All was comfortable...rooms were a bit smaller than expected. Food at the pangea2 buffet is exceptionally good

The Le Gourmet restaurant is very good even if the chef doesn't know how to make short crust pastry

Well run hotel and casino and worth a visit if you are a foreigner visiting Phnom Penh the first time. A must see! Very grand with many free shows of high standards from performing artists all over the world.

We enjoyed our trip to NagaWorld. We had a little gamble on the roulette tables. We lost but we didn't gamble very much. We dined in a Chinese restaurant and really, really enjoyed our meals

Formerly called Intercontinental Hotel, but it’s name has been changed when there’s a change of ownership. When COVID-19 hit Cambodia in 2020, it was since used as treatment facility for patients with mild symptoms.

We stayed here last year when it was still the Intercontinental. It's a large hotel a bit dated with a great swimming pool on the 4th floor. Staff was courteous and food was decent and reasonable priced

Everything is very new and modern with an efficient use of space. I heard the bakery is good but we opted to have breakfast at the market instead which we thoroughly enjoyed.

The roof-top pool and gym were great and the front desk staff fantastic. The manager Kevin, was particularly gracious and helpful. Cleaning staff were excellent. Breakfast was good and the staff very attentive

The service and management team are always good, friendly, and top notch. The walls are not the thick, but I will say you can’t blame it on them, it’s the construction problem. Very comfy place and reasonable price!

I wanted to move in and not leave! It was amazing! Staff are super friendly, service is amazing, food in house is delicious and the drinks are plentiful! The pool was closed for renovations on our last 2 days here, but they took us to another hotels pool - it was an infinity pool, 28 floors up !! Wow! Bed was comfortable, room was clean, and the whole experience was next level ! Thank you team...

We had the premier queen room which wasn't up to standard. They are charging premium prices but it's not premium quality although the staff were good. Issues: - No head board and the pillows fall behind the bed

If European-level rules are introduced with the guest! Then a European-level service should be provided! Because it's not! During the first shower, the shower door fell on my neck because the hinge was broken! Next to the toilet, there are feces stains on the wall, etc

12 floors walk to the pool / sky bar as the lift is always in use. - AC turns on that's about as good as it gets. - there's a small safe in the room but it's not bolted down to anything

Breakfast was very good and staffs were friendly. The only problem is they are doing renovations in the hotel and the noise was really inconvenient for, also we couldn't use the pool because workers were around it

We did not like room #2, but they allowed us to change the second day. It was right outside the lobby, so not the quietest and the bath drain did not work well. The upper floor room was smaller, but much better for us

I loved the brick wall by the bed, the blue light in the shower. It had a mini fridge, kettle, robe and slippers. There was a safe in the room too. It was the main reason I picked this hotel
