High-rise hotel. The lobby is large, the staff is friendly, and everything is good, but it takes about 5 minutes to turn on the hot water, so if you are impatient, you have to shower with cold water.

We stayed here last year when it was still the Intercontinental. It's a large hotel a bit dated with a great swimming pool on the 4th floor. Staff was courteous and food was decent and reasonable priced

When you enter, you'll think you're in the wrong place. This is because the first floor is just like a taxi waiting area. The main lobby is at 28th floor. The view, spectacular! The rooms though are a different story

Only fits the bed and a walking area. The wardrobe doesn’t have doors, which feels a bit messy, the ironing board is always in your sight standing inside the closet. There's no area or space to place your luggage

Good location, room 2709 has a city view, nice swimming pool at the top, staff were amazing, we had 4 hours early check in and 4 hours late check out. The breakfast could be better, but it's okay, it's a set menu.

I made one year contract of course decided to live here also because of their nice facilities here, both gym and pool are nice! The management of the building closed the gym and pool from the 1st of gym until now

Wow where do I even begin! This property is so beautiful and the staff are amazing! We only stayed two nights, but we fell in love from the moment my partner and I arrived! The attention to detail here is unmatched! When we arrived we were greeted by Monita, Chariya, and Saman! They helped us with our bags and showed us around the property! The hotel itself mixes both modern and old french architecture...

This place is very expensive, but is top notch. I stayed here through the AMEX Platinum FHR. I forgot the girl who was from my hometown city, Siem Reap and the man who gave me Kampot pepper as a little souvenir as well
