The staff at Ibis Amman are honestly amazing — extremely kind, helpful, and always willing to assist. Their friendliness and professionalism truly make a big difference and are the best part of the stay, thanks to Mahmoud HK and front office B shift I don’t remember his name 😭
However, when it comes to the hotel facilities, the building itself really needs renovation. The rooms and especially the bathrooms feel quite old and outdated, and they don’t match the level of service provided by the staff.
Overall, the experience was good thanks to the wonderful team, but with proper renovation and updates, this hotel could be much better.

I stayed at the ibis Hotel in Jordan and overall it was a good experience. The room was clean, and the prices were decent for what you get.
The only downside was the front desk staff member. He seemed like he was forcing a smile, which made the interaction a bit uncomfortable. We also asked for a crib for my son, but we were told that cribs are only available for children under two years old. My son is three, and normally other hotels do provide a crib for a child his age, so I wasn’t sure why it wasn’t possible at this location.
Other than that, everything was fine, and I would consider staying here again in the future.

Front desk staff alongside security staff were very friendly. Check in was quick. Room was of good size and bathroom too. Mr. Abdulrahman from housekeeping immediately we welcomed us and provide the necessary amenities which were plentiful and good (tooth brush, razor, vanity, etc.). Slept like a baby as the nose level was almost non existent. Breakfast was very good with great Arabic and international choices. The chef at the omelette station did a great job and was smiling all the time which was a nice gesture.

We stayed for a night and it turned out to be one of the best ibis experiences I’ve had. The staff were welcoming, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was surprisingly good with plenty of options.
The only drawback was that one of the rooms had a slight cigarette smell. Since there’s no window to air it out, the hotel may need to find a better way to handle this.

Me and my daughter stayed for 5 weeks and cannot fault the hotel. The staff are very kind and always friendly and willing to help. Rooms were clean and comfortable. The hotel is in a great location as most things are close by ( walking distance). From this experience we will definitely be back.
