All was comfortable...rooms were a bit smaller than expected. Food at the pangea2 buffet is exceptionally good
Not the most impressive casino in the world. It lacks the excitement of Las Vegas, the mass of money of Macau, the elegance of Monaco. It needs a makeover. The Le Gourmet restaurant is very good even if the chef doesn't know how to make short crust pastry. But the name, so pompous.
A very well established casino. I thought it will be quite run down but it's exactly opposite. The service is fantastic. Will come back again.
Best 5 star hotel in combodiya and happening place. Lot of things to do and colourful. Casino and girl's are attractive
Well run hotel and casino and worth a visit if you are a foreigner visiting Phnom Penh the first time. A must see! Very grand with many free shows of high standards from performing artists all over the world.
We enjoyed our trip to NagaWorld. We had a little gamble on the roulette tables. We lost but we didn't gamble very much. We dined in a Chinese restaurant and really, really enjoyed our meals. There are lots of high end shops underground that was like a ghost town! We enjoyed our visit.

Beautiful Hotel overlooking the river. Night lights are breath taking. Food was excellent and at a reasonable price. Staff are exceptionally helpful. Full Breakfast was delicious.
Have chosen this place for staff annual New Year (Khmer New Year) party last year and this year. Will probably choose it for next year's also. Unbelievable food selection. Fantastic views, excellent sized rooms and staff were superb.
Beautiful view, large room, modern interior, large lobby, and friendly staff fluent in English. There is a rooftop buffet with live music and lots of delicious food. There are many street vendors and restaurants along the riverside road leading to the hotel. You can enjoy simple street drinking and drinking. You can see the city and palace across the river. I had a comfortable stay at a reasonable...
This is a huge hotel that is a bit like a ghost town. So much space is unused and empty. Everything is on a big scale and if it were busy, it would be a bustling hotel. In some areas it is in need of a face lift.
This hotel is located opposite the happening river bank of Himawari Hotel Apartment. Big compound and building. This is more for Event, and one can make use of the GRAB transport to commute. Easy booking.
One of my most visit Venue, sokha offers variety hospitality services such as hotel, restaurants, skybar and ballroom banquets. Situated at the riverside with its stunning building, sokha offers the one stop hotel and hospitality for both local and international visitors.

The Great Duke Phnom Penh
Phnom Penh, Regency Square, 296 Blvd Mao Tse Tuong 🧭 Map
Formerly called Intercontinental Hotel, but it’s name has been changed when there’s a change of ownership. When COVID-19 hit Cambodia in 2020, it was since used as treatment facility for patients with mild symptoms.
The first 5-star hotel in Cambodia as InterContinental Phnom Penh. The hotel hosted mostly dignitaries, celebraties head of states, Royalty, President, etc. It is rebranded as The Great Duke Phnom Penh.
We stayed here last year when it was still the Intercontinental. It's a large hotel a bit dated with a great swimming pool on the 4th floor. Staff was courteous and food was decent and reasonable priced. The only minor con is the location is not as convenient to stay for independent travelers like us since it's a bit far from all the tourists' spots.
Previously known as intercontinental. Great services from staff. Sunken bed, however they do have fast Wi-Fi and good mix of cable selections from several countries.
Great Five stat luxury. The hotel is a true oasis and the staff stands out with Khmer hospitality. The hotel got rebranded from InterContinental Phnom Penh and is probably the best five star hotel in town. Breakfast buffet is huge amd the club diplomat is worth every $$. Even if drive to river side is less than 10 mins and there are plenty of local tuk tuk and taxi options to choose from.

An impeccable stay at Sofitel. To say all of the staff were friendly and helpful would be quite the understatement. We felt right at home. Such a warm and elegant environment, this hotel has the best customer service I’ve experienced. Great facilities too. Hard court Tennis with private coaching, steam and sauna, excellent weight room, cafe with protein smoothies, large swimming pool, ping pong and...
2nd time staying at this hotel and the service here was just impeccable. Room was huge AND clean, cleaners took the effort to even tidy up my charging cables and left me a cleaning cloth for my glasses. I had VIP business guests to take care of and was able to entrust the hotel staff and driver, Mr Sanan to ensure a smooth stay for them. I also had to check out early in the morning to catch a flight...
5 star all the way, no faults we could find. Staff were sensational, service was excellent and it’s a beautiful property. From the quality of food at the restaurants, the friendly staff across the hotel in particular the Club lounge Millesime you will travel far to find a hotel as good and rarely if ever better. Sofitel can be proud of of the Phnom Penh Sofitel team, they make you never want stay anywhere...
I'll keep it brief. The rooms are somewhat majestic (In what way or another), You get a lot for what you get. This hotel is your entire trip, it has a message area, pool, gym and even extra land to be used as a park (Nice). But I wouldn't pay to stay 4 nights here, let me clear that out. Even if I have a bunch of money going to be expired, I wouldn't have even glance at it. You see, this hotel here...
Inside the hotel, the sofitel is a place with a good atmosphere both inside and out. Quiet and very hygienic. When coming to the hotel and make us enjoy the atmosphere. And also a place that has enough to meet the needs of guests.
Hands down the team at the Sofitel Phnom Penh Phokeethra were some of the best people working in hospitality I have ever had the fortune of meeting. Always smiling and perpetually finding ways to make our stay better, they really enhanced every aspect of our four night stay. From the bar (thanks for the fun reworking of classic cocktails Thy!) to the reception, spa team and housekeeping. The housekeeping...

