The staff are friendly and helpful. The buffet is sooooo good. Our room is a bit dated but it's clean and the hotel is very accommodating to your needs.
I stayed here for 10 days. They put music in the corridors at 8 am every morning. And also taxis in front the hotel abuse non local people. The cleaning of the rooms was pretty good.

It was a pleasant stay at the hotel, clean rooms, they have bath tub, one can soak in with dead sea salt available at reasonable price around the reception area, rooms are spacious, good Wi-Fi network, the bar is good and reasonable, market is 5 mins walking distance so is bus and taxi service, ATM in close vicinity, buffet breakfast has good spread, overall the stay was nice and comfortable
I’ve been staying here on and off for 5 days while I tour around Jordan. The hotel is a little way out of town but taxis are reasonably priced ($2-4JD) as long as you barter first. The hotel is more a 3 star as it is a little dated but rooms are clean and comfortable. Access to wifi - no issues. The staff have been more than helpful especially Omar and his team. Thank you Omar. Couldn’t fault my stay...
Pretty clean rooms. Many power sockets available, both middle east and UK type. Several shops down in the lobby. Food is decent.

Lovely property with a lot of facilities at guest disposal but we stayed for 1 night and haven’t used any of them due to our short stay.
Friendly staff greeting you as you enter the hotel, food at the restaurant is amazing freshly cooked in front of you, they have a barbershop in hotel with outdoor pool, sauna and steam room, clean and tidy from the moment you enter the hotel to all amenities. I would highly recommend this hotel.
Nice rooms with a big TV and a coop shower bathroom, we also found a body Weight scale. Talking with our group members they found empty shampoo and body wash dispenser. Outstanding the selection of 3 pillows with different size and resistance. The critical point Is the isolation of the room, we Heard rumors from the outside all the night along (room facing the main street). Normal Breakfast with limited...
Absolutely wonderful experience staying here. Stayed here for 3 nights. All the staff are very friendly and smiling all the time. The hotel is located at a very convenient location in Amman city. Few minute drive to the various tourists spots. Very clean and tidy rooms. Has underground parking if you’re bringing in your car. The breakfast is good as well maybe could add a few more dishes. 10/10 experience
the hotel is more than great and the view is beautiful and the service of the stars is really great staff i thank the management for their good choice of staff
In fact, Hotel Jenin and my experience staying at Corp Amman was very good And you feel like one of the family (Corporate Oman) actually Thank you to all the staff especially the reception staff who greeted you with a big smile from the moment, as you entered the hotel. I would like to thank Mr. Moamen Obeidat for his attention

Unfortunately not like a knew it. Maybe coz of COVID 19 restrictions service is less than normal, no good breakfast , and no restaurant for dinner. I'm so sad for this amazing place I was before.
Excellent choice as a 3 stars hotel, but normal as 4 stars hotel. However, the foam mattresses shape remembering is excellent.
First day descent but my take points so far, breakfast so poor. Gym closed for maintenance hopefully for today only! but I have assured that will open latter. First impressions 😊 2nd impression service are limited even the buffet for the breakfast some days will start 7:20 am. For the 3rd day they start the breakfast at 7:35 and I have commitment at 8. If you have a time plan consider that The room...

Nice 4 stars Hotel in the middle of Amman , very easy to access, good venue for conferences and workshops they have many meeting rooms that is also used at night as a wedding halls. staff are welcoming and cooperative, food is on average. price is reasonable in comparison with other hotels from the same category in Amman.
Good place to spend a couple of nights, staff is helpful and breakfast buffet is fine. The room and facilities are good.
This hotel is a very good hotel and it has a history in the city of Amman. It is located in a lively area of Amman, on a main street full of shops and places to eat. It is also close to Abdoun and Sweifeih area which are great areas for eating out and clothes shopping respectively. I'm happy with this hotel and will be going to it again

Amman, 37 Al Razi Street 🧭 Map
Centrally located bw Between old and new Amman. Rooms were clean, and although it is very close to a mosque, did not hear a call to prayer.
The lobby is on the 7th floor and the main entrance is in the back on the mountain. The hotel does not look at all as pictured from that side. It is a small friendly building of 3 floors. One goes down to their room and the parking is also on the lower floors. The ruins are nice and quiet. Using the front entrance at the ground floor and taking the elevator up is recommended over exiting and entering...
It’s a nice hotel, breakfast is the best thing you can get there. No alcol provided. Swimming pool is always opened for men, 3 days a week for 2hrs if you are a woman. Gym is used by local as well.
Great hotel in Amman with very reasonable prices and the big size rooms. Staff is very very helpful and accommodating. The only thing to improve is food. I had dinner from restaurant for room service but they forgot sauces and even after two reminders they brought a different sauce and the breakfast could be much better but overall 5/5
Awesome breakfast buffet. Highly recommend the pancakes with date syrup (looks like slightly thicker honey). Nice, big rooms. Wi-Fi works fine. Shower was huge (but no tub, at least not in our room). Helpful and friendly staff, and area not too touristy
The Toledo has nice and professional staff. The rooms are spacious and standard equipped. It's a bit noisy outside (to the front). Unfortunately they don't sell any alcohol. But there's a liquor store just down the road going from the hotel.

