Hilton Garden Inn Vilnius City Centre

I have visited numerous Hilton Garden Inns around the world, but this one in Vilnius truly stands out as the most beautiful. The warm, modern decor, highlighted by tasteful wooden elements, creates a welcoming ambiance that’s perfectly executed. As the property is relatively new, everything is in top condition. The bar area is also exceptionally well-designed, and I highly recommend enjoying a cocktail there – they were really really good!

A good hotel experience relies heavily on the impression left by the team at the front desk. Here, both my first and last interactions were outstanding. The staff was consistently helpful and friendly, which I greatly appreciated. A special thanks to Mr. Fuad Gasimov, whose friendliness and professionalism made my stay even more enjoyable.

If I could suggest one improvement, it would be regarding the breakfast experience. While the quality of the selection is very good, the variety could be expanded slightly. Additionally, the breakfast area felt a bit small for the hotel’s size, and during peak hours, finding a seat was occasionally challenging. Despite this, I look very much forward to my next stay at this exceptional hotel in Vilnius!

I've stayed in 100s of hotels, and this hotel is definitely top of its class. The rooms are fantastic, amazing soundproofing and everything is of a very high standard. The staff was also exceptional! I would take this hotel over almost every 5 star hotel I stayed in. The only slight improvement could be the choice at breakfast, while the quality was great there could have been more selection, especially more local.

a clean and tidy hotel with friendly staff. The conference space is a bit limited, suitable for smaller events, and the catering was acceptable. One downside is the lack of parking around the hotel. The underground parking is quite limited and costs €4 per hour, so be prepared for that if you’re driving.

Brilliant hotel. It’s the small things… mirrors in the right place, brilliant air con, comfy bed, plenty of pillows, small directional reading lights! A fantastic hotel. Very clean, service and food excellent and a great location.

A modern Garden in the heart of everything, Old Town is a short walk away. Midsize, comfortable rooms and beds. Parking should be reserved in advance but on the day of our stay, street parking was ample (paid). Breakfast is fantastic and features both local and international staples, sure to fit any taste. There is an on-premises self-service laundry, a huge deal compared to how scarce these are in Scandinavia.

Great breakfast, excellent rooms, good location. I would've wished for better service from the staff especially at the reception.

Especially when I was checking out, there were 6 visitors waiting in queue, while 1 person was working with customers while two other staff members just stood there. Whether they were in the middle of something or not, it does not give a good picture for customers when only 33% of visible staff is working.

Enjoyed our stay there! The room was comfortable, looked nice and new, and had a good amount of space. Only downside would be the bed was a little hard and that there weren’t a bathroom vent/fan, but not a huge deal. Location was great for walking around Vilnius.

We paid for the hotel breakfast every morning, and it was pretty decent. Staff were all super nice and friendly.

The hotel's location was perfect, with easy access to all the main attractions in Vilnius. 🌳🌆The on-site restaurant served delicious food and the breakfast buffet was fantastic.