It’s a cozy hotel with a hall for a concert. Securities are all in post so u can feel safety. Nice ambiance very classy! Food was serve on a reasonable prize.
We were only in Phnom Penh for an overnight and I wish we could have stayed longer. The hotel has this regal, colonial feel to it, while still having a vibe on the modern side. I don't know how the staff could have been more welcoming and accommodating; Everyone seemed really interested in making sure we enjoyed our stay, even though we were only there for a few hours overnight. Hopefully we'll...
The place cannot get any better. By far the best Hyatt I have stayed at. All the staff were amazing and helpful. Everything was just perfect.
Went for the Mexican week set menu for lunch and it was exquisite. The stand out was the starter bean soup... Every drop was delicious. Being able to dunk the absolute freshest bread you can find in the city to make sure you got every drop of flavour was an added bonus. No matter if you choose 2 or 3 courses... Its a steal. Amazing
Great food, service, and atmosphere at the Market Cafe. Best buffet and freeflow wine in the City! Thereafter, migrate down to the Metropole Underground Bar for an incredible Roaring 20's themed Jazz experience 👌🏼 Definitely recommend a night out if you are in Phnom Penh.
Stayed here for 4 nights on my visit to Cambodia. I wanted to move in and not leave! It was amazing! Staff are super friendly, service is amazing, food in house is delicious and the drinks are plentiful! The pool was closed for renovations on our last 2 days here, but they took us to another hotels pool - it was an infinity pool, 28 floors up !! Wow! Bed was comfortable, room was clean, and the...

A wonderful stay in this charming iconic hotel, where the staff is so attentive, the pool extraordinary and the food delicious. The hotel is ideally located in a quiet area near the Mekong. I can't wait to come back.
Stayed three nights here in a suite. The room was stunning. During our stay we experienced some excellent service including the delivery of lovely desserts to our room. This hotel is stunning with its architecture and grounds. We really enjoyed the pool area and service around the pool was consistently great. Breakfast was nice. The only difficulty was in our check out experience but after some long...
If I could give this more stars, I would. The setting, the beautiful pool, room, food, old world charm, elegance, local music at night in a the lobby, amazing concierge who will do anything to make your stay that little bit lovelier, all hotel staff who make you feel like the most important person in the world, the central location, incredible breakfast including locally made dishes to order, European...
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Raffles Hotel Le Royal. The service, breakfast, restaurant, pool, amenities and overall experience were all outstanding. Srey mom Butta was very attentive and exemplified the high quality of service we received from all staff throughout the week of our stay.
An iconic building and hotel in Phnom Penh. This classic colonial style facility with a superb service won’t disappoint you. All staffs were attentive. Room was spacious and super clean. 5-stars standard. Room for improvement: Breakfast selection was a bit limited. The hotel is an old building so the windows is not quite sound-proof. Staying in the room could get noisy from traffic. There should be...
We love raffles and the hotel did not disappoint. Unlike many hotels now, the gluten free choice on the menu was disappointing. Many restaurants will adapt offerings, but the response of “you can have the steak” lacked imagination. There were however 2 gluten free breads/muffins at breakfast which was refreshing. With little problem, grain flower can be replaced most things and most seasonings are...

Incredible modern hotel. beautiful spacious rooms. Lovely staff. fabulous breakfast. Amazing pool. Just a truly impressive hotel in every way. Close to restaurants and the central market
Probably the best luxury hotel in Phnom Penh. Not cheap, but you get what you pay for. Rooms are exquisitely designed and equipped. Relatively new property.

