did all the arrangments for us on his day off
