Seems like management gave up on this property. 1. you call the front desk at 0, no one picks up. 2. I had to go down to reset my room access card, they said the door battery is dead.... I said to them that not not an excuse. 3.. load music until 4 am... Like hotel night club 4. To access they had to send someone from maintenance with a master key to open my room door every time...3 days at this...

I recently stayed days inn hotel in Amman, and overall, it was a wonderful experience. The location was very convenient — close to many attractions, shopping areas, and restaurants. The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile.

The hotel is ordinary and convenient, some of the staff were friendly and some were barely just okay, the free parking availability was one of the major pros, the location was fine relatively as I had a rented car, the room was fine, and the sleep quality was good.

We went for brunch at olea. The food was excellent with a wide variety including western and Asian cuisine with different live stations. Service was really good as well. Especially our server Shena who took care of our table was exceptional . An experience that will definitely be remembered and repeated. A special thank you to Khadijah.

I had dinner in Five restaurant and it was perfect, the dinner was delicious (seabass is always perfectly cooked). Moayad’s attention was extraordinary! He was incredibly attentive, friendly, and professional. He made our dining experience truly enjoyable with his warm attitude and great recommendations I will surely repeat.

The staff were friendly and it was a fun stay. The location is close to the Roman Theater and within walking distance of Amman Citadel and downtown. The light from the hallway came in through the window above the room door, so it was bright at night. It would be better if the light could be blocked.

Really friendly staff at a nice hotel right in the middle of downtown Amman. Speak to the staff, they all speak perfect English and know plenty of things about the locality. Yazeed gave me suggestions for food and what to see. We had along conversation about everything, he really is an asset to the Jordan Tower, as are other two staff I met. The Monarch Hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. The elegant decor and impeccable service made my stay truly exceptional. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism. Overall in good. New hotel, so the equipments are still young. But it’s not very close to the city enter, and make sure that you ask for a non street facing room because it’s extreme noisy on that side The breaks fast is to skip, not a lot of choices and no freshly prepared eggs or pancakes which are pretty standard in Jordan. The staff are very nice though.

The travel agency selected this hotel for us, but they could have done better! The room’s air conditioning didn’t work. The room safe didn’t work when we checked in, they got it working, but there weren’t any operating instructions. On our 2nd morning, the breakfast buffet wasn’t set up, until I asked the Front Desk.

As a family of five it is great to have an apartment with space for the children. Therefore, this was great. The location was about five miles away from the centre but this did not brother us as there were lost of shops and good restaurants nearby (this was located near the near part of the city).

They upgraded us to a family suite with kitchenette, two beds and two baths.. Great staff, very good facilities, will highly recommend.

Nice hotel, recently renovated, very clean. Our twin room was a decent size. Beds were comfortable. It's around an hours walk from downtown Amman but taxis are cheap.
