First, we checked in to a room the aircond was only blow warm air, and bathroom only provides one toothbrush. We then requested to change to another room. This second room the aircond is perfect except for room amenities, again there’s nothing provided except for towels. I have to request room service to refill what is necessary. Second and third day, they clean the room but without replace amenities...
Very good experience at here, this is my fifth time stay at here. The breakfast is delicious. Will come to stay again.
Location, facilities and services is top notch!
The luxurious accommodations provided a haven of tranquility amidst the bustling city. Impeccable service anticipated every need, creating a seamless and unforgettable experience. From the exquisite dining options to the rejuvenating spa treatments, every detail was meticulously crafted. The opulent decor and breathtaking views added an extra touch of elegance. Great service great receptionist. Sleep well and tight. BUT the facilities need improvement.
The hotel is quite old and many of the facilities are quite old, but the night view of the hotel is very good. It is opposite the Imperial Palace and it is worth staying.
Very good stay experience. The hotel is in a good location, not far from the airport, and the surrounding scenery is also good. There is no problem with the hotel facilities and it is easy to use. The breakfast is also good.
The facilities in the room are outdated and you can hear conversations in the next room. The friendliness of the staff is very satisfying.
I was impressed by the historic atmosphere and the modernity of the plumbing.
Beautiful Hotel overlooking the river. Night lights are breath taking. Food was excellent and at a reasonable price. Staff are exceptionally helpful. Full Breakfast was delicious.

Formerly called Intercontinental Hotel, but it’s name has been changed when there’s a change of ownership. When COVID-19 hit Cambodia in 2020, it was since used as treatment facility for patients with mild symptoms.
The first 5-star hotel in Cambodia as InterContinental Phnom Penh. The hotel hosted mostly dignitaries, celebraties head of states, Royalty, President, etc. It is rebranded as The Great Duke Phnom Penh.
6 starts hotel. Nice for high class level.
An old InterCon hotel. Now it’s Great Duke. Make the Duke great again! Lol
We stayed here last year when it was still the Intercontinental. It's a large hotel a bit dated with a great swimming pool on the 4th floor. Staff was courteous and food was decent and reasonable priced. The only minor con is the location is not as convenient to stay for independent travelers like us since it's a bit far from all the tourists' spots.
Great ambience. No free Wi-Fi, unless you are overnight guests.

Wow where do I even begin! This property is so beautiful and the staff are amazing! We only stayed two nights, but we fell in love from the moment my partner and I arrived! The attention to detail here is unmatched! When we arrived we were greeted by Monita, Chariya, and Saman! They helped us with our bags and showed us around the property! The hotel itself mixes both modern and old french architecture...
Absolutely fantastic stay at the Hyatt in Phnom Penh! From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly warm, welcoming, and professional. The breakfast is amazing, and lunch and dinner were just as impressive. My room was super comfortable, spotless, and well designed — a perfect place to relax after exploring the city. The pool area is cozy and inviting, great for unwinding. And the FiveFive...
Stayed here for 3 nights. First off the hotel is beautiful. It really is perfectly decorated inside and out. The staff all friendly with some minor issues. My room on the 12th floor was nice size with good A/C. WiFi worked good. The bathroom water pressure was great but I had an issue with scolding hot water. The temperature would change while taking a shower. This needs to be fixed. My room faced...
The hotel itself is beautiful. They did an excellent job of restoring and renovating the In the old french style. The dining room is beautiful and the breakfast and lunch buffet are marvelous - everything you could imagine. The staff were wonderful and accomidated everything! My first room smelled very heavily of mildew - so much so that it was difficult to sleep. I understand it's hard to maintain...
Amazing Hotel at amazing location. Best services at all the hotel facilities. Very warm hospitality by all of the great hotel staff team. Very nice executive lounge offering delicious food and drinks at the evening time. Excellent breakfast buffet with lots of food selections. Room was clean & spacious. Room needs to be ventilated even if not in use.
Nice hotel, front desk staff was exceptionally friendly, and the service throughout our stay was impeccable.
Very nice 5 stars hotel. The room in night are quiet. Space and comfortable. The bed matress is great and pillow not too high. The gym is good. Just some guess didn t take shower, they smell bad. The swimming pool the design is not well but ok. The lobby with coffee is very convenient. Salad are good quality. Sense restaurant the big disappointment. Except lok lak. The room was amazing. The restaurants were really good. The concierge helped us arrange a Tuk Tuk to explore everyday. The driver was wonderful. And the pool and gym facilities were superb. My husband and I would highly recommend this hotel and hope to return. A thank you to all the staff for their assistance and help in making our stay memorable.
Location is perfect. Service was excellent, all the staff were very efficient and paid a lot of attention to details. I think i got upgraded to better room, and it’s included access to club millesime which made the stay even more worth it. Breakfast was on point, everything was amazing, good experience. Oh and they gave small bouquet, so cute
From someone with a long background in the hospitality industry, my expectations for Sofitel Phnom Penh were naturally high-and the team exceeded every one of them. From the moment I stepped through the glass doors, the warmth, professionalism, and generosity of the staff made my stay exceptional. I'd like to recognize Ms. Rida at the Front Desk for a wonderful check-in, Mr. Vuthan (concierge) for...
Possibly the best hotel we have ever stayed in. While the Sofitel Phnom Penh is a beautiful classic building what makes a stay there so special are the fantastic staff. We have just spent 5 beautiful days at the hotel and were warmly greeted by Keo for check in and then provided with warm service in the club lounge by Phano , Nita and Piseth. Routinely while walking around the hotel staff would greet...
I visited Sofitel Hotel with my family for a day of fun and relaxation. My wife arranged for a tennis pro to play with me and give some tips — it was a great workout and a real throwback since I haven’t played since my university days. The courts were in excellent shape, and the coach spoke perfect English, making the lesson both fun and challenging. Next time I’d love to try their racquetball courts...
Everything is good. Tuk-tuks can pick you up at the lobby entrance, which is convenient and free from traffic jams; all service staff are very nice. But except for the toothpaste, it is difficult to use, like a lump of flour, this toothpaste really affects the experience.

