First, we checked in to a room the aircond was only blow warm air, and bathroom only provides one toothbrush. We then requested to change to another room. This second room the aircond is perfect except for room amenities, again there’s nothing provided except for towels. I have to request room service to refill what is necessary. Second and third day, they clean the room but without replace amenities...

Great service great receptionist.
Sleep well and tight. BUT the facilities need improvement.
The hotel is quite old and many of the facilities are quite old, but the night view of the hotel is very good. It is opposite the Imperial Palace and it is worth staying.
Very good stay experience.
The hotel is in a good location, not far from the airport, and the surrounding scenery is also good.
There is no problem with the hotel facilities and it is easy to use.
The breakfast is also good.
The facilities in the room are outdated and you can hear conversations in the next room. The friendliness of the staff is very satisfying.
I was impressed by the historic atmosphere and the modernity of the plumbing.
Beautiful Hotel overlooking the river. Night lights are breath taking. Food was excellent and at a reasonable price. Staff are exceptionally helpful. Full Breakfast was delicious.

Decent hotel for location. I’ve been to this place many times but end up going to either Rosewood or the raffles hotel to eat instead.
Its a big hotel with a good service!
very nice environment. suitable for business trip and families.
Conference in the grand ballroom. Comfortable clean room. Good service.
I have stayed here before. It is a beautiful hotel!
The swimming pool is great, but the shower at the pool is not really clean. Maybe because it was kinda late as I was using the pool around 8 pm.
Overall experience is great. The service, the facility, and the breakfast were enjoyable.

The Great Duke Phnom Penh
Phnom Penh, 296 Mao Tse Toung Boulevard (245) 🧭 Map
Spa facilities: Massage, Sauna, Spa and wellness centre
Formerly called Intercontinental Hotel, but it’s name has been changed when there’s a change of ownership. When COVID-19 hit Cambodia in 2020, it was since used as treatment facility for patients with mild symptoms.
The first 5-star hotel in Cambodia as InterContinental Phnom Penh. The hotel hosted mostly dignitaries, celebraties head of states, Royalty, President, etc. It is rebranded as The Great Duke Phnom Penh.
6 starts hotel. Nice for high class level.
An old InterCon hotel. Now it’s Great Duke. Make the Duke great again! Lol
We stayed here last year when it was still the Intercontinental. It's a large hotel a bit dated with a great swimming pool on the 4th floor. Staff was courteous and food was decent and reasonable priced. The only minor con is the location is not as convenient to stay for independent travelers like us since it's a bit far from all the tourists' spots.
Great ambience. No free Wi-Fi, unless you are overnight guests.

Wow where do I even begin!
This property is so beautiful and the staff are amazing! We only stayed two nights, but we fell in love from the moment my partner and I arrived!
The attention to detail here is unmatched! When we arrived we were greeted by Monita, Chariya, and Saman! They helped us with our bags and showed us around the property!
The hotel itself mixes both modern and old french architecture...
Absolutely fantastic stay at the Hyatt in Phnom Penh!
From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly warm, welcoming, and professional. The breakfast is amazing, and lunch and dinner were just as impressive. My room was super comfortable, spotless, and well designed — a perfect place to relax after exploring the city.

Stayed here for 3 nights. First off the hotel is beautiful. It really is perfectly decorated inside and out. The staff all friendly with some minor issues.
My room on the 12th floor was nice size with good A/C. WiFi worked good. The bathroom water pressure was great but I had an issue with scolding hot water. The temperature would change while taking a shower. This needs to be fixed.

The hotel itself is beautiful. They did an excellent job of restoring and renovating the In the old french style. The dining room is beautiful and the breakfast and lunch buffet are marvelous - everything you could imagine. The staff were wonderful and accomidated everything!

Located in a very convenient spot right after arriving from the airport, this hotel offers a spacious and comfortable room equipped with all the necessary amenities. 1. The receptionists could speak fluent Chinese which is perfect for Chinese-speaking travelers.
2. Breakfast options are super limited. It does not seem to be a five-star hotel to me.
3. Location is super good. 15 mins max away from airport.
4. Amenities are not very new and there is always a smell of smoke in the room.
The hotel building is relatively new, however the room was a bit run down. Very few TV channels in English. No hair dryer. The hotel location is convenient for those willing to stay close to the airport. There are very few cafes and restaurants around in the area. Commuting downtown takes at least 15-20 minutes by tuk tuk (10 usd).
Very good hotel and very good and co-operating hotel staff

3.8 stars.
Was given a room on the 5th floor, it looks as though the entire floor has been renovated and refreshed. Not sure if the same can be said about all the floors.
The beds however were pretty broken and sunken in. Breakfast spread was plain and rather underwhelming. Besides that had a pleasant stay.
I recently had the pleasure of dining at the exquisite garden restaurant within a Cambodian hotel (Hotel Cambodiana), and it was a truly memorable evening. The room was amazing. The restaurants were really good. The concierge helped us arrange a Tuk Tuk to explore everyday. The driver was wonderful. And the pool and gym facilities were superb. Location is perfect. Service was excellent, all the staff were very efficient and paid a lot of attention to details. I think i got upgraded to better room, and it’s included access to club millesime which made the stay even more worth it. Breakfast was on point, everything was amazing, good experience. Oh and they gave small bouquet, so cute
From someone with a long background in the hospitality industry, my expectations for Sofitel Phnom Penh were naturally high-and the team exceeded every one of them.

