I had a great stay at Ankor Pearl Hotel. The location is excellent, making it easy to explore the area. The rooms are very spacious, providing plenty of comfort and room to relax. The hotel has a welcoming atmosphere, and the staff were friendly and helpful. While everything was generally good, there were a few minor areas for improvement, such as some amenities that could be updated. Overall, it’s a great place to stay, and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-located hotel.

I stayed here years ago and LOVED it!... This trip was a little run down and needed some updates. The awesome breakfast no longer is available. I'd maybe stay somewhere else next time... Sorry as I loved it and returned and was disapointed.

I recently stayed at Angkor Pearl Hotel, booked through Trip.com, and unfortunately, it didn’t meet my expectations. One major issue was the lack of an elevator, which made it quite inconvenient, especially for carrying luggage or for those with mobility challenges. Additionally, the property didn’t have many staff members available to provide support, which added to the inconvenience and they were not helpful.The facilities were outdated, and the overall condition of the property was disappointing. My room, in particular, felt quite dark, even during the day, which made it less comfortable to spend time in. While the location or other aspects might have some merits, the lack of modern amenities and the poorly maintained facilities made the stay less enjoyable. I would recommend potential guests to take these factors into account when considering a stay here.

The hotel is rundown and has little facilities. There is only 1 key for the room so we could not charge our gadgets when we are outside since the key is required for the power as well.
The toilet door is broken and dented while the showering equipment is worn and old. The price is ok but honestly you would rather stay at a hostel unless you want your own room.

Loved everything about this hotel. Beautiful decor, friendly staff, and amazing amenities. The beds were very comfortable, and the atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing.

Nice budget hotel which doesn’t feel as budget due to the wood construction. Kind staff, clean room and it’s quiet!

A very bad service at the reception desk ! The receptionist is very unprofessional and lack of knowledge/training ! We called in the hotel a week beforehand to book a room to stay for a night on new year eve. During the call the receptionist named Larkena told us there was a room with two beds ( one big bed and one small) still available on the ground floor , and we agreed to take that room and paid the deposit fees . But when the day came and we came to check in , another receptionist said the previous receptionist didn’t book such room for us. They instead reserved us a different room which has 2 small beds and is on second floor ( note: the hotel doesn’t have a lift) ! My family has to rush to look for another place to stay while most hotels were already fully booked on new year eve ! I wouldn’t recommend anybody to stay in this hotel because the staff there may surprise you with disappointments!

Large rooms, good value. No restaurant or breakfast. Close to pub street and a French bakery around the corner that was amazing and cheap. However, a little run down since I was here 12 years ago! Fruit flies swarming the bathroom all the time. Booked a suite and the view was a brick wall. Sofa was old and warn out.
