Definitely worth it considering the price..no complaints! Thank you guys!
The banquet hall was dirty and clearly not cleaned properly before our event. Several of our guests reported that the tables were shaky and the cutlery were dirty and unmatched, plus the plates were plastics and dirty , which was incredibly embarrassing and unhygienic.
Many of the guests complained about broken chairs, and unclean bathrooms. The air conditioning in the hall was not working, making the stay uncomfortable, especially for our elderly relatives.
To top it all off, the hotel wedding planner was rude and unhelpful when we raised our concerns. She showed no willingness to rectify the situation or compensate us for the numerous issues we faced.
Overall, our wedding experience was a nightmare. I would strongly advise anyone considering this venue for their special day to look elsewhere. Save yourself the stress and disappointment.