Great service specially in swimming area with the empleyer called muatasim (معتصم), great smiles and hard working person, nice and polite and determined. I love this hotel i stay me and my family all the time my kids love it it say 4stars but it should be 5stas
Nice hotel in the commercial area of Amman. The premium rooms are really spacious and comfortable but you might have to argue to get a Non- smoking room.
Went only to the gym and pool there, really nice! The staff is nice and cooperative. The water is clean with minimal chlorine, their utilities are pretty good.
Very nice Hotel with clean rooms, but scarsely understandable opening hours for the gym. Very friendly staff and good breakfast! I give 5/5 though despite the gym schedule!
I went to the gift shop on the first floor and found amazing items for reasonable prices. I bought bath salts, jewelry, decorative items and perfumes! Easy to pack gifts to take back with me to the U.S!! Highly recommended!

This is a tough hotel to review. On the exterior, this appears to be a 4-5 star hotel. However, it feels like some minor problems have been covered up rather than actually dealt with. For example, the bed was fairly comfortable, but there were a couple of broken springs in the mattress that shouldn't happen in a luxury hotel. The bathrooms were nice, but the towels were torn in a couple of places,...
Good hotel but no decent parking place, the location is not bad and need a taxi to get to shopping areas, breakfast is rich and very. Good dinner.
Great place.. with very helpful and polite staff.. good rooms.. has a gym and a cafe and a restaurant but no pool
The hotel lobby looks great, staff is well trained. I stayed for one night. I was expecting more from a 4 star hotel. The room was decent. Comparing to usual 4 stars, the room did not have free water as a welcome, it had a small TV with a regular receiver that sat in the table, regular bathtub, and one type of electrical wall outlet that made it impossible to charge phones, so bring a multi type wall...

Pretty nice hotel, maybe not very modern and quite old but the room was big. However, the carpet and sofa were stained and could be cleaned. The air conditioning worked fine and so did the fridge and there was no problem with hot water. The hotel staff was very helpful and polite, the breakfast was delicious. Hotel also has free private parking.
The experience overall was moderate, the staff were friendly, the room was spacious, the hotel surprisingly had one of the best gyms i have seen in a hotel with similar rate, it’s almost a full gym. Room cleanliness was acceptable and the location was good, it have spacious parking and it’s surrounded by many shops and restaurants. This is the first time I stay in this hotel.. Frankly, a wonderful hotel and excellent service, especially in the restaurant. All respect.. the prices are reasonable.. and the location is very close to all services
We had such a pleasant stay in this family-friendly hotel! It’s rare to find such great bundle of quality and price combined in Amman. Many 4-star hotels don’t offer this high level of comfort, hygiene and service. The staff was always helpful and very friendly. The location is also a big plus! Great location and walking distance to so many great places, very clean, really really nice staff, amazing breakfast buffet all of that with such a great price. I highly recommend it.
Highly recommended. I stayed for one night and it was an amazing stay. The location is perfect. Staff are friendly. The room is spacious, well equipped and very clean. However, the shower in the bathroom needed some maintenance. In my next visit to Amman, i will definitely choose this hotel again.
The hotel is well located in the center, a minute away from Starbucks as well. Didn't have time to have breakfast, but I can say that the staff were extremely polite, well spoken, kind. They even upgraded my room for no reason... Thank you for that. The bed was one of the most comfortable beds I've ever slept in.. And I'm really picky about these things. All in all, highly recommended!
location fit for the purpose of my staying, the hotel is new and I was given a free upgrade large room with a comfortable bed strong and reliable wifi excellent value for money
Me and my husband stayed here for 2 nights and it was a great hotel. The staff were all very friendly and for the price we paid the room was great and breakfast selection was decent as well. Not very close to main attractions but we used to Uber get around which was not very expensive at all.
This is *the* hotel to stay in during your time in Amman. To begin with, the location is just perfect. The hotel rooms are EXCELLENT (we chose the family suite) and they go above and beyond with their customer service. They were kind enough to facilitate so many of our odd requests, and also let us stay the last night free of any extra charges out of sheer kindness. The front desk staff is exceptional...
