Hotels with heated pool in Phnom Penh

It is a must-stay if you are in Phnom Penh. I never leave reviews, but had to for this place. They have an affordable spa, laundry service, indoor swimming pool, and the nicest breakfast buffet I've ever had

Excellent and friendly staff who can speak english quite well, lovely rooms, comfortable beds and pillows, the suites are perfect for our small family for longer stays with full kitchen needs, regular rooms are large enough for our short stays, great views of the city and/or the river, and not least of all the location

Location and service are what make this property stand out. Rooms are large with minimal decor, however beds are comfortable. Two balconies overlooked the temples on one side and the park on the other, very pretty view.

This hotel was absolutely amazing. It's up there with one of the nicest hotels I've ever stayed at. What sets it apart is the service. For such an affordable hotel, the service is 11/10, just as good as elite resorts

Stayed here mid May2022. Very accomodating, friendly and helpful staffs. Quiet room but our bed make a little squeaky sound. The location is great. A lot of restaurants nearby. Highly recommended!

What a lovely place, we only had a one-night stay here and really enjoyed ourselves. Staff very professional, I really enjoyed looking at all the old photos in the dinning room, such a nice touch

Good workshop place. But, you need to use elevator because it has so many high floor.

I already had paid with my card at the previous hotel but came by here and the worker helped me test the internet so i can sign onto work, and even showed me the room to test the internet

A beautiful little oasis in a busy and vibrant city. Lovely rooms and the gardens and pool area are a nice place to relax after a day sightseeing. A very good breakfast and the staff are all so happy and helpful

It had a large balcony with a gorgeous pool view. The AC was excellent and the bathroom was insanely clean with all natural soaps. Through our our stay, the staff continued to be incredibly kind and helpful

Towels are super soft, shower head even lights up at with blue and red. AC is cold, bed is comfortable. They accept credit cards also. Water pressure strong and hot also

Not a big deal but if no one is at the front desk and you gotta wait for them to give you your key back and if you want to go # two in your bathroom, that extra time it takes to give you your key back might feel longer

They approached us if we looked like we needed help, otherwise they allow you to relax. Their English is great and they know answers to all questions. The drinks at the hotel are strong with amazing flavor

Great place to stay for vacation, staff are friendly

50 Full English breakfast wasn't great. Hotdogs instead of sausages and they tasted sour. They ran out of baked beans and didn't tell me but it was no big deal. Right outside the hotel elsewhere is $1

NO MOSQUITO NET! We were constantly attacked! Massive gap under the door. Mosquitos can easily get into your room. WiFi didn't work well at all in the room. Indian food here is really nice

Stayed here for 2 nights in July 2018. Check in staff looked fairly grumpy but speaks a little English. Room was a little old but clean and bed was comfortable

The breakfast Phō was excellent! and rooftop pool is cool and great to get away, but it can be crowded and a bit difficult to navigate during the bar's happy hour

Great Hotel near the middle of Phnom Penh. We had the pool to our selves, with fantastic views over the city. It was idyllic, sipping our gin and tonics by the pool, while the children played

I had the opportunity to come to Phnom Penh to work and stay here for a week. Everything is fine except there is no breakfast buffet. I think they only serve buffet when there are group guests

If you intend to stay here for many days, consider booking a room that does not include breakfast, because you will get bored after just 2 days 😂

They said we will have buffet breakfast but maybe not many people stay, so we just can order in the menu, Food not great but it’s ok

A very relaxed hotel with good prices. Our room was good, comfortable and cool. The service here is great, everyone is kind and helpful. Only downside would be some stianed towels and the lamp would not work

Otherwise a great place to stay, close to interesting areas and sites

That makes checking out from the hotel so difficult because you'd have to either wait forever for your turn, or just walk down the stairs. This problem pairs with the next problem. The restaurant was at the 13th floor

Things I liked: My room was right next to this balcony that had a pretty awesome view of the area. The view from the restaurant at the top floor was also awesome. Things I didn't like: The bathroom was small

The shower was literally right next to the toilet, so when you showered, the toilet got soaking wet and that's just kinda gross. There was only one elevator for the entire building

Two pools, great staff, good location, quiet and no children. This was by far the best place we stayed on our trip through Asia. The rooms are spacious, you get robes to wear and the room has everything you need

We enjoyed having our own pool and to be surrounded by the lush greenery and listening to the birds in the morning. Lovely furniture and artwork throughout the hotel

We got the private pool room, and the swimming pool was a very nice feature. However, I will note that the bathroom in our room was VERY small

Went to Arun Cafe that's next door. The food is really good, well worth it!!! The fruit juices are super fresh, actual oranges. They also have a pizza special. I had the English breakfast it was the best scrambled eggs

Tuktuks in general have difficulty to find this hotel; hire one from the vicinity of the hotel for the day and have them take you back here, or else find a young driver that speaks English and knows how to use Google Maps navigation

We enjoyed our trip to NagaWorld. We had a little gamble on the roulette tables. We lost but we didn't gamble very much. We dined in a Chinese restaurant and really, really enjoyed our meals

The only and best casino in Phnom Penh. It has so many restaurants and the food is pretty good.

Management can certainly become better at serving its guests. My Comments on the 1 Star Reviewers Concerns : Noise? Fuel operations at a nearby depot have seized. I did hear rumblings off the water side of the property

We stayed here in 2023, 2024, and we'll likely stay here again. There seems to be more staff compared to our first visit. Management seems to be doing more and better? Though I had no complaints from the past

Kids and Extra Guests and Fees? It is not kid friendly. All of the information on the website is presented properly. There is no misunderstanding as to what is available here. Kids can use the pool with adult supervision

I know that it's not what you think of when you are staying at something called a Spa or Retreat. With that thinking and knowing my tastes would be different than the in-house kitchen

We had an extra local guest stay in our room due to family plans. the staff mentioned to us that indeed we had an extra person that came to stay with us in our room the night before, so they will be charging us extra

The pool was closed for renovations on our last 2 days here, but they took us to another hotels pool - it was an infinity pool, 28 floors up !! Wow! There are many street vendors and restaurants along the riverside road leading to the hotel. You can enjoy simple street drinking and drinking. You can see the city and palace across the river

Probably the best luxury hotel in Phnom Penh. Not cheap, but you get what you pay for. Rooms are exquisitely designed and equipped. Relatively new property.
