Hotels with heated pool in Amman

My room was cleaned everyday and very sanitary. The housekeeper that personally tended to my room is a gentleman named Nader. I built somewhat of a friendship with the guy despite our language barrier

I've lived at the Arjaan for about 5 months and unfortunately my stay comes to an end tomorrow. The room was by far excellent. Room service was also very good as well as the waiting staff

He paid attention on how I wanted the room cleaned and executed with precise detail. Him alone is the reason why I'm writing this good review

With the Boulevard close by and plenty of amenities to enjoy, you won't regret it

I stayed in Building one and four,but I liked the staff of building four. Check-in time need to be improved. Room dining was good but it takes 45-55 min to prepare an order

Reaching the hotel is a bit tricky and they have to inform the guest about the building number before the arrival. So I advise guests to call and ask before they arrive

Respect to Mohammad the supervisor for making sure our room is in tip toe clean and all my needs and wants was taken cared of. Sohaib is all the time busy walking around and checking what is necessary to do more

Didn't try the food or the spa/pool this time But from past experiences I know it's very good

An excellent experience and excellent staff. All friendly and efficient and pleasant. Response was always fast and any request demanded was met effectively and efficiently. A very clean and secure premises

It was a great time spent in Kempinski Hotel during our training workshop, amazing services provided by the hotel wonderful staff. It was a great experience that will remain in my mind forever

We are down the street at a neighbor hotel that we booked last minute, (which is just as fantastic) until we found this hotel and their cafe meanwhile simply exploring the area

The desserts are all good, but if you want to know the GREAT ones, just ask your server just like “Mika” helped us. Great location, friendly staff, great service :)

The lobby was neat and well decorated and the pool area a good place to sit. The pool was on the small size. Breakfast was really nice and the restaurant was beautifully decorated with very friendly and attentive staff

The service in the restaurant is impeccable with friendly staff showing me all the available options and bringing me beverages. Rooms are clean, modern, air-conditioned and have all the amenities you could ever need

I arrived very late to the hotel yet reception were still able to book me a day trip to Petra with a great local driver early the next morning. The breakfast is very large and caters for every taste

The rooms are average but the incredible food options, from the various restaurants to the breakfast, makes up for it. Especially the breakfast, it was the best between any hotel I've seen in Amman

This was one of my favorite stays in Amman. I've stayed in many places but this one stands out with its food options

The excellent service provided by the staff, especially those in the business club, truly sets this hotel apart

When I informed the staff that I had booked 2 months in advance and specifically requested in my notes when booking to be given a higher floor (which is why I booked so early on), I was told that the notes didn't appear on the system

For some service matters when we first got to the room, we had to call multiple times or go down to the reception desk to make sure the matter is dealt with (such as there being only 1 towel instead of 2 for us couple, or having only 1 pair of slippers, 1 toothbrush set, etc

I then overheard staff members telling asking each other why they had given me the wrong kind of room, and one staff member asking the other "why didn't you check?" to which he answered "I don't know" and then was told "you should have checked"

Later, when I went to check the room, I found it smaller than the one I had paid for. After talking to multiple staff members, they seemed to find out then and there that they could in fact access my notes

I informed him that the whole process of booking in advance and checking in early, many hours before my wedding, was to avoid issues. He promised he would make sure to arrange for everything as needed

On the contrary, when I arrived, it was like a surprise. Nobody knew anything about the booking and the notes were nowhere to be seen, and I was told every single room in the hotel was already booked

The hotel's amenities, including the pool and fitness center, were top-notch, offering relaxation and rejuvenation. And let's talk about the food – mouthwatering dishes served with impeccable service

Been a while eating here , service is great as always , staff are extremely friendly and helpful , the chef went out of his way to accommodate the vegan requirements and delivered a very yummy option for sure

Ahmed S , the manager of the restaurant, for his great eagerness to make sure that everything exceeds our expectations. You surely need to keep in mind this is on the high-end level of restaurants

The rooms were spacious, clean, and elegantly decorated, providing a cozy retreat after a day of exploring the city

I was in the restaurant SALT, and the experience was truely great. The steak was perfect, but it was the 3 types of butter for the bread that really stod out. The truffle butter was fantastic

One of the best hotels in Amman, fantastic decor, style, class. The staff is very very helpful. The restaurants in the hotels are incredible. Love it, can't wait to come back

Staying at the W Amman is one of the highlights of your visit to Jordan. While the entire staff is exceptional, Mr. Bilal takes customer service to the next level

