Well run hotel and casino and worth a visit if you are a foreigner visiting Phnom Penh the first time. A must see! Very grand with many free shows of high standards from performing artists all over the world.

A very well established casino. I thought it will be quite run down but it's exactly opposite. The service is fantastic. Will come back again.

Best 5 star hotel in combodiya and happening place. Lot of things to do and colourful. Casino and girl's are attractive

We enjoyed our trip to NagaWorld. We had a little gamble on the roulette tables. We lost but we didn't gamble very much. We dined in a Chinese restaurant and really, really enjoyed our meals

There are lots of high end shops underground that was like a ghost town! We enjoyed our visit

Not the most impressive casino in the world. It lacks the excitement of Las Vegas, the mass of money of Macau, the elegance of Monaco

The spa is great I had a massage and exfoliated my skin with salt scrub both of which were to a very high standard and the masseuse was attentive and methodical for both these treatments which was well over 90 minutes cost $80

Beautiful Hotel overlooking the river. Night lights are breath taking. Food was excellent and at a reasonable price. Staff are exceptionally helpful. Full Breakfast was delicious.

Have chosen this place for staff annual New Year (Khmer New Year) party last year and this year. Will probably choose it for next year's also. Fantastic views, excellent sized rooms and staff were superb

There are many street vendors and restaurants along the riverside road leading to the hotel. You can enjoy simple street drinking and drinking. You can see the city and palace across the river

Beautiful hotel which is great value for money. The hotel is situated just on the outskirts of Phnom Penh which is a $5 journey to the centre. The staff at the hotel are incredibly friendly and helpful

5 out of 6 days during my stay here, the TV at my room is not working even I inform front desk twice. request for iron n iron board also not send. But the food at lotus restaurant is super delicious

The swimming pool is great, but the shower at the pool is not really clean. Maybe because it was kinda late as I was using the pool around 8 pm. The service, the facility, and the breakfast were enjoyable

It’s a grand old hotel. Every facility you would expect from a hotel like this. But the rooms are tired and desperately need upgrading. Fantastic staff. Breakfast buffet is excellent!

Everything is very new and modern with an efficient use of space. I heard the bakery is good but we opted to have breakfast at the market instead which we thoroughly enjoyed.

Everything. The interior design is spectacular. It is the prettiest gym I have ever seen and the black out curtains.. yes.

I made one year contract of course decided to live here also because of their nice facilities here, both gym and pool are nice! The management of the building closed the gym and pool from the 1st of gym until now

The roof-top pool and gym were great and the front desk staff fantastic. The manager Kevin, was particularly gracious and helpful. Cleaning staff were excellent. Breakfast was good and the staff very attentive

They said it is because of the Ministry's order. I know many other friends living in other serviced apartment with gym and pool still opening

The service and management team are always good, friendly, and top notch. The walls are not the thick, but I will say you can’t blame it on them, it’s the construction problem. Very comfy place and reasonable price!

If you're looking for a highly trained concierge for a serviced apartment, this is the place. Always accommodating and polite, the concierge personnel is the reason why I'm okay with their small apartment rooms

We stayed here last year when it was still the Intercontinental. It's a large hotel a bit dated with a great swimming pool on the 4th floor. Staff was courteous and food was decent and reasonable priced

Breakfast buffet is huge amd the club diplomat is worth every $$. Even if drive to river side is less than 10 mins and there are plenty of local tuk tuk and taxi options to choose from

Formerly called Intercontinental Hotel, but it’s name has been changed when there’s a change of ownership. When COVID-19 hit Cambodia in 2020, it was since used as treatment facility for patients with mild symptoms.

Previously known as intercontinental. Great services from staff. Sunken bed, however they do have fast Wi-Fi and good mix of cable selections from several countries.

I have stayed there twice and would choose it again for future visits. Perfectly located in the very centre, with a fantastic view of multiple rivers including the Mekong. Rooftop pool with that view too

The hotel was in the radius for a pickup for a tour we booked as well. It is also in walking distance of many places. Your room key only allows you to access your floor and the pool/gym floor

We stayed in an apartment, it was so spacious. Rooms were very clean and rooftop pool was superb. Does get shady in the afternoon though. Staff were very polite and helpful

Buffet is plentiful & hygiene, tasty food & self-made coffee machine. Infinite-swimming-pool has really great view (city & 2 rivers) & clean. I had good time staying here!

This is an absolutely beautiful property ! Clean, well maintained , and very smart design. The rooftop and pool are super cool. Didn't try the breakfast, but it was huge

Various restaurants and an amazing lobby bar - Ask for a special cocktail from Mr. Tee ! He’s an incredibly talented mixologist (Highly Recommend!) The Japanese restaurant was delicious

Pool table, table tennis, squash, pools and the gym was not bad too. Dim sum at the Chinese restaurant was delicious and the Italian restaurant was also quite enjoyable. Will definitely go again and recommend to anyone

The rooms are somewhat majestic (In what way or another), You get a lot for what you get. This hotel is your entire trip, it has a message area, pool, gym and even extra land to be used as a park (Nice)

I’ll be coming back with my family one day. To get the kids to explore the kids club, use the pools and play table tennis, squash and outdoor tennis

I wanted to move in and not leave! It was amazing! Staff are super friendly, service is amazing, food in house is delicious and the drinks are plentiful! The pool was closed for renovations on our last 2 days here, but they took us to another hotels pool - it was an infinity pool, 28 floors up !! Wow! Best buffet and freeflow wine in the City! Thereafter, migrate down to the Metropole Underground Bar for an incredible Roaring 20's themed Jazz experience 👌🏼 Definitely recommend a night out if you are in Phnom Penh

Being able to dunk the absolute freshest bread you can find in the city to make sure you got every drop of flavour was an added bonus. No matter if you choose 2 or 3 courses

An iconic building and hotel in Phnom Penh. This classic colonial style facility with a superb service won’t disappoint you. Room was spacious and super clean. Room for improvement: Breakfast selection was a bit limited

Pretty much all cuisines are available within 500 meters. The lobby, lift and rooftop look stunning. The staff is helpful and welcoming. The rooms could be slightly small but very well decorated with a palace theme
