Full attention to details, rooms cleaned every day. Staff extremely friendly and always with a smile on their faces, early mornings and even late at night. Breakfast had plenty of options to choose from. Even had a scooter for me ready to use. Just to mention a few names of the staff: Ms. Mara, Ms. Leak, Ms. Borey ; Mr. Yuyi, Mr. Kea and Mr. Heng. Any wishes where accommodated for. Congrats to the Hotel for having such tremendous people working for them

We had a wonderful stay, very relaxing in a beautiful well-maintained setting. Thank you to all the Staff for their kindness and their services always in a good mood! More precisely, thank you very much to: Mr. Yun, Mss. Mara, Miss. Leak, Mss Heng, Mss. Borey and Mr. Kea at the reception who have always greeted us with a smile and great respect and who have always been ready to respond to all our requests. Thanks also to Ms. Nida, Ms. Net, Mr. Pancha, Ms. Nary, Ms. Sey Ha, Ms. Botom, Ms. Chantit and Ms. Ya, for their friendliness and remarkable services at the bar and restaurant. Not to mention the cleaning staff who have always returned a room in perfect condition thank you all very much. We will return with great pleasure in this Hotel!

I stayed with the same hotel company eight years ago. It was in another building back then. Everything was so beautiful so I decided to stay in the same hotel. They moved the building elsewhere. A lot of things have changed since then in Siem Reap city. Even the airport is moved to elsewhere. But this company’s quality, smiling faces, being helpful, and the beauty of facility have not changed a bit. If I ever come to Cambodia again, this will be the only place I would stay. The staff was very helpful with everything we needed in the hotel and also with the plans in the city. They even helped us for the rest of our plans in other cities. I specially like to thank to Ms. Borey, Mr. Heng, Mr. Kea, Mr. Yun, Ms. Mara, Ms. Leak. They were very helpful and kind at all times. I was there with my 7-year old daughter, and she never felt strange due to the sincerity and welcoming attitude of the this staff. Thanx a million!

A really lovely hotel with a great location where the staff could not be more helpful or attentive. If you want to visit Pub Street but not live in it 😉 the location is just a short Tuk Tuk drive to there and the markets. I look forward to returning next week

The hotel was so relaxing and the staff were amazingly gracious, super kind and helpful, nothing was too much trouble.Food was delicious and rooms clean and quiet. I’d like to personally thank Ms.Leak, Ms.Mara, Mr.Yun Ms Borey MsDanef and Mr Kea, they are wonderful people :)

Me and my girlfriend had an amazing experience at this hotel. The staff made us feel very welcome from the beginning and the hotel its self looked great and was very clean. It is also, 5 min tuk tuk to the main area of Siem Reip what is ideal I actually spent my birthday here and the staff made me feel very special. So big shout out to them especially Yun, Borey, Leak, Mara and Heng who sang and wrote me a birthday card. Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone.

It is wonderful place. Good location quite area which is near by good hospital. We travel with family which is so important. The staff are really helpful. The pool is so nice and relaxing. Thank you to Yun, Mara and Leak at the front desk to help me everything that I asked for. Thank you for 50th anniversary surprise for my parents. Wonderful experience here. Hope I can go back .
