Beautiful small hotel located in a great area. The rooms and facilities are so clean and well maintained. The food prices are good value and there’s happy hours (11-6) around the pool.
The pool was our favourite place after a long hot day exploring the temples.
The staff are wonderful- so very helpful and caring. A special shoutout to Vin, he drove us to and from the airport and around the temples with our guide for the day, Sid.
McTuk and Rose on reception are fantastic as well. And we loved the resident rooster next door!

Spacious, well equipped room with nice modern design. Breakfast is taken in lovely poolside bar/restaurant area. Friendly staff. Excellent value for money.

Definitely a great hotel to stay at if you have never visited Cambodia before. In a quiet location which is amazing to retreat back to after visiting Angkor Wat all day. Lovely pool area and nice and clean rooms. The reception staff were great at organising tours to the temples and airport transfers. The service was sometimes slow but the staff were lovely which made up for it. Close to pub street and local restaurants. Highly recommend Champey for street food and Khmer Kitchen for dinner, and The Little Red Fox Espresso Cafe and Amun bar & restaurant for breakfast. Shoutout to Vin who drove us to and from the airport and around Angkor Wat and to Rose on reception!

Beautiful hotel near to the centre of Siem Reap. The staff were very friendly and welcoming and the design of the hotel was really cool (lots of water and plants). The room was large and clean and the breakfast was good for the size of the hotel. They also had there own drivers and offered local tours (we went to a floating village).

This is an absolutely amazing hotel and I cannot say enough good things about it! The staff are all so welcoming and friendly! Jacky and Josh were so kind when we checked in, as were all of the other wonderful staff members who really make this amazing place so special! The room itself was clean, comfortable, and spacious! Lastly, the location is super convenient and you can have so many great shops/restaurants/cafes only a stone's throw from the hotel😊👍

Nice place, feel homy. Nice people and they are friendly and welcoming. Breakfast has limited choices but it's nice that they have this complementaries of bread and fruits

What a lovely hotel and incredible staff this is. Great location and extremely clean. The shower area was a little bit dark for my liking, but I think the intention was to create a relaxing area. The water pressure was great btw! Toilet is separated from the shower.
I felt very welcome, and comfortable at this little gem. Would highly recommend anyone to stay here. They also organize transfer to/from airport and other tours. Happy hour drinks by the pool as well.

I loved staying here! Beautiful place and amazing service. They checked me in at 10:30am with no extra charge, and let me use the spa to shower after check out.
The room was so beautiful and cosy that I immediately booked an extra night.
I stayed in the king suite pool view.

The stuff was friendly and helpful, but while we stayed in the hotel there was no hot water for 4 days. Because of that we were offered a free breakfast, which we really enjoyed. It seems that communication within stuff was not the best because after all we were asked to pay for breakfast twice. We managed to clarify this, but still it was a little unpleasant situation.
The good part was that they arranged for us taxi to the airport.

I had not stayed at the Riversoul before but booked them on a recommendation from a friend. The staff helped us with our luggage to the room which we found to be very clean and tastefully decorated. The air conditioning worked very well. The price (70.00 US dollars / night with two beds) included a great breakfast and the pool is very refreshing after long hot days. They also arranged (at no additional cost) to come and get us from the airport in an air conditioned van. The staff is very friendly but the language barrier can be a bit difficult at times. It can also be very humorous at times.........but you will have a language barrier anywhere in Cambodia if you can't speak the language. The general manager is very good and speaks English as if it is his first language. If there is an improvement that I would like to see it would be to lower the prices for the laundry service. That's it though. This place is just great!
