Check In Process is Smooth. Valet Parking & Car Parking available on Site. Rooms Were Clean & Breakfast spread was good and included. Location is Bit outside city Center but surrounded by Fast Food Restaurants Chains & Cafes. Room Size is Small Good For 2 Adults.

Team was so helpful .. Shahd the receptionist was awesome. It is definitely one of the best hotels I ve ever booked. If you go there choose Mohamad Atyat (works with the hotel) as your driver for wherever you choose to go as he is also amazinggg and super helpful.

I recently stayed at this hotel for four nights and was disappointed by the experience. First, the parking situation was a mess due to a wedding; the lot was completely full, and it took the valet around 10 minutes to retrieve my car. Additionally, housekeeping removed all the towels from my room without replacing them, which meant I had to request new towels and an iron myself. For a hotel that claims to be 4 stars, I expected much better service. Unfortunately, it felt more like a 3 star experience.

Hello, a week ago, one of my relatives held a party there. There were problems with the organization and lighting problems
We were asking the employees to adjust the lighting, but no one responded, so we had to search to adjust it
There were also problems with the DJ. The employee was not putting the songs in the required order or in the required combination
We hope that our problem will be solved

Quality of the hotel furniture is nice compared to other hotels in amman
The receptionists the (ladies ) are welcoming and nice
SHAHED IS PERFECT! AND ADDED VALUE TO THE STAY WITH HER PROFESSIONALISM
SHE MADE MY STAY COMFORTABLE and Satisfactory.
NAZEK IS LOVELY AS WELL AND KIND
HEARTED she always tries to help the client feel comfortable. Ladies have been trained by a half lebanese controller so they are the best .

Breakfast is rich and very well presented the manager of the restaurant is amazing
The staff isn't on top really they need lots of follow up !!
U ask for water they forget the glasses
Like if u are receiving visitors u will be embarrassed no courtesy at all .
They are a real mess there
They forget to clean tables and just wait for the manager to show up so they can move themselves . Total carelessness in terms of hospitality .
The chefs are patient and good enough they deliver what u ask for with no complaints and total respect .
I stayed for 19 days and its enough .
I don't recommend long stays
They need lots of training .
I hope they will do better and upgrade themselves
The wedding planner is highly recommended
He delivered much more than asked and provided for me the best surprise
It's a recommended hotel and the stay will be smooth enough
I wish them luck

The receptionist was really welcoming and friendly. Made me laugh a lot and I felt really welcomed.
Room is nice and toilet is clean.

This is the first time I stay in this hotel.. Frankly, a wonderful hotel and excellent service, especially in the restaurant. All respect.. the prices are reasonable.. and the location is very close to all services

We had such a pleasant stay in this family-friendly hotel! It’s rare to find such great bundle of quality and price combined in Amman. Many 4-star hotels don’t offer this high level of comfort, hygiene and service. The staff was always helpful and very friendly. The location is also a big plus! The University of Jordan and other famous sites are within walking distance of the hotel and countless coffe-shops, restaurants and supermarkets are right down the street. Thank you Gerasa Hotel Team!

The worst hotel ever. The staff is mean the rooms stick really bad .There is garbage in front of the rooms. The keys do not work easily . The bathrooms are really small not enough tissues no bath rob the boiler is very dirty . It has nothing to do with a 4 star hotel. Worst experience ever.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. There is only one thing that needs to be arranged in a better way. Valet parking especially for wedding occasions should be free of charge.
