Formerly called Intercontinental Hotel, but it’s name has been changed when there’s a change of ownership. When COVID-19 hit Cambodia in 2020, it was since used as treatment facility for patients with mild symptoms.

The first 5-star hotel in Cambodia as InterContinental Phnom Penh. The hotel hosted mostly dignitaries, celebraties head of states, Royalty, President, etc. It is rebranded as The Great Duke Phnom Penh.

We stayed here last year when it was still the Intercontinental. It's a large hotel a bit dated with a great swimming pool on the 4th floor. Staff was courteous and food was decent and reasonable priced. The only minor con is the location is not as convenient to stay for independent travelers like us since it's a bit far from all the tourists' spots.

Great ambience. No free Wi-Fi, unless you are overnight guests.

if you want a taste of luxury among the huzzle of the city this is the perfect spot. within walking distance to the palace and the waterfront. sanctuary and oasis.

it was an extremely luxurious hotel for us. the swimming pool, hot pool and gym were out of this world. they even had a steam bath and himalayan salt room. the location was very near all the major attractions and right outside there’s a very yummy spring roll kiosk to satiate our supper cravings. the staff were very accommodating and friendly. i would recommended this hotel for sure

1. The receptionists could speak fluent Chinese which is perfect for Chinese-speaking travelers. 2. Breakfast options are super limited. It does not seem to be a five-star hotel to me. 3. Location is super good. 15 mins max away from airport. 4. Amenities are not very new and there is always a smell of smoke in the room.

The hotel building is relatively new, however the room was a bit run down. Very few TV channels in English. No hair dryer. The hotel location is convenient for those willing to stay close to the airport. There are very few cafes and restaurants around in the area. Commuting downtown takes at least 15-20 minutes by tuk tuk (10 usd).

Everything is good. Tuk-tuks can pick you up at the lobby entrance, which is convenient and free from traffic jams; all service staff are very nice. But except for the toothpaste, it is difficult to use, like a lump of flour, this toothpaste really affects the experience.

My room has a small kitchen area for extended stays. Location is excellent if you are looking for a quiet area. If you want to walk out the door and have shops all around then this won’t be for you. It's now called High Sky Hotel. Very comfortable rooms in a quiet area with great views. Breakfast is good. Price is very good for the facilities. Some negatives. WiFi is not so reliable and only 144Mbps. Location is away from the main tourist spots in the city and costs about USD5-7 by tuk tuk each way to get there.

I have booked the room at the hotel. The price is little bit high, 40 USD for single room (although they converted the double room into single room). The hotel is not really in good location. It takes around 15-30 mins to go to central area and the tuk tuk from hotel are usually high (1-2 usd higher). The breakfast is not really good, only a few dishes.

The building outside looks a bit old but it is Cozy and luxurious inside. It is located on the riverside with nice and fresh view. The service is a bit off which u can tell right away. However, some staffs have done their best service which could be compensated for others. They saved too much electricity for the meeting room. The food is nice.

The hotel is located central to markets, the riverside, gardens/parks, and some great restaurants. The view from the rooftop is amazing. The staff are nice and friendly (the rooftop bar staff could learn to smile). I would recommend this hotel for long or short stays in Phnom Penh.

We’ve stayed here several times to take a break from our everyday routine. The rooms are always clean, the staff are friendly, and the coffee is great. The rooftop pool is a bit small, but the view is absolutely wonderful.

Whilst I wasn’t staying at this hotel, I had 3 massages here whilst staying for a week in PP working in a remote village. My feet, legs and back were really feeling it from working in the village and these ladies really provided sensational massages - very professional and very good techniques. Had the dinner buffet here with the missus. 17$ each as of March 2018. Food was above average, atmosphere was above average but the staff was very welcoming so that's a big plus. The hotel is one of the hidden place in the Central busy area of Phnom Penh which overlooked by many. They have good size of meeting room, sound system and projector. Food is served in the restaurant at the ground floor at the back connecting to the pool where surrounded by hotel room. I like the swimming pool at this hotel.
