I was in the restaurant SALT, and the experience was truely great. The steak was perfect, but it was the 3 types of butter for the bread that really stod out. The truffle butter was fantastic

The premises are super luxurious. At breakfast I had to order coffee and juice only one day. All the following days while I was looking for food my coffee and juice was in the table

I particularly enjoyed the breakfast buffet, which had a wide selection of fresh and delicious options. Overall, it was a pleasant and memorable stay, and I would definitely stay here again during future visits to Amman

The staff was incredibly courteous and responsive, ensuring that all my needs were met. The hotel’s facilities, including the gym and pool, were well-maintained and offered a great way to unwind after a busy day

My stay at Crowne Plaza Amman in the Standard Room was wonderful. The room was clean, comfortable, and equipped with all the necessary amenities, making it perfect for a relaxing stay

Every angle of this hotel is decorated in the most stunning furniture and I highly recommend all the drinks at the roof top bar! Especially their lemon mint drink which is super fresh and refreshing

The most gorgeous and luxurious hotel in Jordan. Between the roof top bar which offers the best view of Jordan, but also the marble staircase in the entrance is so luxurious and pretty

What sets this property apart is the butler & concierge service. They were so sweet and accommodating and made us a wonderful and always comfortable stay

The hotel provides free valet parking. There are many nuts and fruits for breakfast. In addition, the Italian restaurant on the top floor is also great, especially the fried cod, which is very delicious

I’m glad that I made a great choice between all the big hotel brands in Amman. Ritz Carlton is still very new, beautiful and elegant. The room is spacious with comfortable bed, elegant marble bathroom

We attended a wedding party at the pool terrace , excellent service and very delicious food , nicely presented. The team is excellent Seif and Food and beverage manager were attending all guest requirements

The main block has spacious and comfortable bedrooms, somewhat traditionally furnished but with excellent touches such as a welcome pack of food on arrival. The general condition was good if a bit careworn

The surrounding area is quiet and not particularly attractive but the hotel has ample free parking and a well-appointed reception area. The hotel consists of two large blocks connected by a long corridor

Breakfast is served in a huge atrium with a large swimming pool that was a delightful feature - everything light and enhanced by the flowing water. Service throughout was warm and highly professional

It should be one of the best hotels in Jordan. I will choose this hotel when I travel to Jordan in the future. After all, my client is one of the shareholders of the hotel, so I must show my support

I expected a bit more from the rooms I think with the ritz being 20 dinars more I would probably go there next time Staff and the team are all great They always answer my calls even at 3 am Maybe a small upgrade to the rooms and better lighting can bring me back again

Great things to Geneva hotel for a very pleasure stay. I were here with my family a girl on seven years and a boy on only three months the staff was very kind to always ask and always be ready to help if needed

I had the most amazing stay Tha’er was very friendly and ensured I was fine throughout my stay would high recommended this hotel and room was good I upgraded to the superior room on arrival the mocktails was very tasty and the location is close to shops and food places

The best hotel ever, we had 5 days for business trip, we get quite stay, great restaurant with delicious food, good views, friendly restaurant staff, and lobby coffee, room service food was amazing, the hotel great in general, higher recommend

Most of us in the group had problems with the condition of the bathroom and the towels provided to us. The service was also very slow, perhaps due to the heavy rush of tourists to this Hotel

There is a pool but it is outdoors so it wasn't filled this time of year. There is a bar in the lobby and a spacious restaurant. Had breakfast there and they set out a large selection

The staff was friendly and helpful and their English was good. The room was clean and modern looking. They have a small workout room but the equipment is rather worn out

This hotel is not in a prime location, so a taxi or Uber is needed to get to places. Don't exchange money at the hotel, the rates are terrible

I had to remind 3 times for bath Towels, which were not kept in the bathroom, I had to change the room due to water logging in the bathroom. The Towels were old and worn out

Location is also really good, as it is near a busy area where everything you probably need is only a few minutes away by walking. There's also a restaurant/café in the ground floor which is pretty neat

The hotel is in close proximity to a lot of things and you’re able to get a taxi/Uber in no time to get to wherever you need and it’s all at a great cost

The hotel is located in the heart of modern Amman, near the 6th circle. It is next to a very nice restaurant, Mawwal.

I stayed there for 2 days. Room is renovated and clean, Wi-Fi was perfect, staff nice. Will stay here again. The location is central, next to embassies so it's a very safe neighborhood and quite for a peaceful sleep.

I stayed here as part of my G Adventures tour last month. It was a comfortable stay with friendly and helpful service. Check-in was fast and I even used the hotel car once to take me into the downtown area

During my first stay, I asked to change rooms as my safe didn’t work and the window would not lock properly. The staff quickly changed my room without complaint, and I was happy with the second room

Wi-fi was free and it was easy to connect and reliable. Hot water supply was good and the air conditioner worked great. The breakfast buffet was limited in selection. Staff was friendly and helpful

During my 8-day tour of Jordan with G Adventures, our tour group stayed 3 nights at the Retaj Hotel. For the first two nights, I stayed in room 212, and for the third night, I stayed in room 303

It’s strategically located in the Center of everything. The Gentlemen at the Desk are very nice except the Rude lady who checked us in. The downside, they have a small Elevator carrying 3 people at a given time

I was kept waiting at the reception for 1. 5 hours while Laith reviewed the issue, which was eventually confirmed to be a typo made by the third-party agent Travco. Also Laith confirmed that 29/11-30/11 was a no show

Hotel overall facilities are dated but functional. Room noise insulation is poor. My room is located next to the lift, I can hear every guest exiting/entering the lift, not to mention traffic outside the hotel

Despite the circumstances and the obvious inconvenience, Laith chose to rigidly hide behind hotel policy, I was not allowed to check in unless I pay a deposit of 60 JD. I refused as I had already fully paid for the room

Shouldn’t the front desk contact Travco directly to resolve the issue instead of asking the customer to contact Trip? I understand the work flow is customer ＞ Trip ＞ Travco ＞ Hotel Toledo

The price is right, in the city center, the breakfast is rich, and it is very convenient to eat. The front desk can also exchange currency, but the exchange rate is not high

Great place new and tendy. Amazing breaky. Just quick 2 jd taxi ride to downtown. No stress.Great option coming from airport....BKing popeyes nearby. After our stay we rented car to explore rest of jordan

This is our second visit at this hotel, it's clean, comfy, and the staff is welcoming, the breakfast there is good.. the hotel prices are affordable. I highly recommend it.

Everybody here is so nice, and the environment is good, garden, restaurant, bar…, transportation is convenient, being quite, I like here. I had a really happy time here

Fantastic breakfast was served in the morning. They even drive me to car rental office free of charge. Generally if you expect 5 star quality of rooms I would rate it 4 star but value for money if great

Our stay was fantastic in every single point. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. We arrived after 11pm and even they open restaurant for us. We had w connecting rooms, they were big and comfortable

my window was left open in winter, leaving me wondering why the room was cold when I returned after the day's activities; spray at the bidet kept dripping even after I got the staff to attend to it
