Rooms are clean, modern and spacious. The WiFi is great and the pool on the top level is amazing as it overlooks the river. The gym is pretty good for a small hotel, although it’s pretty hot inside and you need your own keycard to turn on the air con. All the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful.
Downsides are the 50USD deposit you need to pay on arrival. We only had 70AUD in cash left and they accepted this. Location is great in the way that it’s near the waterfront BUT the hotel is right next to a dirty local market. So as soon as you step out of the hotel the smell hits you and it’s bad, like, really bad. Not the hotel’s fault at all, but just a heads up for future guests so they’re ready for it!

The staffs are very friendly and helpful.

The room is big and very nice and clean.
We loved the infinity pool on the roof level with a great view. At night its amazing. And also the location is near restaurant, street vendors and river.
The room was quiet.

Lovely little place near the river. The staff were fantastic. Rooftop pool and restaurant with great views. It's walking distance from most of the PP nightlife. Clean and comfortable. I'll definitely go back.

I have stayed at this hotel many times. It's staff have an obvious love for their place of work, you will be well looked after. A perfect spot for a walk along the esplanade or head up to the 11 floor for a spectacular view of the Mekong as you relax in the pool.

I spent 3 nights in this hotel and only have good words for my stay. I should also say that I forgot something in my room and realized it only one day later in Siem Reap. I called them and they confirmed they had it. I asked if they could ship it and they did! I received the package the next day. Better than UPS! Other than that, the room was very nice, clean, reception very efficient and professional, the pool amazing. 10/10.

Location location and location... this place has it all, staff are friendly and delightful. As you step out the door step there is local which has everything, especially tropical fruits...love it!!! Nice and clean room, quite a range of breakfast, skybar and roof top pool has an amazing view... big thumbs up!!!

Nice place. Didn’t get to check out the pool. It was clean. The staff was nice. Only complaint, it was an overwhelming smell of floral…it was just too strong in the lobby and hall way. There was a day market right downstairs (Kandal). You are right next to all the bars. Would recommend staying there. Massage and laundry place right next to hotel def great area near the river.

Excellent service. Rooms are very clean. It's just that we didn't really have a view except the market below.
The hotel is just about 20 meters from this historic Cambodia river. We had good breakfast...good variety...somehow ok..but since there are coffee shops and fantastic restaurants around, you can easily find good food.
The rooftop restaurant/pool provided the highlight of our stay. ---skybar food choices were limited. We saw the fireworks clearly from there. We were there at a very busy time due to the national holidays yet the staff was able to provide great service! For the price, overall, we had such a great stay. I would like to give this hotel 5 stars 🤩 if I can.