Hotel is beautiful but it looks abandoned, no access to any restaurants or food except the very limited option within the hotel
This hotel was nice and I think it’s well priced for what it is, half of it looked abandoned and it felt like we were the only ones there 😅 However, the pool was very clean, it had a nice shallow area for younger kids and they even brought us some floaties for the kids to use. We had to go around turning lights on in some areas because there was no one around but it was not a problem. The room itself...
We had an amazing time during our stay at Garden City Hotel. It was our honeymoon. I'm not sure if I mentioned this to the hotel 😳 but they had upgraded us to the executive suite with a welcoming fruit bowl in our room. The only fault that I could think of was that there wasn't a welcoming cold drink or cold towel up on our arrival. Overall, the service was great, and the staff are super friendly....
Excellent 5-Star golf resort, top notch 18-hole course with challenging greens, experienced caddies, first class facilities. Hotel is excellent, food is generally good. Location is 40 minutes outside of city center.
It’s was clean and staff were very friendly. Location was 20 min drive to Phnom Penh central but we didn’t want to stay in central Phnom Penh
Well equipped hotel with a lovely pool, right next to garden city water park. Staff were very professional and friendly, only disappointment was the food, which was very ordinary, and as the hotel is isolated the nearest restaurant is about 5-7 kms away.

Great Hotel, the service was amazing and everybody was always very kind. The rooms were very nice with big spacious beds. The room service was very convenient and the food tasted amazing. They even sent a driver to pick us up from the airport. Amazing experience I would definitely stay here again!
Spent a couple of nights here. Good hotel in a good part of the city, just a few minutes walk from the royal palace. The room was excellent. The front desk and room service staff could use a few customer service training. They were indifferent at times. Overall, it's a nice hotel.
We felt very comfortable. Very good service. Very friendly staff. Good breakfast. Very tasty food in the restaurant. Everything was very clean. We will be back. And a really great manager. And the massage at the hotel was also excellent.
Perfectly located across the road from the royal palace, this is the perfect escape from the bustle of the city. Staff are incredible, hotel is very clean, (puts many luxury hotels in Australia to shame), prices for on-site restaurant etc are very fair. Recommend the airport shuttle and the hotel tuk tuks. My driver took me on a spontaneous day trip to Phnom Chisor, and was my guide and interpreter...
Wonderful stay at the hotel. The staff is very friendly and attentive. Breakfast very good, and the room is large and comfortable. Slippers, robes, provided. My room has a small kitchen area for extended stays. Location is excellent if you are looking for a quiet area. If you want to walk out the door and have shops all around then this won’t be for you. Overall a very pleasant stay.
An above and excellent massage from Cham Chaa in the spa.. her professional skills were the best I have ever had! After a long flight and very sore she made me feel very relaxed and I can not rate her highly enough
It was close to the promenade by the Mekong River, the Royal Palace and not far from the Central Market. The breakfast buffet was amazing and varied, and we tried a few dishes on their local menu for dinner that were delicious. The room was very spacious, with a view to the Royal Palace which was gorgeous. The bed was very comfortable, and with black out curtains we slept extremely well. There was...

I love this hotel, I go there for business but its a great place for leisure also. Amazing view of the mekong near the pool and breakfast is top notch. Highly recommend!
Overall an absolutely beautiful stay and the location was perfect overlooking the mekon river. I proposed marriage to my girlfriend with a romantic on balcony 7 course dinner..the setting and atmosphere created by the staff was beautiful and perfect for the occasion. The food was disappointing, all meals were brought to us cold and they rushed the service of the dinner. The duck was dry and like rubber...
We spent a day at The Balé Phnom Penh, and it was perfect for relaxing. We didn’t stay the night, but we came to swim, have lunch, and unwind. The pool is beautiful, and the view of the Mekong River is amazing—really peaceful. We only had the burger, but it was so good! The flavors were different from what I’ve had before, and it tasted really fresh. We also had some fruit juice, which was super refreshing...
5 stars. We stayed here in 2023, 2024, and we'll likely stay here again. There seems to be more staff compared to our first visit. Management seems to be doing more and better? Though I had no complaints from the past. Sorry for those who had a bad experience. Happy you could leave your reviews here, too. Long review.. here it goes. EDITED.. some of the food and noise info. Guests can certainly misunderstand...
I had a wonderful time at The Bale throughout the weekend. It was my second visit since 2018, and the friendly service, clean and unique room conditions were outstanding. I was also captivated by the excellent food. The breakfast was delicately prepared, and the dinner menu was really delicious. Being able to use the meeting room made our workshop and team building time a success. The pool quality...