It has a pool, a bar, many facilities, and a physical health center. It is recommended as one of the luxury hotels, knowing that the cost of staying in it is low

Rooms and service are always great! Occasionally the rooms smell of stale smoke (it is a non-smoking hotel, but unfortunately some guests disregard this) however, the staff was quick to move us when we brought this to their attention and waited with us to ensure the new room was up to snuff before leaving, offering the option of a 3rd room if this one wasn't good

I expected a bit more from the rooms I think with the ritz being 20 dinars more I would probably go there next time Staff and the team are all great They always answer my calls even at 3 am Maybe a small upgrade to the rooms and better lighting can bring me back again

The Food and Beverage manager was also made a ware of the issue, she apologized and offered to make it up with a free dinner at the same restaurant or a different restaurant - very nice and accommodating

We did have a minor issue at the breakfast buffet with no one checking on us for at least 20 minutes, however, we did eventually flag down a waitress and she helped us with some requests

The staff were very helpful and friendly. Though we stayed over just for a night, we would always recommend this hotel to everyone else due to the amazing hospitality offered to us.

Every angle of this hotel is decorated in the most stunning furniture and I highly recommend all the drinks at the roof top bar! Especially their lemon mint drink which is super fresh and refreshing

The most gorgeous and luxurious hotel in Jordan. Between the roof top bar which offers the best view of Jordan, but also the marble staircase in the entrance is so luxurious and pretty

What sets this property apart is the butler & concierge service. They were so sweet and accommodating and made us a wonderful and always comfortable stay

Additionally, the hotel has excellent additional facilities such as a well-equipped gym and a relaxing pool

I was able to maintain my exercise routine during my stay and then unwind in the pool, which was truly rejuvenating. The hotel's location is also ideal

Great hotel. excellent and friendly staff, nice rooms avid plenty of amenities. If I had to make one complaint, it would be that the gym is to small and poorly equipped for a 5 star hotel.

The main thing you will take away from this hotel is the friendliness of the staff. They make sure you are taken care of and are quick to assist you. Jafar, who often stood at the entrance, was very kind and helpful

I was at the Marriott attending a wedding reception. The hospitality was great and the general grounds and facilities were clean and well kept. Overall it is an oasis in Amman.

In any country, I find local 5 star hotels have character, which international chain hotels usually lack. Found it to be true of this hotel. Checked in very late at about 3am and reception had us sorted out quickly

Had a great view of the city but was partially sullied by an ugly grey building under construction across the road. The breakfast buffet was fantastic. Wide spread, local flavors, lovely seating, and great service

Location not exactly at the epicenter for sightseeing, which would be the Citadel area. Didn't try local transport as I was driving. But getting a cab must have been very easy

All marble interiors, floors and walls, perhaps too much marble. Our room was in a high floor facing north

A great 5 star hotel in the center of Amman, great service, outlets and rooms. The sushi place at the top level is the best in Jordan in my opinion

It is very tasty makes these sushi and most importantly, the interior is stunning , reminds me of one place in Leningrad nasuverse the sky .

See my review of last week for late night ( as in after midnight ) check in, breakfast and the superb concierge. This week, we had to leave very early and we used the hotel taxi

Easy to book, easy to use, charming driver, on time and efficient. We ate in the Buddha restaurant. Fantastic food, wonderful view, beautiful ambience. The room was extremely comfortable, quiet and well-appointed

Hotel is not in walking distance to anything of note that we could find but they have excellent taxi service just for this hotel

This hotel is very classy but be aware they do allow smoking in some public areas (typical of most places)

The breakfast is good, but not good enough for the four seasons. The service at the breakfast was very slow and insufficient. The hotel entrance is not wheelchair accessible

I stayed here for 10 days. They put music in the corridors at 8 am every morning. And also taxis in front the hotel abuse non local people. The cleaning of the rooms was pretty good.

Only one big negative point there is no AC once the close the roof of the pool. Its a must to find a solution

This hotel is based in a "rich" part of the city with shops and restaurants that are similar to those in Europe. The hotel has some great facilities including a well equipped gym, swimming pool, steam room and Jacuzzi

I have been to Jordan thrice now and have stayed here all 3 times. It's a good place, not a lotta options for breakfast though. This is located at the 5th circle and the vicinity is good

A bit overpriced, try getting deals online rather than making a last minute purchase. They will offer deals to Petra, Wadi rum, dead sea etc but will be overpriced

The room services and the experiences in here are perfect. I love how everything turned out to be more than i imagined. you should pay them a visit.
