Been a while eating here , service is great as always , staff are extremely friendly and helpful , the chef went out of his way to accommodate the vegan requirements and delivered a very yummy option for sure

I was in the restaurant SALT, and the experience was truely great. The steak was perfect, but it was the 3 types of butter for the bread that really stod out. The truffle butter was fantastic

Rooms and service are always great! Occasionally the rooms smell of stale smoke (it is a non-smoking hotel, but unfortunately some guests disregard this) however, the staff was quick to move us when we brought this to their attention and waited with us to ensure the new room was up to snuff before leaving, offering the option of a 3rd room if this one wasn't good

I expected a bit more from the rooms I think with the ritz being 20 dinars more I would probably go there next time Staff and the team are all great They always answer my calls even at 3 am Maybe a small upgrade to the rooms and better lighting can bring me back again

The Food and Beverage manager was also made a ware of the issue, she apologized and offered to make it up with a free dinner at the same restaurant or a different restaurant - very nice and accommodating

We did have a minor issue at the breakfast buffet with no one checking on us for at least 20 minutes, however, we did eventually flag down a waitress and she helped us with some requests

The staff were very helpful and friendly. Though we stayed over just for a night, we would always recommend this hotel to everyone else due to the amazing hospitality offered to us.

Every angle of this hotel is decorated in the most stunning furniture and I highly recommend all the drinks at the roof top bar! Especially their lemon mint drink which is super fresh and refreshing

The most gorgeous and luxurious hotel in Jordan. Between the roof top bar which offers the best view of Jordan, but also the marble staircase in the entrance is so luxurious and pretty

What sets this property apart is the butler & concierge service. They were so sweet and accommodating and made us a wonderful and always comfortable stay

While the breakfast offered could be improved, the staff made a thoughtful gesture by presenting us with a delightful dessert adorned with the message "See you soon. " Their cordiality was greatly appreciated

Rooms bathroom could have some updates such as loose tiles. Everybody had such a big smile whenever I asked for help. My hose keeping lady could be from Filipina

I arrived at night at the hotel and Special thanks to Izzai, She was very understanding and went above and beyond to ensure that I had a great time, as well as ensuring that I had a comfortable stay after my long journey

The desserts are all good, but if you want to know the GREAT ones, just ask your server just like “Mika” helped us. Great location, friendly staff, great service :)

Hotel is not in walking distance to anything of note that we could find but they have excellent taxi service just for this hotel

The breakfast is good, but not good enough for the four seasons. The service at the breakfast was very slow and insufficient. The hotel entrance is not wheelchair accessible

We attended a wedding party at the pool terrace , excellent service and very delicious food , nicely presented. The team is excellent Seif and Food and beverage manager were attending all guest requirements

I have been to Jordan thrice now and have stayed here all 3 times. It's a good place, not a lotta options for breakfast though. This is located at the 5th circle and the vicinity is good

A bit overpriced, try getting deals online rather than making a last minute purchase. They will offer deals to Petra, Wadi rum, dead sea etc but will be overpriced

The room services and the experiences in here are perfect. I love how everything turned out to be more than i imagined. you should pay them a visit.

Only one big negative point there is no AC once the close the roof of the pool. Its a must to find a solution

It's difficult but teri finding uber and negotiate with them to take you offline

Nice 4 stars Hotel in the middle of Amman , very easy to access, good venue for conferences and workshops they have many meeting rooms that is also used at night as a wedding halls

It is also close to Abdoun and Sweifeih area which are great areas for eating out and clothes shopping respectively. I'm happy with this hotel and will be going to it again

This hotel is a very good hotel and it has a history in the city of Amman. It is located in a lively area of Amman, on a main street full of shops and places to eat

This is *the* hotel to stay in during your time in Amman. To begin with, the location is just perfect. The hotel rooms are EXCELLENT (we chose the family suite) and they go above and beyond with their customer service

Me and my husband stayed here for 2 nights and it was a great hotel. The staff were all very friendly and for the price we paid the room was great and breakfast selection was decent as well

They even upgraded my room for no reason. The bed was one of the most comfortable beds I've ever slept in. And I'm really picky about these things. All in all, highly recommended!
