All was comfortable...rooms were a bit smaller than expected. Food at the pangea2 buffet is exceptionally good

Not the most impressive casino in the world. It lacks the excitement of Las Vegas, the mass of money of Macau, the elegance of Monaco. It needs a makeover. The Le Gourmet restaurant is very good even if the chef doesn't know how to make short crust pastry. But the name, so pompous.

A very well established casino. I thought it will be quite run down but it's exactly opposite. The service is fantastic. Will come back again.

Well run hotel and casino and worth a visit if you are a foreigner visiting Phnom Penh the first time. A must see! Very grand with many free shows of high standards from performing artists all over the world.

We enjoyed our trip to NagaWorld. We had a little gamble on the roulette tables. We lost but we didn't gamble very much. We dined in a Chinese restaurant and really, really enjoyed our meals. There are lots of high end shops underground that was like a ghost town! We enjoyed our visit.

This is a huge hotel that is a bit like a ghost town. So much space is unused and empty. Everything is on a big scale and if it were busy, it would be a bustling hotel. In some areas it is in need of a face lift.

The swimming pool is great, but the shower at the pool is not really clean. Maybe because it was kinda late as I was using the pool around 8 pm. Overall experience is great. The service, the facility, and the breakfast were enjoyable.

Formerly called Intercontinental Hotel, but it’s name has been changed when there’s a change of ownership. When COVID-19 hit Cambodia in 2020, it was since used as treatment facility for patients with mild symptoms.

The first 5-star hotel in Cambodia as InterContinental Phnom Penh. The hotel hosted mostly dignitaries, celebraties head of states, Royalty, President, etc. It is rebranded as The Great Duke Phnom Penh.

We stayed here last year when it was still the Intercontinental. It's a large hotel a bit dated with a great swimming pool on the 4th floor. Staff was courteous and food was decent and reasonable priced. The only minor con is the location is not as convenient to stay for independent travelers like us since it's a bit far from all the tourists' spots.

Previously known as intercontinental. Great services from staff. Sunken bed, however they do have fast Wi-Fi and good mix of cable selections from several countries.

Great Five stat luxury. The hotel is a true oasis and the staff stands out with Khmer hospitality. The hotel got rebranded from InterContinental Phnom Penh and is probably the best five star hotel in town. Breakfast buffet is huge amd the club diplomat is worth every $$. Even if drive to river side is less than 10 mins and there are plenty of local tuk tuk and taxi options to choose from.

Everything is very new and modern with an efficient use of space. I heard the bakery is good but we opted to have breakfast at the market instead which we thoroughly enjoyed.

Been living here for 2 years. The service and management team are always good, friendly, and top notch. The walls are not the thick, but I will say you can’t blame it on them, it’s the construction problem. Very comfy place and reasonable price!

If you're looking for a highly trained concierge for a serviced apartment, this is the place. Always accommodating and polite, the concierge personnel is the reason why I'm okay with their small apartment rooms. Also, their gym, pool, and steam room, of course!

Went for the Mexican week set menu for lunch and it was exquisite. The stand out was the starter bean soup... Every drop was delicious. Great location. Plenty of restaurants nearby. Pretty much all cuisines are available within 500 meters. The lobby, lift and rooftop look stunning. The staff is helpful and welcoming. The rooms could be slightly small but very well decorated with a palace theme.

The rooftop is absolutely beautiful. Great place to experience the stunning sunsets. The service is top notch. This is a wonderful hotel. I have stayed there twice and would choose it again for future visits. Perfectly located in the very centre, with a fantastic view of multiple rivers including the Mekong. Wish I hadn’t left this hotel to move to the hotel I’m now in. Room was amazing. Staff were friendly and fantastic. The breakfast team remembered me each morning and welcomed me. There’s a fantastic pool and bar on the top floor with amazing views across the city.

We have been treated so well by all the staff especially Sarah Moya the hotel manager and Mr. Kosal Seng the hotel manager for the executive lounge.
