We stayed here for a team-building event, and our experience was excellent. Ms. Sinan, who assisted with our booking, was incredibly helpful and ensured everything went smoothly. The rooms were spotless, adding to our comfort. The breakfast provided was delicious, offering a great start to our day. The location is conveniently close to town, making it easy to catch a tuk-tuk and explore the area.

It was a hotel beyond my dreams for Cambodia, furnished in harmony with the historical structure in the region and with friendly staff. I love it. I will recommend all my friends who will go to Cambodia to stay at this hotel.

Our family had a wonderful stay at this lovely hotel. The 3 bedroom apartment/room was huge and well equipped. The pool was lovely and the staff tried hard to assist, what they lacked in skill or understanding they made up for in effort 😂

I travelled as a tour manager to Siem Reap for a women Delegation from India.I want to share this experience with Miracle resorts and each and every staff of the resort right from the sales manager Miss Sinan ( she takes care like a mothertakes care of child, right from the welcome to the send off) ,do the head chef Mr Keoun Kun and the banquet manager Mr Sovan, the super man . I was humbled by their humility when I was traveling with my group of 58 ladies for a international delegation the help the proactiveness their behavior is something which I will remember forever.
The extended help that they gave me right from setting up the stage to the balance of items in breakfast menu for a very vegetarian majority group traveling from India looking for Indian food. The guests were very happy and satisfied for the entire arrangement. I would recommend this hotel for all the conferences meetings and incentive programs for every travel agent or event manager. They know how to delight you.

We just got home from spending 4 nights at Angkor Miracle Resort and Spa and couldn’t be more pleased with our experience. I had read some not so nice reviews and was a bit apprehensive about choosing this hotel but so glad that we did. The room was spacious, clean and the A/C worked great. They provided coffee, tea, water, a mini fridge, small safe, robes and slippers. We chose the pool access room which we were so happy we did as we spent much time in the pool and on our patio. The pool is wonderfully maintained and a welcome site after long hot days touring the monuments. We booked our tours through the hotel and had the best guide named Sam. He spoke great English and was basically a walking encyclopedia, we learned so much and appreciated his knowledge. He was also a great photographer and knew just the right spots for great pictures. We liked him so much that we booked him for the next day and trusted his choice for our excursion. We started with sunrise at Angkor then drove up to the waterfalls, stopped at the land mine museum and a small village with a big Buddha….it was an amazing day.
The country is….like everyone else…. just now economically recovering from the pandemic and the hotel was not fully booked nor fully staffed so the pool bar wasn’t always open but the hotel provided a phone at the bar to call for food and drinks to be delivered poolside.
The spa only offered massages and we took advantage of that and booked a 90 minute massage….it was wonderful.
The breakfast buffet had enough variety to choose from and was just fine.
The hotel has a tuk tuk service and we took one each night down to pub street for dinner and drinks. The driver made it easy for us to contact him when we were ready to be picked up and return to the hotel….round trip cost around $8.
The staff were amazing and their hospitality made our trip so wonderful.