We stayed only one day / night as part of our transit home, and it was such a great experience. The service was top notch, and everyone from front desk to tour guide to drivers were so kind and friendly. They took great care of us. This place is very expensive, but is top notch. I stayed here through the AMEX Platinum FHR. The service is stupendous. I forgot the girl who was from my hometown city, Siem Reap and the man who gave me Kampot pepper as a little souvenir as well. I think I was upgraded to one of the rooms that has a very nice view of the river and the market from the 32nd floor. The room is spacious, clean and luxurious...
If Paradise Has Turndown Service, It Probably Looks Like the Rosewood Phnom Penh I’ve stayed in many hotels, but none quite like the Rosewood Phnom Penh — a place so elegant that even my reflection in the lobby mirror straightened its tie and started behaving better. From the moment I arrived, the staff treated me like royalty — and I assure you, that’s quite a feat, as my lineage includes more tax...
Love this hotel! We stayed her on our first night in Cambodia and what a great experience form the check in process taking place inside the guest room, to the cleanliness, everything is brand new and shiny and it’s attached to a mall. Everyone is very attentive I was pleasantly impressed with this hotel. Would def stay here! Great start to our amazing trip in Cambodia
Best hotel in cambodia with good restaurant and food.
The room was not only spacious and comfortable but also thoughtfully designed to meet the needs of a business traveler. The amenities were excellent, and the attention to detail made my stay seamless and enjoyable. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting for business or leisure—it’s a great place to unwind and stay productive at the same time.

Great Hotel, the service was amazing and everybody was always very kind. The rooms were very nice with big spacious beds. The room service was very convenient and the food tasted amazing. They even sent a driver to pick us up from the airport. Amazing experience I would definitely stay here again!
Spent a couple of nights here. Good hotel in a good part of the city, just a few minutes walk from the royal palace. The room was excellent. The front desk and room service staff could use a few customer service training. They were indifferent at times. Overall, it's a nice hotel.
We felt very comfortable. Very good service. Very friendly staff. Good breakfast. Very tasty food in the restaurant. Everything was very clean. We will be back. And a really great manager. And the massage at the hotel was also excellent.
Perfectly located across the road from the royal palace, this is the perfect escape from the bustle of the city. Staff are incredible, hotel is very clean, (puts many luxury hotels in Australia to shame), prices for on-site restaurant etc are very fair. Recommend the airport shuttle and the hotel tuk tuks. My driver took me on a spontaneous day trip to Phnom Chisor, and was my guide and interpreter...
Wonderful stay at the hotel. The staff is very friendly and attentive. Breakfast very good, and the room is large and comfortable. Slippers, robes, provided. My room has a small kitchen area for extended stays. Location is excellent if you are looking for a quiet area. If you want to walk out the door and have shops all around then this won’t be for you. Overall a very pleasant stay.
An above and excellent massage from Cham Chaa in the spa.. her professional skills were the best I have ever had! After a long flight and very sore she made me feel very relaxed and I can not rate her highly enough
It was close to the promenade by the Mekong River, the Royal Palace and not far from the Central Market. The breakfast buffet was amazing and varied, and we tried a few dishes on their local menu for dinner that were delicious. The room was very spacious, with a view to the Royal Palace which was gorgeous. The bed was very comfortable, and with black out curtains we slept extremely well. There was...

I loved the hotel! It was clean and comfy. They upgraded my room and prepared birthday decorations. It was a magical experience.
Wonderful hotel. Not enough to do for kids besides the pool.
Raffles has always her long & rich standing history which attracts visitors the most. The Ellephant Bar, is a heritage.

Hotel is beautiful but it looks abandoned, no access to any restaurants or food except the very limited option within the hotel
This hotel was nice and I think it’s well priced for what it is, half of it looked abandoned and it felt like we were the only ones there 😅 However, the pool was very clean, it had a nice shallow area for younger kids and they even brought us some floaties for the kids to use. We had to go around turning lights on in some areas because there was no one around but it was not a problem. The room itself...
We had an amazing time during our stay at Garden City Hotel. It was our honeymoon. I'm not sure if I mentioned this to the hotel 😳 but they had upgraded us to the executive suite with a welcoming fruit bowl in our room. The only fault that I could think of was that there wasn't a welcoming cold drink or cold towel up on our arrival. Overall, the service was great, and the staff are super friendly....
1. Location is good for golfer 2. Service are normal 3. Room still new.
Excellent 5-Star golf resort, top notch 18-hole course with challenging greens, experienced caddies, first class facilities. Hotel is excellent, food is generally good. Location is 40 minutes outside of city center.
