Seems like management gave up on this property. 1. you call the front desk at 0, no one picks up. 2. I had to go down to reset my room access card, they said the door battery is dead.... I said to them that not not an excuse. 3.. load music until 4 am... Like hotel night club 4. To access they had to send someone from maintenance with a master key to open my room door every time...3 days at this...

I recently stayed days inn hotel in Amman, and overall, it was a wonderful experience. The location was very convenient — close to many attractions, shopping areas, and restaurants. The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile.

The hotel is ordinary and convenient, some of the staff were friendly and some were barely just okay, the free parking availability was one of the major pros, the location was fine relatively as I had a rented car, the room was fine, and the sleep quality was good.

The staff were friendly and it was a fun stay. The location is close to the Roman Theater and within walking distance of Amman Citadel and downtown. The light from the hallway came in through the window above the room door, so it was bright at night. It would be better if the light could be blocked.

Really friendly staff at a nice hotel right in the middle of downtown Amman. Speak to the staff, they all speak perfect English and know plenty of things about the locality. Yazeed gave me suggestions for food and what to see. We had along conversation about everything, he really is an asset to the Jordan Tower, as are other two staff I met. I don't know how much you pay them but they are worth hanging...

We went for brunch at olea. The food was excellent with a wide variety including western and Asian cuisine with different live stations. Service was really good as well. Especially our server Shena who took care of our table was exceptional . An experience that will definitely be remembered and repeated. A special thank you to Khadijah.

I had dinner in Five restaurant and it was perfect, the dinner was delicious (seabass is always perfectly cooked). Moayad’s attention was extraordinary! Lovely property with a lot of facilities at guest disposal but we stayed for 1 night and haven’t used any of them due to our short stay.

Friendly staff greeting you as you enter the hotel, food at the restaurant is amazing freshly cooked in front of you, they have a barbershop in hotel with outdoor pool, sauna and steam room, clean and tidy from the moment you enter the hotel to all amenities. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Absolutely wonderful experience staying here. Stayed here for 3 nights. All the staff are very friendly and smiling all the time. The hotel is located at a very convenient location in Amman city. Few minute drive to the various tourists spots. Very clean and tidy rooms. Has underground parking if you’re bringing in your car. The breakfast is good as well maybe could add a few more dishes. 10/10 experience

The Monarch Hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. The elegant decor and impeccable service made my stay truly exceptional. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism. The attention to detail in every aspect of the hotel, from the beautifully designed rooms to the exquisite dining options, left me thoroughly impressed.

Overall in good. New hotel, so the equipments are still young. But it’s not very close to the city enter, and make sure that you ask for a non street facing room because it’s extreme noisy on that side The breaks fast is to skip, not a lot of choices and no freshly prepared eggs or pancakes which are pretty standard in Jordan. The staff are very nice though.

Nice Hotel in a very active and centered location. The team was very kind and helpful. If you come to Amman for business or leisure it is the best option to stay in.

As a family of five it is great to have an apartment with space for the children. Therefore, this was great. The location was about five miles away from the centre but this did not brother us as there were lost of shops and good restaurants nearby (this was located near the near part of the city).

They upgraded us to a family suite with kitchenette, two beds and two baths.. Great staff, very good facilities, will highly recommend.

I went to Rawa Suites Hotel at 2019, i remember the day was the 1st of autumn season. It was quite windy and the temperature decrease after the sunset. I love to stay here, a lot of various dishes with yummy taste. Sent my love from Indonesia, hope brb soon

Extraordinary views with amazing service. The location was a bit far, but the journey was fun. The food was extremely delicious, although it was highly priced. I have had a positive experience. The rooms are clean enough. And with clean enough I mean, you can trust to not get weird insects in your bed. You can shower but I would suggest to rinse the tub first. I had 1L of water at the ready when I arroved and got another one for free as well, do check the lids though.
