It’s a grand old hotel. Every facility you would expect from a hotel like this. But the rooms are tired and desperately need upgrading. Fantastic staff. Breakfast buffet is excellent!

Everything is very new and modern with an efficient use of space. I heard the bakery is good but we opted to have breakfast at the market instead which we thoroughly enjoyed.

Great location. Plenty of restaurants nearby. Pretty much all cuisines are available within 500 meters. The lobby, lift and rooftop look stunning. The staff is helpful and welcoming. The rooms could be slightly small but very well decorated with a palace theme.

The rooftop is absolutely beautiful. Great place to experience the stunning sunsets. The service is top notch. I tried a set menu which consisted of bruscheta, brie salad, seafood ravioli and cannelloni for dessert. Each dish was really tasty. They also have a great cocktail menu. Great prices for a really beautiful and relaxing experience.

Only stayed here for one night as part of a tour of Cambodia and Vietnam, but we wished it was longer. This hotel was superb. The staff we interacted with were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable, ours had a great view too. And the breakfast was fantastic. The rooftop pool and bar with views across the city was the crowning glory of this lovey hotel.

I had a fantastic one week stay here. My room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The rooftop pool is beautiful and the perfect temperature. The service from all team members I interacted with was superb, and the food (both the breakfast and dinner) was delicious. The female manager also went above and beyond to help me out with a parcel delivery. Thank you all for a great stay!

This was my second visit to this place, and I found the rooms quite pleasant, particularly the ones located downstairs. The bathrooms boast an impressive design. The cost of staying here is reasonable; however, the location leaves something to be desired.

You may experience a little noise during the day due to the hotel being located the industrial area, Overall a very good experience to stay over there. The Staff are well behaved and very responsive. Bathroom needs to get some extra attention.

Large room for the price. Comfortable bed and linens. Cold air conditioner, fast WiFi. Convenient location for what I was planning to do and that is shopping at Global House. Will I stay here again? Yes! The staff are very accommodating. I can't ask for more.

Not the most impressive casino in the world. It lacks the excitement of Las Vegas, the mass of money of Macau, the elegance of Monaco. It needs a makeover. The Le Gourmet restaurant is very good even if the chef doesn't know how to make short crust pastry. But the name, so pompous.

I stayed for 5 days during November'19. Good room with all amenities. Room service provided each day, two water bottles are provided complimentary each day. Breakfast was average, but it was included with room fee. So it was of good value. Lot of far east tourists are seen. Good reception service, helpful & caring for the safety of inmates. Don’t expect royal treatment or five star services. It’s a decent hotel. We stayed there for 5 nights. Rooms are clean and spacious. They have a buffet breakfast which has got limited items. Bathrooms are clean. Also they clean the rooms daily, change, towels and refills the toiletries. Altogether it was a quiet and comfortable stay. Although the room is old-fashioned and could use some refreshing, it is very clean and spacious. Staff—from security, front desk, housekeeping, all of them—are friendly, attentive and very helpful (not all of them speak good English but they are willing to help!). In addition, the river view room is worth it! I enjoyed my stay.

I served 7 days quarantine here. Room was fine, food was so so but they rip you off for beer. Mini bar they are $2.50 but never replaced. Made me buy room service beer for $5 a bottle. They won’t make many friends that way.

This legendary 5-star international hotel still breaths the atmosphere of the 90's when many diplomats and head of states resided here. The hotel is clean and the service is impeccable. Though the building is old and in need of some renovation. The Khmer style from the outside and equipped with a gym, swimming pool, restaurant and bar. Good food. Certainly worth the money.

You won't regret staying here. Two pools, great staff, good location, quiet and no children. This was by far the best place we stayed on our trip through Asia. The rooms are spacious, you get robes to wear and the room has everything you need. Would highly recommend and good value for money.

My husband and I just had a wonderful stay in Pavilion Hotel. Our first time was 2016 and we already thought then that the hotel was beautiful. Coming back now, nothing changed! Impressive rooms, great breakfast, outstanding service and beautiful surroundings. It’s like an oasis in the middle of the city. A perfect escape.

Overall, pretty nice. We got the private pool room, and the swimming pool was a very nice feature. However, I will note that the bathroom in our room was VERY small. It was hard for me to move around in the shower because of how small the shower stall was. Breakfast was included in our room cost. Absolutely incredible oasis in a perfect location. The food is amazing as well, we tried nearly everything on the menu and was not disappointed. The curry was especially excellent and we enjoyed it more than once. If I’m ever back in Cambodia this is where I will stay again.

Generally is reasonable price. Clean room, air conditioner, Led TV, hair dryer, refrigerator etc. comfortable, key card, hot kettle with coffee set, room to room phone. Good in service but, during Covid-19 then, no breakfast serve. However, nearby the hotel about 50 meters has "Bun Coffee" serve many foods menu.

Nice rooms & good breakfast. The switches for the lights were not easy to figure out. And the electricity only came on with the room key inserted in the slot. But finding the slot in the dark was tough. They could use a night light to help a new visitor find their way.
