Good for short trip to Phnom Penh. The room so big and comfortable . The staff have good service mind. I check in on the 10th floors it’s good river view. ??

A fine hotel and Asian restaurant of good quality! Big and spacious. The environment is clean and tidy. Customers can come for dinner to have Chinese cuisines and courses. Their food is also luscious and savory!

This is an amazing hotel in the heart of Phnom Penh. The lobby is located in an open air space shared with the restaurant and bar that looks out over a magnificent pool

There is a gatekeeper posted in front who lets you in and out after hours and made me feel incredibly safe. Our room had ac, a safe, hangers, a fantastic shower and a firm, comfortable bed

The food was good, beer was cold, our included breakfast was the best we had in Cambodia with eggs, toast, jelly, bacon, yogurt, fruit and coffee. The value for your money is outstanding

Best hotel in Phnom Penh in my opinion. Affordable rooms - some with private pools - and friendly service. Don’t bother with nearby massage shops. They are not very good and treat their staff badly

So tranquil. Lots of green plants around the pool. You can come here just to use the pool for a small fee. Good and drink service is good and options are varied. Happy hour specials.

Awesome pool and poolside cabanas. Nice rooms. Great prices during low season. Breakfast was ok but the rest of the food was not great - only downside. Beautiful oasis that makes you forget you are in Phnom Penh.

Rooms a little spartan but nothing to complain about, maybe the lack of hot water. If you go there get a room with pool view. The rooms in the back have no view or whatsoever

Phnom Penh is a nice capital but always Noisy. The 252 Hotel is really a oasis in the center of the city, excellent location to see all the Phnom Penh attraction

Room are well decorated, big and clean, with a really nice bathroom. Restaurant serve a excellent local foo, try the khmer set menu with a good french red wine

I stayed here for three days (two nights). The beds are hard, make sure you ask for a soft top. The employees are formal, but friendly. Breakfast is ordered from a menu and is limited/sober

What a delightful small resort on koh dach. The room itself was lovely and spotlessly clean, and the bed and towels also. The pool was sparkling and clean and really well looked after

Restaurant on the river was perfect and the food served was fresh and varied. I asked for stir fry veggies only and no problem. We could walk from the ferry we caught, although there is another ferry further away

Beautiful location right on the river. Staff were friendly and happy to help with requests. Must go to the silk farm it is amazing to see it getting produced from hand this way.

Walk!! The prices are ok also in theyr restaurant which is managed by european chefcook! The hotel is in riverside front, best nightlive nearby but stil quit rooms! Ok if u older or problems to go stairways, just look for a room first or second floor, but at the moment they install a elevator!:-)

An excellent hotel at the riverfront, wonderful view from th Panoramic suite. The suite is huge and nicely furnished with beautiful old furniture. The staff is courteous and speaks decent English

Great modern style French cafe downstairs adjacent, roof top bar for nightlife. Directly on riverfront across from waterfront promenade. Close to bars of all kinds and night market

Maybe not the best choice for most western travellers accustomed to the Hilton. If you spend little time in your room is more than adequate though. Firm beds, so perfect for us

But if you're single or couple, it's not a bad option considering the price. There's not much around the hotel for tourists. Looks like it's only catered to Chinese customers as the staff couldn't speak much English

However it is clean by Cambodian standards, and the rooms are comfortable enough once you get used to it. The aircon works great, and the location is very quiet. This is not a good hotel for families with kids

It is in a quiet location giving good night sleep. If you prefer to eat elsewhere there are plenty of places nearby. Based short tuctuc ride from the airport. Definitely value for money, I will be returning

It's quite small and the room is a bit bare with only the bare essentials

The bathroom was very small, and the combined shower toilet configuration is hard to get used to for us westerners, as the toilet become completely soaked and uncomfortable to use after someone showers

The overall stay was lovely as we only stayed here for a stop over for one night but we were very disappointed when we got to the pool that there was no water in it, we never got told this before we arrived otherwise we would of booked elsewhere due to us just wanting to chill out by the pool as we had already explored the city

Large clean room with lounging area, balcony, good size bathroom & all amenities. Staff are very friendly & attentive. The hotel also has small pool right by the reception area

The pancake with fruit was good. The only drawback about this hotel is the noise from many constructions around it. It makes it unpleasant to sit in the balcony or the pool

The room was quite large with a sitting area and balcony. It has a swimming pool but it opens to the reception area making the pool more of a decorative space

The staff are very nice and though there is no tour desk they were more than happy to arrange tours,car and tickets. The free breakfast is served at Brono cafe on the ground floor with 2 choices plus coffee or tea

Breakfast is limited but nicely prepared & served at the restaurant on the ground floor. The hotel is in the best area. many good restaurants, bars & cafes nearby. Will definitely stay here again next time

If you don't mind the noise which start at 6:30 am this hotel is a good choice. There are also many restaurants at st#51 a short walk from the hotel. The water front is also 15 minutes walk from the hotel

The staffs are very friendly and helpful. Always helping with our luggage. The room is big and very nice and clean. We loved the infinity pool on the roof level with a great view

A good hotel for the price paid. Room without window was $22 and a big room with balcony was $29, both including breakfast for 2. This is a good location with many massage places and restaurants near by

You can even walk to the river side in 15 mins. It is just 7-10 minutes walking from the Independence monument. Do book this hotel if you are looking for s clean hotel in good area

The first hotel I think about when arrive Phnom Penh. Good hotel, cheap price, room charge including breakfast and close to Aeon mall. I have a good time at Diamond Palace Hotel.

