All was comfortable...rooms were a bit smaller than expected. Food at the pangea2 buffet is exceptionally good

Not the most impressive casino in the world. It lacks the excitement of Las Vegas, the mass of money of Macau, the elegance of Monaco. It needs a makeover. The Le Gourmet restaurant is very good even if the chef doesn't know how to make short crust pastry. But the name, so pompous.

The only and best casino in Phnom Penh. It has so many restaurants and the food is pretty good.

I love The Balé and will return. It’s peaceful and easy to get to from the center of town. Service could use improvement. Although everyone seems well-intentioned, it is often hard to get service at the pool (One staff suggested i call for it from my room…😂) and twice my room was not cleaned for the second night. Lovely hotel , gorgeous room, food great especially the breakfast. Perfect for those who want to visit Phnom Penh then leave the chaos to a tranquil hotel ,20 minutes to downtown .When I checked in I was annoyed it was not in the city but after spending a day in the city I was happy to return to the tranquility of the hotel and detailed attention of the staff. We had an amazing time during our stay at Garden City Hotel. It was our honeymoon. I'm not sure if I mentioned this to the hotel 😳 but they had upgraded us to the executive suite with a welcoming fruit bowl in our room.
