The hotel was so much better than I expected! Got complimentary breakfast and everything you can hope for in the room (tea, coffee, shampoos, body lotions, shaving kits, toothbrushes, loofas,etc) the staff was so kind and helpful. I recommend 100%

Some facilities are renovated others are horrible and unusable
Bathroom shower box leaking water
Toilet flush running all night
A/C not working properly
Mattress does not fit bedframe on extra bed so it was uncomfortable at all
Old bedcover with holes in it
No room cleaning services unless you request it
Breakfast buffet is below standard
Cold eggs, coffee, bread and no food variety
And many more details shows how the hotel is not ready to receive customers
We booked a room through booking.com
And upon arrival it was not ready for us we had to take a smaller room
Most rooms we saw had T.V but no signal
Hot water cattle broken
The worst experience ever
Deserve no stars at all

This hotel deserve more than 2 stars, It is newly renovated and it has everthing, even a toothbrush and toothpaste, very clean and very helpfull staff, the location is great, many outlet stores and restaurants nearby a supermarket and bakery at the doorstep.

I like the hotel and staff however, during weekend the room service and banquet is not avaialbe.
