I give 3 stars because of the employees... It has bad rooms even I asked for none smoking room... I got a room smelling like an ashtray... Most of the lights aren't working... The pillows are bad and the rooms are dirty

Brilliant service from Rasha , lovely personality and goes out of her way above and beyond for guests. takes good time to clean the room and love the presentation . Greatly appreciate someone taking pride in their work too.

This place has a cozy atmosphere from the moment you enter. The receptionist is friendly, the rooms are cozy moderns. They provide a baby cot at the same time we reach the bedroom. It felt like home. The pool is very cozy and the water is very warm and the pool area is quiet. Some items of the breakfast weren’t fresh like the bread, was very thick. But we requested fresh omelette. The restaurant food could be improved. ( they take a lit bit of time to deliver anything you request to the room) Overall it was a good surprise! I enjoyed my staying 🙏thank you very much ❤️

I had a nice stay at the hotel. It’s right at the center of the city with everything in walkable distance. Loved the housekeeping and attendance of the staff. They were all kind and very informative. The breakfast buffet was good. Housekeeping was excellent. However they didn’t have a weighing scale for the luggage and don’t have a flexible check out since my flight was scheduled for 5pm but I had to check out at the 12pm and wait in the lobby.

Old, worn-out furniture. Unfortunately, the value of housing is higher than it is worth. I will not repeat the mistake twice. The buffet is very modest. I do not know how to describe the experience.

I have 5 nights stay here in la casa hotel, staff here are really helpful and friendly, especially I lose my passport here in Amman, they help me to dial to the airline confirm the tickets, Mr. Abdulhmeed is friendly to us,thanks.

We were given this hotel as part of our Jordan tour. There were 7 us us in our group. First they said they didn't have enough rooms, so they sent 2 of our party to another hotel. They put 4 of us in a "suite" and the last one in a single room. The suite was disgusting. Plaster was peeling off the walls. The room hadn't been vacuumed ( the hallway also hadn't seen a vacuum in a long time), there were dirty tissues laying on the center table, glasses were dirty, some strange purple sticky substance on the desk top, and there were stains on the couches. I could go on and on. Needless to say we did not stay and went to a nearby hotel instead and decided to fight it out with the tour company later. It was just that bad. Picture the worst trucker hotel you've ever seen.

The service is very good, the people are super kind .. the prices are just affordable I think.
The breakfast is not fancy as I thought, but it has all the essentials init.
The location is fine as well.
For muslims there is a mosque right beside the hotel.

We stayed there 19th to 20th of September and then we stayed again 24th to 26th. We left two swimsuits hanged in the bathroom. When we came back we asked at reception if they found it and every time they told us that they were going to ask house keeping department but with no results. Finally they told us that they did not find them. Be careful about what you leave inside your room because things seem to disappear in this hotel.
In addition to that, they are remodeling the building so workers are outside your room till 22h causing loud noises of hammers. Food is also bad.
Counclusion, avoid this hotel

MANY PROBLEMS:
These were my problems furing my stay:
-During my stay, my room was at the 4h floor, which was under construction. There is no problem about that, the problem comes if they work until 10 pm, doing a lot of noise and bein unable to get any sleep until they stop.
- Gym is supossed to open at 6 am, but it didn't open until 10 am.
- They said they had a computer service for free, so I thought I could work during my stay and I chose this hotel. Surprisedly, all computers where under maintenance.
- Finally, the day of my last night I arrived at 4:30 pm and my room was not cleaned up, although the cleaning signal was hanging out of the door.
I definitely advise against being in this hotel
