On my last night, I had a wonderful conversation over tea (which he so graciously offered) with the shuttle driver Muhammad Ali (apologies if I am mistaken about the name) about life in Jordan, different foods and the neighborhood

This is a classic five star hotel. Around 70+ years old but well kept. Rooms are clean and the general environment is good. We also tried a Mexican food restaurant thinking it would be spicy and it wasn't

I was in the restaurant SALT, and the experience was truely great. The steak was perfect, but it was the 3 types of butter for the bread that really stod out. The truffle butter was fantastic

The premises are super luxurious. At breakfast I had to order coffee and juice only one day. All the following days while I was looking for food my coffee and juice was in the table

Good basic hotel with decent food. Service could be improved and some touches could improve the hospitality experience. The rooms are clean but very basic only the essentials. Overall good and nice location and pool.

The landmark hotel is very nice and definitely worth the visit! The rooms are large, beautiful, and exceptionally clean. The staff is very lovely and helpful! The location couldn't be better. I will certainly be back.

Towels and bed sheets was not fresh smil .body wash and shampoo was empty. Water pressure is bad.the bidet was leaking

The hotel is very nice, near to the downtown and shopping complex mall and I enjoyed the breakfast served by the hotel. The hotel room is so good and clean too. In conclusion, I will recommend others about this hotel.

The location and environment are good, but the construction of the room facilities feels a bit rough.

When I informed the staff that I had booked 2 months in advance and specifically requested in my notes when booking to be given a higher floor (which is why I booked so early on), I was told that the notes didn't appear on the system

On the contrary, when I arrived, it was like a surprise. Nobody knew anything about the booking and the notes were nowhere to be seen, and I was told every single room in the hotel was already booked

The pool was clean and relaxing and its a heated pool The vibe was mostly great, but the music could definitely use an update it didn’t match the atmosphere and kind of took away from the experience in shared areas

Then the next day, I saw a post on their social media saying it was open, so I called again this time they said it only opens at 12 PM. Later, when I asked again, it turns out the pool actually opens at 9 AM

the lack of proper management and communication. I called five different times just to check if the pool was open, and every single time I got a different answer. At one point, they told me it was closed

The service overall was good most of the staff were friendly and helpful, especially around the restaurant and pool area. The food was very good, with a nice variety and fresh ingredients

I also, enjoyed the facilities from the gym to the pool, as well as the various dining options available. I highly recommend this hotel if you're in Amman, Jordan

If that's not enough, you're a short taxi ride away from the souk, where you can explore more of the Jordanian hospitality and culture. I fell in love with Jordan partly because of staying at the Abdali Boulevard Hotel

Every angle of this hotel is decorated in the most stunning furniture and I highly recommend all the drinks at the roof top bar! Especially their lemon mint drink which is super fresh and refreshing