Possibly the best hotel we have ever stayed in. While the Sofitel Phnom Penh is a beautiful classic building what makes a stay there so special are the fantastic staff. We have just spent 5 beautiful days at the hotel and were warmly greeted by Keo for check in and then provided with warm service in the club lounge by Phano , Nita and Piseth. Routinely while walking around the hotel staff would greet...
I visited Sofitel Hotel with my family for a day of fun and relaxation. My wife arranged for a tennis pro to play with me and give some tips — it was a great workout and a real throwback since I haven’t played since my university days. The courts were in excellent shape, and the coach spoke perfect English, making the lesson both fun and challenging. Next time I’d love to try their racquetball courts...

Spent a couple of nights here. Good hotel in a good part of the city, just a few minutes walk from the royal palace. The room was excellent.
The front desk and room service staff could use a few customer service training. They were indifferent at times.
Overall, it's a nice hotel.

Wonderful stay at the hotel. The staff is very friendly and attentive. Breakfast very good, and the room is large and comfortable. Slippers, robes, provided. Hotel is beautiful but it looks abandoned, no access to any restaurants or food except the very limited option within the hotel
This hotel was nice and I think it’s well priced for what it is, half of it looked abandoned and it felt like we were the only ones there 😅 However, the pool was very clean, it had a nice shallow area for younger kids and they even brought us some floaties for the kids to use. We had an amazing time during our stay at Garden City Hotel. It was our honeymoon. I'm not sure if I mentioned this to the hotel 😳 but they had upgraded us to the executive suite with a welcoming fruit bowl in our room. Great rooms and excellent showers in the en-suites. The only 2 things that let this hotel down is the lack of daylight in 40% of the rooms due to windows opening to a void and the hot breakfast. The hot breakfast on the buffet is stone cold, but once the waiting team reheat your selection, it’s great. The rest of the buffet is good and the coffee excellent.
Hotel is really nice, staff are very friendly, happy hour is good value. The gym is fantastic, I’ve been on a 3 month trip across Asia and this is the best gym I’ve had by far. The rooms are spacious and very clean, nice hot and powerful shower as well. The only negative was that the tv was broken during my stay but I’ve not downgraded the review because I didn’t really need it.

There's an element of you get what you pay for.. But for a city centre hotel right next to Central Market with large rooms with a decent bed, a balcony, fridge, air con, a safe, bathroom, fairly good WiFi and lots of satellite TV sport channels plus a breakfast, all for $20 can't complain. The room was old but spacious and clean. Great selection of continental breakfast options!
I have stayed here many times. The facilities are old, but the service level is OK. It is quieter than the hotel where all the Chinese are. But the most important point is that the water heater is not working well. Almost all the rooms are small. I look forward to improvement.
I had arranged a meeting many times with 60-70 participants. They offered reasonable price with high class services, we feel we got valuable experience for our events.

Get sky high at high sky hotel.aI got higher than Neil Armstrong. So that indicates its a " protected place "& visitors can release the brakes & cut loose .
It's now called High Sky Hotel. Very comfortable rooms in a quiet area with great views. Breakfast is good. Price is very good for the facilities. Some negatives. WiFi is not so reliable and only 144Mbps. Location is away from the main tourist spots in the city and costs about USD5-7 by tuk tuk each way to get there.
I have booked the room at the hotel. The price is little bit high, 40 USD for single room (although they converted the double room into single room). The hotel is not really in good location. It takes around 15-30 mins to go to central area and the tuk tuk from hotel are usually high (1-2 usd higher). The breakfast is not really good, only a few dishes.
The building outside looks a bit old but it is Cozy and luxurious inside. It is located on the riverside with nice and fresh view. The service is a bit off which u can tell right away. However, some staffs have done their best service which could be compensated for others. They saved too much electricity for the meeting room. The food is nice.

We had requested a baby cot during our booking, so we were surprised to learn at check-in that the hotel does not provide them. As we did not receive any prior communication about this, we were unable to make alternative arrangements in advance. Eventually, after much insistence on our part, the staff managed to obtain a baby cot from the residence apartment adjacent to the hotel.
Nice location for a business travel(city centre), worth of experience
The hotel was “okay” for the price is a little expensive since is a little old and the mall where it is located is empty there’s not many food options around but good thing is that the breakfast is super good
Stayed with my parent the room is a little outdated and the hotel in general seems old but is okay a little bit overpriced and the area has a mall that has nothing in it is like a ghost town besides that is okay but a little overpriced for what it actually is
The first floor has been renovated and is now easier to spot. The service is great and the price is reasonable, including breakfast. The breakfast is average and is okay for occasional meals. The location is great and I've always stayed here. It's convenient for dining, going to the bank, getting a haircut, and shopping.
