Good place to stay, quite pricy though… The rooftop pool and the restaurant are the highlight of this hotel… the food is amazing and the pool is right there n ready for the taking

Room was nice enough but very disappointing that the staff told us the wrong closing time for the pool and we were not allowed to swim even for 5 mins before 7pm. Overpriced for what it is.

The breakfast Phō was excellent! and rooftop pool is cool and great to get away, but it can be crowded and a bit difficult to navigate during the bar's happy hour

Great Hotel near the middle of Phnom Penh. We had the pool to our selves, with fantastic views over the city. It was idyllic, sipping our gin and tonics by the pool, while the children played

The staff is very accommodating, always with a smile on their faces and everyone goes above and beyond to make your stay perfect even if it's one night

We got the private pool room, and the swimming pool was a very nice feature. However, I will note that the bathroom in our room was VERY small

The gym was small but adequate to get in a sweat session. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. The property could use a bit of a face-lift but it did not take away from our stay

Went to Arun Cafe that's next door. The food is really good, well worth it!!! The fruit juices are super fresh, actual oranges. They also have a pizza special. I had the English breakfast it was the best scrambled eggs

A lovely hotel including free computer, lovely pool and nice gym. Lots of plants around, so very calming. Room was also very nice, with refrigerator as well

Tuktuks in general have difficulty to find this hotel; hire one from the vicinity of the hotel for the day and have them take you back here, or else find a young driver that speaks English and knows how to use Google Maps navigation

Well run hotel and casino and worth a visit if you are a foreigner visiting Phnom Penh the first time. A must see! Very grand with many free shows of high standards from performing artists all over the world.

A very well established casino. I thought it will be quite run down but it's exactly opposite. The service is fantastic. Will come back again.

We enjoyed our trip to NagaWorld. We had a little gamble on the roulette tables. We lost but we didn't gamble very much. We dined in a Chinese restaurant and really, really enjoyed our meals

The only and best casino in Phnom Penh. It has so many restaurants and the food is pretty good.

Management can certainly become better at serving its guests. My Comments on the 1 Star Reviewers Concerns : Noise? Fuel operations at a nearby depot have seized. I did hear rumblings off the water side of the property

We stayed here in 2023, 2024, and we'll likely stay here again. There seems to be more staff compared to our first visit. Management seems to be doing more and better? Though I had no complaints from the past

Kids and Extra Guests and Fees? It is not kid friendly. All of the information on the website is presented properly. There is no misunderstanding as to what is available here. Kids can use the pool with adult supervision

I know that it's not what you think of when you are staying at something called a Spa or Retreat. With that thinking and knowing my tastes would be different than the in-house kitchen

We had an extra local guest stay in our room due to family plans. the staff mentioned to us that indeed we had an extra person that came to stay with us in our room the night before, so they will be charging us extra

There is coffee/tea station with electric kettle, mini bar and large wardrobes with safety box. Large bathroom with full amenity set up, big shower room with hot/cold water. Beautiful swimming pool on rooftop and gym

The Staff was incredible friendly and helpful and polite-the property was very nice . The breakfast was amazing! It had a pool and lots of sun loungers. And Very good Wi-Fi available everywhere.

I has a really good experience there. Bedroom is spacious and comfortable. Bathroom also has good hygienic. All food is delicious and has a good quality too. All service workers there are really friendly and helpful

The room was spacious and the bed was comfy, but the size is not as large as King bed. There was balcony in our room but no chair or bench to enjoy beautiful city view at night

Breakfast was served in a beautiful presentation and delicious except noodle soup was too plain and limited choice for us with 6nights stay. Staffs were friendly and helpful

More like a hostel environment. Locality is very good if you like a very lively and party vibe. Lot of restaurants at walkable distance. Rooms don’t have toiletries. Extra towels are charged.

Poolside bar good for chilling out. It's the spot in the neighborhood for anyone who actually wants to swim. Trippy truffles are yummy there for anyone who loves chocolate.

This is easily the best hotel I’ve stayed in Phnom Penh - perfect blend of modern structure and heritage French colonial bungalow in one… The room is spacious and offers a beautiful view of the city, while also coming with speedy and stable WiFI (a necessity during my business trip)… Not forgetting the lovely swimming pool as well as large wellness area with a nice Vitality Pool (AKA jacuzzi) and...

I wanted to move in and not leave! It was amazing! Staff are super friendly, service is amazing, food in house is delicious and the drinks are plentiful! The pool was closed for renovations on our last 2 days here, but they took us to another hotels pool - it was an infinity pool, 28 floors up !! Wow! Bed was comfortable, room was clean, and the whole experience was next level ! Thank you team...

The best hotel I've stayed at in Cambodia :) Every staff was warm and helpful, they gave suggestions without being obnoxious about it. I loved the various facilities and the choice in bathroom amenities

Have chosen this place for staff annual New Year (Khmer New Year) party last year and this year. Will probably choose it for next year's also. Fantastic views, excellent sized rooms and staff were superb

There are many street vendors and restaurants along the riverside road leading to the hotel. You can enjoy simple street drinking and drinking. You can see the city and palace across the river

Beautiful Hotel overlooking the river. Night lights are breath taking. Food was excellent and at a reasonable price. Staff are exceptionally helpful. Full Breakfast was delicious.

Everything is very new and modern with an efficient use of space. I heard the bakery is good but we opted to have breakfast at the market instead which we thoroughly enjoyed.

Various restaurants and an amazing lobby bar - Ask for a special cocktail from Mr. Tee ! He’s an incredibly talented mixologist (Highly Recommend!) The Japanese restaurant was delicious

It is a beautiful hotel situated conveniently near the town square and the nearby malls and amenities. The bed was very comfortable and I was very well rested. Hope to a higher floor next time
