Great things to Geneva hotel for a very pleasure stay. I were here with my family a girl on seven years and a boy on only three months the staff was very kind to always ask and always be ready to help if needed. Our room was clean. Breakfast was very good. We and our friend's couple were all satisfied. The receptionist, Motasem, was very helpful to solve our reservation issue. Our room was on the street side, and was noisy. That was the only issue we experienced.

Stayed at this hotel for a 2nd time & the room was not so clean as the 1st room & was more outdated and had a horrible strong smell! The travel agency selected this hotel for us, but they could have done better! The room’s air conditioning didn’t work. The room safe didn’t work when we checked in, they got it working, but there weren’t any operating instructions. On our 2nd morning, the breakfast buffet wasn’t set up, until I asked the Front Desk.

This hotel is one of the top choices in the area, offering a clean and well-maintained environment accompanied by friendly staff. Although the rooms are somewhat compact, they are comfortable. The dining options are diverse and cater well to our preferences.

Rooms are very spacious and at a very good price. Beds are big and comfortable. The curtains were very black out so you get a good sleep. Breakfast is a bit basic but still decent and room service was cheap and delicious. Only set back is the location as you’re quite far from the heart of Amman but it’s a safe area.

The Monarch Hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. The elegant decor and impeccable service made my stay truly exceptional. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism. Overall in good. New hotel, so the equipments are still young. But it’s not very close to the city enter, and make sure that you ask for a non street facing room because it’s extreme noisy on that side The breaks fast is to skip, not a lot of choices and no freshly prepared eggs or pancakes which are pretty standard in Jordan. The staff are very nice though.
