I was in the restaurant SALT, and the experience was truely great. The steak was perfect, but it was the 3 types of butter for the bread that really stod out. The truffle butter was fantastic

The premises are super luxurious. At breakfast I had to order coffee and juice only one day. All the following days while I was looking for food my coffee and juice was in the table

Amazing hotel! Staff is very professional and friendly. Rooms are very clean and spacious. Lovely views. Great amenities like swimming pool and gym. AC wasn’t that cold during August heat. But will def come back again

Every angle of this hotel is decorated in the most stunning furniture and I highly recommend all the drinks at the roof top bar! Especially their lemon mint drink which is super fresh and refreshing

The most gorgeous and luxurious hotel in Jordan. Between the roof top bar which offers the best view of Jordan, but also the marble staircase in the entrance is so luxurious and pretty

What sets this property apart is the butler & concierge service. They were so sweet and accommodating and made us a wonderful and always comfortable stay

There is no better place to stay than Four Seasons while in Amman. I have stayed at many five star resorts, hotels, and I personally manage over 3000 units for hotel like services as well as owning rental units

I believe this hotel should analyze their hiring, training, and firing practices and write a book because this hotel has that process mastered to a T. Not a single staff member is beneath excellence

If I had one life goal, it would be to have a healthy happy family, but if I had two, the second would be to spend my time visiting every four seasons hotel around the globe

I can definitively state the customer service found at this hotel in Amman is world class. I believe my minimum standards are rather fair, and this hotel exceeds them all

I expected a bit more from the rooms I think with the ritz being 20 dinars more I would probably go there next time Staff and the team are all great They always answer my calls even at 3 am Maybe a small upgrade to the rooms and better lighting can bring me back again

The hotel is well located in the center, a minute away from Starbucks as well. Didn't have time to have breakfast, but I can say that the staff were extremely polite, well spoken, kind

Very calm and away from the crowd on the 4th round about but with 10 minutes walking distance to it..

The room is small, not very clean. The hotel is old, looks old-fashioned. But the staff is friendly and the Breakfast fresh and tasty.

The hotel is comfortable and the reception is distinguished, smiling and helpful

Fantastic breakfast was served in the morning. They even drive me to car rental office free of charge. Generally if you expect 5 star quality of rooms I would rate it 4 star but value for money if great

Our stay was fantastic in every single point. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. We arrived after 11pm and even they open restaurant for us. We had w connecting rooms, they were big and comfortable

my window was left open in winter, leaving me wondering why the room was cold when I returned after the day's activities; spray at the bidet kept dripping even after I got the staff to attend to it

Though I have to add that this is probably not the best choice for light sleepers as the surrounding area can be quite noisy at night

Nice hotel. It is situated in a great location in a heart of the city downtown. Nearby are many restaurants and shops with local products. Host was very helpful and friendly.

Suprisingly clean inside the building. The entrance may look dirty and spooky with old rusted elevator. But the room is clean, shared dining area is small yet clean.the attendant lady is very friendly and warm.

Now the name and the management has changed it is now called "Arman" the best place to stay in while you are in Jordan. clean and tidy family friendly and most importantly the cleaneness

Great hostel, with all amenities provided and a very friendly host. Great price given the location and walking distance to supermarkets, a mall, and nearby pubs. Very clean and cozy. 100% would come back here.

Fantastic place to stay! The interior is handcrafted and absolutely lovely, host to super helpful, there is a nice garden. Perfect location: near the bus stop and the airport.

The main block has spacious and comfortable bedrooms, somewhat traditionally furnished but with excellent touches such as a welcome pack of food on arrival. The general condition was good if a bit careworn

The surrounding area is quiet and not particularly attractive but the hotel has ample free parking and a well-appointed reception area. The hotel consists of two large blocks connected by a long corridor

Breakfast is served in a huge atrium with a large swimming pool that was a delightful feature - everything light and enhanced by the flowing water. Service throughout was warm and highly professional