Appraise it based on what you have paid and not expect it to be a USD50 or 100 room please. They have upgraded the old carpets to vinyl flooring

Clean, convenient location, strong wifi. A la carte breakfast with sandwich, omelette and local noodles being the popular selection

The only negative is the decision to cover the natural bamboo surrounding the pool with a gaudy blue paint that totally ruins the color combination of the rest of the area!!! Poor choice indeed! All in all, I love my stays here and highly recommend poolside to anyone, especially budget minded people!

After 5 or 6 return visits I am happy to report that I find the poolside villa to be a true gem and will return any time my poker playing brings me here! The facilities,wonderful staff and proximity to all my destinations are second to none

Not gonna lie - it was a lot better then I expected. Especially the restaurant/pool area. Food menu was very good with many western style options. Probably a bit overpriced but quality was very decent

The recent renovation to pool area add to the ambience and the constant stream of young traveller's create a great vibe and the music is always good

Nice hotel with swimming pool. Comfortable bed and the restaurant with variety of menu. In this area there are Italian, Greek, Japanese dining bars to chill out. Overall quite happy to stay here..

Friendly staff and clean rooms, the pool is also nice. They also have 2 for 1 drinks. The shower was also great, hot water and good pressure. However 2 out of 3 of our groups rooms had inadequate air conditioning

Nice perfect place in middle of the city and affordable. I left my gold necklace in the bed and came back and still there. Such a very nice and trust room service. I would recommended to all people to book here

The manager is very helpful as well solving any minor issue I raised to make my stay comfortable. The location is perfect (BKK1), very safe and close to attractions. I highly recommend this hotel

Very helpful staff who can help you book tours without additional cost. Breakfast is nice and comes in a set which you can choose the main, sides and drink that you prefer.

Outside is a pool and some of the rooms offer outside seating. Good value for money would definitely return

The suite I booked had a kitchenette, washing machine, full size fridge, magnetron, induction stove and kettle. Note there are no pots and pans so bring your own

The hotel (part of 3 in the area) is located not far from Phnom Penh airport not close to tourist attractions or riverside but tuktuk is not expensive

Download app upon arrival, local SIM can be purchased at airport outside arrivals. It is small but the rooms are modern, clean and spacious

There are local restaurants in the area within walking distance or order with app. The seperate bedroom has a comfortable bed, in the living room is table with 4 chairs and a sofa

I've been to Villa Paradiso for 4 nights. It's such a lovely place and relaxing. I really love to spend my time in cleaning swimming pool with great Italian foods and music

Villa Paradiso was perfect in so many ways. First of all - location is ideal in heart of BKK. The hotel decor and grounds are very inviting. Rooms are well equipped and beds are big and comfortable

If it's too good to be true, it probably is. A quaint little place with a charming host. The rooms are spacious with large bathrooms and very colonial furnishing

It is a fab small 8 room hotel in an old french house. Think high ceilings, deco brown furnishings. All for under 30 USD a night including breakfast

The host was very friendly and insightful about traveling around Cambodia. I'd strongly recommend this place to anyone

I stayed in this hotel for 3 nights. Pro 1) Many restaurants and supermarkets are around. 3) my room is quite as it is not facing main road. Con: 1) The only things I don't really like is the hotel lobby

There is small swimming pool available. Maintenance could improve a bit Room : 4. Huge rooms and very comfortable. Probably the best in the locality for the price it charges

This place is amazing! Only stayed here for two nights but wished I could stay for longer! The place is quiet and cosy, rooms are clean and huge! There's a reading chair near the window, a spacious toilet and even a little backyard with an outdoor pool

We did not use the pool, but it's nice to have the possibility to hang around for an hour or two a day in peace around the pool. All in all a good choice, I'd say if the room was 15-20$ less, I'd given 5 stars

However, cleanliness could be improved. The outdoor bathtub is a bit dirty and we found a used mug on the floor during check in. Overall: Recommended! A good place to stay in bustling, dusty Phnom Penh

Lovely small designer hotel 400 meters from the Royal Palace. Great location, yet quiet street. I would definitely stay there if I happen to visit Phnom Penh again!
