The suite we stayed at was clean and comfortable albeit lacking in amenities such as bedroom slippers, hair conditioner, cotton buds, comb, etc. Basic amenities were provided such as bottled water and dental kits. The bathroom is quite small compared to the other hotels we stayed in Siem Reap. Personally, we felt that the service standard was average at best, staff weren't as approachable or attentive to the guests, especially at breakfast service despite it being not as busy, we weren't provided with cutlery until requested a long wait later. We appreciate the effort shown by the staff and there's definitely room for improvement. Keep up the good work. Thank you. :)

Modern, clean and central located Hotel. Stayed here 2 nights and can't find anything to complain about. Staff friendly and check-in process went smooth. Big breakfast buffet with fresh food in a big variety. Rooms have almost everything you can expect, maybe the empty mini-bar should be conciderd to be filled up. Complementary water is included though. The price is well worth a stay here, recommended

Clean and modern hotel, reasonable price, close proximity to pub street and night market. Staffs are helpful and provided us super early check in plus complimentary room upgrade despite being a basic Accor member. Breakfast is decent and the omelette is good! There is also a tour desk in the lobby so it’s possible for some last minute trip planning. All in all an enjoyable stay!

Fantastic location. Nice modern building with decent breakfast buffet. Rooms are small but very well designed and good attention to detail. Comfy beds, nice lighting. Almost too efficient air conditioning. Some nice street views. Good ambience. Well priced.

Enjoyed a 3 night stay during visit to Siem Reap. Location was just right near the pubstreet and adequate number of restaurants. Did not eat any meals other than breakfast but with so many eateries at close proximity it was easier to quickly pop out for a quick bite if needed. Rooms were good and was made up each day by staff. Amenities in the room were adequate as well and staff behaviour was good. Overall a pleasant stay and no complains.
