This is an absolutely amazing hotel and I cannot say enough good things about it! The staff are all so welcoming and friendly! Jacky and Josh were so kind when we checked in, as were all of the other wonderful staff members who really make this amazing place so special! The room itself was clean, comfortable, and spacious! Lastly, the location is super convenient and you can have so many great shops/restaurants/cafes only a stone's throw from the hotel😊👍

Nice place, feel homy. Nice people and they are friendly and welcoming. Breakfast has limited choices but it's nice that they have this complementaries of bread and fruits

What a lovely hotel and incredible staff this is. Great location and extremely clean. The shower area was a little bit dark for my liking, but I think the intention was to create a relaxing area. The water pressure was great btw! Toilet is separated from the shower.
I felt very welcome, and comfortable at this little gem. Would highly recommend anyone to stay here. They also organize transfer to/from airport and other tours. Happy hour drinks by the pool as well.

I loved staying here! Beautiful place and amazing service. They checked me in at 10:30am with no extra charge, and let me use the spa to shower after check out.
The room was so beautiful and cosy that I immediately booked an extra night.
I stayed in the king suite pool view.

The stuff was friendly and helpful, but while we stayed in the hotel there was no hot water for 4 days. Because of that we were offered a free breakfast, which we really enjoyed. It seems that communication within stuff was not the best because after all we were asked to pay for breakfast twice. We managed to clarify this, but still it was a little unpleasant situation.

I had not stayed at the Riversoul before but booked them on a recommendation from a friend. The staff helped us with our luggage to the room which we found to be very clean and tastefully decorated. The air conditioning worked very well. The price (70.00 US dollars / night with two beds) included a great breakfast and the pool is very refreshing after long hot days. They also arranged (at no additional cost) to come and get us from the airport in an air conditioned van. The staff is very friendly but the language barrier can be a bit difficult at times. It can also be very humorous at times.........but you will have a language barrier anywhere in Cambodia if you can't speak the language. The general manager is very good and speaks English as if it is his first language. If there is an improvement that I would like to see it would be to lower the prices for the laundry service. That's it though. This place is just great!

My wife and I stayed for four nights.
It was excellent and we would very happily stay again and recommend Riversoul to others.
The entire hotel is modern and beautifully furnished. Lovely unique style.
Extraordinary bed, shower, and bath!
The onsite restaurant was very good. We were surprised to witness how well the chef could make such high quality dishes throught the day.
We ended up dining there more than planned because my wife was suffering from a cold. We are very grateful that the staff went above and beyond to make sure she was well looked after -- including making lemon and ginger tea.
The staff were all very attentive, friendly, and professional. They all spoke a reasonable level of English and those who spoke a high level got to know us. The personal connection made us feel extra comfortable given that we had been travelling for over a month.
We were glad that the hotel takes mosquito control seriously. Of course mosquitoes were about but kept to a minimum.
WiFi was patchy in our room. It was only a minor inconvenience though.
Other than that there were no problems with facilities.
Our only suggestion would be to provide more complete information about local tourist attractions. We found that some things in and around Siem Reap are great but others are terrible traps. It would have been helpful to have local recommendations.

The hotel itself is clean, stylish, and has character. There’s a very personal touch to the interior which we loved. The pool is serene and relaxing (albeit only sunny from 10:30am-2:30pm). The breakfast is really tasty and you can order as much as you like from the menu.
They give you tips for sightseeing and arrange temple tours at a fair price!
