Previously known as intercontinental. Great services from staff. Sunken bed, however they do have fast Wi-Fi and good mix of cable selections from several countries.

Breakfast buffet is huge amd the club diplomat is worth every $$. Even if drive to river side is less than 10 mins and there are plenty of local tuk tuk and taxi options to choose from

Now the hotel become a Chinese-owned hotel, some food is now Chinese style.

Everything is very new and modern with an efficient use of space. I heard the bakery is good but we opted to have breakfast at the market instead which we thoroughly enjoyed.

The roof-top pool and gym were great and the front desk staff fantastic. The manager Kevin, was particularly gracious and helpful. Cleaning staff were excellent. Breakfast was good and the staff very attentive

The service and management team are always good, friendly, and top notch. The walls are not the thick, but I will say you can’t blame it on them, it’s the construction problem. Very comfy place and reasonable price!

If you're looking for a highly trained concierge for a serviced apartment, this is the place. Always accommodating and polite, the concierge personnel is the reason why I'm okay with their small apartment rooms

Sky bar staff was nice and food was good. View is great from up there on the 14th floor sky bar. The bell boy may be a little overenthuasiastic about taking your luggage

14th floor has some nice views with a buffet spread that is appropriate in size and quality. I liked the soup noodles available on request

The moment I entered this hidden boutique hotel I was greeted by several smiling faces, a cold towel and welcome drinks. The mostly female team headed by the extremely affable Srey Tauch immediately made me feel special

The hotel itself is what you could best describe as 'well worn' the room was comfortable with good air conditioning and good quality linens

Great location, great rooms and great rooftop pool. We only stayed one night but the rooms had a good size and the pool area was lovely. The only thing was that the gym was not properly cooled by the AC

Everything was great, loved the location for starters, me and my mates were making good use of the pool sauna and cold dip. Shower was good after a humid day using cold water was the way to go

The only thing is the location, it's not a long way out of town but has little to no food available in close proximity to it. So, if you get peckish it's a good walk in the heat or a tuk tuk ride
