The staff are friendly and helpful. The buffet is sooooo good. Our room is a bit dated but it's clean and the hotel is very accommodating to your needs.

I stayed here for 10 days. They put music in the corridors at 8 am every morning. And also taxis in front the hotel abuse non local people. The cleaning of the rooms was pretty good.

The hotel was new and in a great location, but there was a lack of guidance on arrival and departure, and we didn't even know where to park the car.

Kind staff, clean room, nice breakfast fantastic stay in here!! I definately here to my friends!!!

I stayed at this hotel for 2 nights in july 2022. It is a cosy well kept hotel and my room was clean and tidy. The staff was welcoming and really helpful. Its location was close to a supermarket, shopping center, banks and restaurants.

Lovely property with a lot of facilities at guest disposal but we stayed for 1 night and haven’t used any of them due to our short stay.

Friendly staff greeting you as you enter the hotel, food at the restaurant is amazing freshly cooked in front of you, they have a barbershop in hotel with outdoor pool, sauna and steam room, clean and tidy from the moment you enter the hotel to all amenities. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Nice rooms with a big TV and a coop shower bathroom, we also found a body Weight scale. Talking with our group members they found empty shampoo and body wash dispenser. Absolutely wonderful experience staying here. Stayed here for 3 nights. All the staff are very friendly and smiling all the time. The hotel is located at a very convenient location in Amman city. Few minute drive to the various tourists spots. Very clean and tidy rooms. Has underground parking if you’re bringing in your car. The breakfast is good as well maybe could add a few more dishes. 10/10 experience

Nice Hotel in a very active and centered location. The team was very kind and helpful. If you come to Amman for business or leisure it is the best option to stay in.

As a family of five it is great to have an apartment with space for the children. Therefore, this was great. The location was about five miles away from the centre but this did not brother us as there were lost of shops and good restaurants nearby (this was located near the near part of the city).

They upgraded us to a family suite with kitchenette, two beds and two baths.. Great staff, very good facilities, will highly recommend.

I went to Rawa Suites Hotel at 2019, i remember the day was the 1st of autumn season. It was quite windy and the temperature decrease after the sunset. I love to stay here, a lot of various dishes with yummy taste. Sent my love from Indonesia, hope brb soon

Always have a great stay here. Was able to enjoy breakfast this time. There were many options for breakfast and the atmosphere is beautiful. Rooms are always impeccably clean and great service. My only complaint is that the elevators were very confusing and they play the same clip of annoying music over and over in the elevator.

Nice hotel in the commercial area of Amman. The premium rooms are really spacious and comfortable but you might have to argue to get a Non- smoking room.

I went to the gift shop on the first floor and found amazing items for reasonable prices. I bought bath salts, jewelry, decorative items and perfumes! Easy to pack gifts to take back with me to the U.S!! Highly recommended!

Unfortunately not like a knew it. Maybe coz of COVID 19 restrictions service is less than normal, no good breakfast , and no restaurant for dinner. I'm so sad for this amazing place I was before.

I’ve been staying here on and off for 5 days while I tour around Jordan. The hotel is a little way out of town but taxis are reasonably priced ($2-4JD) as long as you barter first. The hotel is more a 3 star as it is a little dated but rooms are clean and comfortable. Access to wifi - no issues. The staff have been more than helpful especially Omar and his team. Thank you Omar. Pretty nice hotel, maybe not very modern and quite old but the room was big. However, the carpet and sofa were stained and could be cleaned. The air conditioning worked fine and so did the fridge and there was no problem with hot water. The hotel staff was very helpful and polite, the breakfast was delicious. The service is very good, the people are super kind .. the prices are just affordable I think. The breakfast is not fancy as I thought, but it has all the essentials init. The location is fine as well. For muslims there is a mosque right beside the hotel.
