I was in the restaurant SALT, and the experience was truely great. The steak was perfect, but it was the 3 types of butter for the bread that really stod out. The truffle butter was fantastic

The premises are super luxurious. At breakfast I had to order coffee and juice only one day. All the following days while I was looking for food my coffee and juice was in the table

I particularly enjoyed the breakfast buffet, which had a wide selection of fresh and delicious options. Overall, it was a pleasant and memorable stay, and I would definitely stay here again during future visits to Amman

The staff was incredibly courteous and responsive, ensuring that all my needs were met. The hotel’s facilities, including the gym and pool, were well-maintained and offered a great way to unwind after a busy day

My stay at Crowne Plaza Amman in the Standard Room was wonderful. The room was clean, comfortable, and equipped with all the necessary amenities, making it perfect for a relaxing stay

I expected a bit more from the rooms I think with the ritz being 20 dinars more I would probably go there next time Staff and the team are all great They always answer my calls even at 3 am Maybe a small upgrade to the rooms and better lighting can bring me back again

Every angle of this hotel is decorated in the most stunning furniture and I highly recommend all the drinks at the roof top bar! Especially their lemon mint drink which is super fresh and refreshing

The hotel provides free valet parking. There are many nuts and fruits for breakfast. In addition, the Italian restaurant on the top floor is also great, especially the fried cod, which is very delicious

Very calm and away from the crowd on the 4th round about but with 10 minutes walking distance to it..

The room is small, not very clean. The hotel is old, looks old-fashioned. But the staff is friendly and the Breakfast fresh and tasty.

Fantastic breakfast was served in the morning. They even drive me to car rental office free of charge. Generally if you expect 5 star quality of rooms I would rate it 4 star but value for money if great

Our stay was fantastic in every single point. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. We arrived after 11pm and even they open restaurant for us. We had w connecting rooms, they were big and comfortable

my window was left open in winter, leaving me wondering why the room was cold when I returned after the day's activities; spray at the bidet kept dripping even after I got the staff to attend to it

Though I have to add that this is probably not the best choice for light sleepers as the surrounding area can be quite noisy at night

Apart from a nice-enough room (space to move around comfortably and also bigger rooms for higher prices) and a "pretty good" breakfast, what I'll remember most about staying at this hotel is having met the "excellent manager" of the place to whom I'll always be grateful for my 3 wonderful day tours at "reasonable prices" in the hotel car driven by him (the first to Jerash & Royal Automobile Museum...

And with that being said, another nice thing about this hotel I was quite pleased by is its location in the vicinity of the Old Town (just about a 5-minute walk to the right after coming down from this hotel) with plenty of miscellaneous shops including restaurants & small grocery places, and yes also located at a very short taxi ride from this hotel (just 5 minutes or so) is the city's "number-one...

Great little place to stay .... looks a little rough on.the outside ... but once inside it is a great place with really nice and helpful hosts. Great breakfast came with the room.

Nice hotel. It is situated in a great location in a heart of the city downtown. Nearby are many restaurants and shops with local products. Host was very helpful and friendly.

Fantastic place to stay! The interior is handcrafted and absolutely lovely, host to super helpful, there is a nice garden. Perfect location: near the bus stop and the airport.

The best hotel ever, we had 5 days for business trip, we get quite stay, great restaurant with delicious food, good views, friendly restaurant staff, and lobby coffee, room service food was amazing, the hotel great in general, higher recommend

Good location, smack in the middle of the city (difficult to drive, easy to cab). Staff are friendly but they might be too busy. Asked for some toiletries and ice, it was slow to reach us. fridge not wining in the hotel

The main block has spacious and comfortable bedrooms, somewhat traditionally furnished but with excellent touches such as a welcome pack of food on arrival. The general condition was good if a bit careworn

The surrounding area is quiet and not particularly attractive but the hotel has ample free parking and a well-appointed reception area. The hotel consists of two large blocks connected by a long corridor

Breakfast is served in a huge atrium with a large swimming pool that was a delightful feature - everything light and enhanced by the flowing water. Service throughout was warm and highly professional

The price is right, in the city center, the breakfast is rich, and it is very convenient to eat. The front desk can also exchange currency, but the exchange rate is not high

This is our second visit at this hotel, it's clean, comfy, and the staff is welcoming, the breakfast there is good.. the hotel prices are affordable. I highly recommend it.

I will choose this hotel next time I stay in Dammam

Location is also really good, as it is near a busy area where everything you probably need is only a few minutes away by walking. There's also a restaurant/café in the ground floor which is pretty neat

The hotel is in close proximity to a lot of things and you’re able to get a taxi/Uber in no time to get to wherever you need and it’s all at a great cost

The hotel is located in the heart of modern Amman, near the 6th circle. It is next to a very nice restaurant, Mawwal.
