The location was great, a short walk from pub street. We didn’t book the room in advance, just walked in. We were lucky that they still had one room for us, albeit not the best.
Our room was on the first floor right behind the reception area, it was tiny and cozy. It had a little musty smell. I assume that top floors were better.
There was a small pool and simple breakfast was included.
The price was reasonable, it was a good value.
I would stay here again if we ever come to Siem Reap again.

This hotel was a gem to stay in, very close to the center of Siem Reap but far enough from the noise of the city. There are a wide range of nice restaurants around the hotel. Special mention to the staff especially Mr Him, who went above and beyond to help.
The rooms are decorated in a more traditional style, however they are comfortable. The showers are a bit dated and difficult to use.

I'd highly recommend this hotel. The staff are really helpful and friendly, and the food at breakfast is tasty and varied. There's delicious, strong coffee and omelettes, so you'll leave with plenty of energy. The hotel is wonderful and swimming pools are perfect.

This is located down an alley so you may have to carry your cases.
Once there the staff are very friendly and helpful
We had a room on the 3rd floor and would have struggled carrying the cases up. No lift. Thankfully the staff carried for us. Splurge and get one of the better rooms, we were initially showing a small damp misty smelling one.
There is access to 2 pools
Breakfast is served from 630 for those who are up and about visiting the sites
It's a 10 minutes walk across the river into pub street and the markets are located
Definitely recommend

Great hotel. Staff are amazing, helpful, friendly and very kind. Organised tours and bus for us. Pools are good. Great location, quiet away from the hustle and bustle but still easy 3min walk to old market area, pub street, etc. Lots of restaurants close by as well. Steps to upper floors are steep so not good if you have mobility issues, but there are ground floor rooms available.

We were there 4 nights and would have wished for 7! The rooms were spacious and clean (only thing a little bit of smell from the drain sometimes) big and comfortable shower. The pools were AMAZING, and the staff helpful in any means. The breakfast is very good - they even offer croissants. Those would even taste better with a little bit better coffee (only instant coffee available)

The staff are so helpful and very accommodating of you. They cleaned our rooms every day with fresh towels and sheets. Pool is very clean and a good temperature. The rooms are clean too and have all the basic amenities needed for a stay. Very highly recommend.

Absolutely Recommendable Hotel with a nice location in a quite street, some minutes away from the mainroad.
The rooms were great, the staff is kind and friendly. They organized an affordable transport to our next Destination.
The breakfast could have been a bit more variously, but it was tasteful and fresh.

Staff of the hotel was extremely welcoming and helpful. They offered all possible services and were ready to attend our needs all time. Breakfast was great and also they offered takeaway breakfast. From the very first moment until the second we left they were amazing. Mr D and all the staff were the best!!! The girls of the staff were the best!! They have 2 swimming pools and amazing rooms. Great WiFi. Again, the staff was the best.

Stay 4 night, colonial style room, cleaned and nicely decorated…
Price affordable and nice breakfast in the sister property in front, pool also was quiet and cool.
Staff professional, spoke good English and always there to help. We booked first for 1 night and then we extended for 3 nights more
