The lunch and dinner were really good, although the breakfast was average.
The hotel staff were exceptional, always smiling, patient and polte. The one who stood out most was Mr. Dara, the hotel manager who, at the last minute, helped my friend and I enagage a taxi at the last minute as the one we had booked the day before was a no show. Furthermore, their housekeeping/checkout team had also alerted us when personal items has been accidentally left behind and they helped to return them quickly before we left.
Minor requests for water, information, etc. were quickly handled by the hotel staff with minimal issue.

Due to full booking during new year holiday. Service is not that good

Facilities appear to be dated. Room was generally clean and tidy.

A nice enough hotel located in central siem reap. The food was a bit overpriced and so were the quotes they gave for day trips and drivers.

We stayed here for a team-building event, and our experience was excellent. Ms. Sinan, who assisted with our booking, was incredibly helpful and ensured everything went smoothly. The rooms were spotless, adding to our comfort. The breakfast provided was delicious, offering a great start to our day. The location is conveniently close to town, making it easy to catch a tuk-tuk and explore the area.

It was a hotel beyond my dreams for Cambodia, furnished in harmony with the historical structure in the region and with friendly staff. I love it. I will recommend all my friends who will go to Cambodia to stay at this hotel.

Definitely This is the Worst accomodation ever I experienced in Cambodia due to following problems.
At first I made a reserve room during April 14th -April 15th via Agoda. They're mentioned that It's possible fast Checkin. But the receptionist told us that have to wait for 30minutes more. So I complained to Duty Manager. And then they're gave me the room key right away.
And My Khmer G.friend left behind her gold earrings on the Table next to bed. So I contacted the receptionist again but they answered not founded anything. That earings worthy might be around 300USD.
I really disappointed this resort
Consequently Not Safe and Not Kind also Not Helpful.
So don't go there. I mean it
