First, we checked in to a room the aircond was only blow warm air, and bathroom only provides one toothbrush. We then requested to change to another room. This second room the aircond is perfect except for room amenities, again there’s nothing provided except for towels. I have to request room service to refill what is necessary. Second and third day, they clean the room but without replace amenities...

Nice view and clean comfortable ❤️
We arrived at 2 pm waited 2 hours to able to check in. Cleanliness can improve further.
The place was good. The location was also good. Walking distance to Aeon Mall. The rooms are not so big but they are clean.
The cleaners only cleaned the main bedroom and living room. They didn’t even empty the kitchen trash. You have to ask for more room supplies like tissues after they have cleaned.
Not sure if l can recommend others to stay there as they are not so honest about people’s belongings
This hotel location near the city and Fully clean. Amenities Average.
Great location with plenty of food stalls around. The unit was well maintained and cleanliness require improvement. No breakfast provided but it’s ok.
I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, with all the essentials provided. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout my visit. The location was convenient, close to major attractions and restaurants. Breakfast was decent with a good variety. Overall, a solid choice for both short and longer stays. Would stay here again

Great service great receptionist.
Sleep well and tight. BUT the facilities need improvement.
The hotel is quite old and many of the facilities are quite old, but the night view of the hotel is very good. It is opposite the Imperial Palace and it is worth staying.
Very good stay experience.
The hotel is in a good location, not far from the airport, and the surrounding scenery is also good.
There is no problem with the hotel facilities and it is easy to use.
The breakfast is also good.
The facilities in the room are outdated and you can hear conversations in the next room. The friendliness of the staff is very satisfying.
I was impressed by the historic atmosphere and the modernity of the plumbing.
Beautiful Hotel overlooking the river. Night lights are breath taking. Food was excellent and at a reasonable price. Staff are exceptionally helpful. Full Breakfast was delicious.

Decent hotel for location. I’ve been to this place many times but end up going to either Rosewood or the raffles hotel to eat instead.
Its a big hotel with a good service!
very nice environment. suitable for business trip and families.
Conference in the grand ballroom. Comfortable clean room. Good service.
I have stayed here before. It is a beautiful hotel!
The swimming pool is great, but the shower at the pool is not really clean. Maybe because it was kinda late as I was using the pool around 8 pm.
Overall experience is great. The service, the facility, and the breakfast were enjoyable.

The Great Duke Phnom Penh
Phnom Penh, 296 Mao Tse Toung Boulevard (245) 🧭 Map
Formerly called Intercontinental Hotel, but it’s name has been changed when there’s a change of ownership. When COVID-19 hit Cambodia in 2020, it was since used as treatment facility for patients with mild symptoms.
The first 5-star hotel in Cambodia as InterContinental Phnom Penh. The hotel hosted mostly dignitaries, celebraties head of states, Royalty, President, etc. It is rebranded as The Great Duke Phnom Penh.
6 starts hotel. Nice for high class level.
An old InterCon hotel. Now it’s Great Duke. Make the Duke great again! Lol
We stayed here last year when it was still the Intercontinental. It's a large hotel a bit dated with a great swimming pool on the 4th floor. Staff was courteous and food was decent and reasonable priced. The only minor con is the location is not as convenient to stay for independent travelers like us since it's a bit far from all the tourists' spots.
Great ambience. No free Wi-Fi, unless you are overnight guests.

Wow where do I even begin!
This property is so beautiful and the staff are amazing! We only stayed two nights, but we fell in love from the moment my partner and I arrived!
The attention to detail here is unmatched! When we arrived we were greeted by Monita, Chariya, and Saman! They helped us with our bags and showed us around the property!

Absolutely fantastic stay at the Hyatt in Phnom Penh!
From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly warm, welcoming, and professional. The breakfast is amazing, and lunch and dinner were just as impressive. My room was super comfortable, spotless, and well designed — a perfect place to relax after exploring the city.

Stayed here for 3 nights. First off the hotel is beautiful. It really is perfectly decorated inside and out. The staff all friendly with some minor issues.
My room on the 12th floor was nice size with good A/C. WiFi worked good. The bathroom water pressure was great but I had an issue with scolding hot water. The temperature would change while taking a shower. This needs to be fixed.

1. The receptionists could speak fluent Chinese which is perfect for Chinese-speaking travelers.
2. Breakfast options are super limited. It does not seem to be a five-star hotel to me.
3. Location is super good. 15 mins max away from airport.
4. Amenities are not very new and there is always a smell of smoke in the room.
The hotel building is relatively new, however the room was a bit run down. Very few TV channels in English. No hair dryer. The hotel location is convenient for those willing to stay close to the airport. There are very few cafes and restaurants around in the area. Commuting downtown takes at least 15-20 minutes by tuk tuk (10 usd).
Very good hotel and very good and co-operating hotel staff
Room is clean, front desk is friendly, breakfast is Chinese style.

Was given a room on the 5th floor, it looks as though the entire floor has been renovated and refreshed. Not sure if the same can be said about all the floors.
The beds however were pretty broken and sunken in. Breakfast spread was plain and rather underwhelming. Besides that had a pleasant stay.
I recently had the pleasure of dining at the exquisite garden restaurant within a Cambodian hotel (Hotel Cambodiana), and it was a truly memorable evening. Great rooms and excellent showers in the en-suites. The only 2 things that let this hotel down is the lack of daylight in 40% of the rooms due to windows opening to a void and the hot breakfast. The hot breakfast on the buffet is stone cold, but once the waiting team reheat your selection, it’s great. The rest of the buffet is good and the coffee excellent.
