Hotel PACAI

This was a lovely hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly, it’s a beautiful design and quite an experience. The bed was in the top 10 hotel beds I’ve ever slept on. I appreciated having a mini bar with lots of beverages and snacks. The location is perfect, in walking distance to tons of things to see. The shower was great, and the bathroom was the most beautiful part.

With that said, maybe don’t stay on floor 5, where my room was. I think I would have had a better stay on a lower floor. The elevator goes up to floor 4, and then you have to take a separate stairway to get up to floor 5 (they also have a separate small elevator), and the rooms have teeny tiny windows as compared to the huge windows you’ll see in a lot of the online marketing material. My room got a bit warm at times, but closing the bathroom door helped. However, on the flip side, floor 5 on the exterior side of the building does have good views. IMO, floor 4 might be perfect.

Hotel Pacai is truly one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at! The ambiance, service, and attention to detail are exceptional. Everything about this place exudes luxury and comfort. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a top-notch experience!

Beautiful hotel that oozes luxury and class. The line of Bentleys and Porches prais outside reception allude to the high status of the hotel! Staff were wonderful and the decor very well done. A few things let it down slightly for me. Our room had an issue with the plumbing, the sink was leaking and had leaked onto the towels. The staff were apologetic but were unable to fix it at 11:30p so we were left with a bucket under the sink which we had to empty every time we used it. They were also unable to offer an alternate room. Secondly, whilst the quality of the breakfast was very good, the selection was a little limited. Both from the buffet and the kitchen. I was hoping for slightly more choice. However, I would stay again because despite these small things it’s a very nice place to stay, and the bar and the bartenders are fantastic!

Loved this gem, highly recommend it for any kind of stay to Vilnius. It's in a main thoroughfar but set back a bit in a courtyard so it's extremely quiet. Restaurant is excellent and the service was great too. The property is historic and the rooms maintain some of the old walls and structure while still being completely and thoroughly modern. It's a stylized contrast that really works. Would not hesitate to book here again for a trip to Vilnius.

Wonderful experience : nice hotel, friendly staff.
Negative: many military personnel staying over with body guards. Does not give a safe feeling.
Building next door had construction going on: hotel changed our room to accommodate.

We love staying at this hotel where history meets modern design - IMO this is one of the best design hotels in the world. Beautiful hotel, lovely rooms, great restaurant and bar, plus a wonderful courtyard where you can enjoy drinks and food. Location is perfect to enjoy the Old Town. Staff are very attentive and helpful.

Our stay was great! Very clean and peaceful. Great staff wonderful food and beautiful room! Unfortunately the scent boxes in the hallways, dinning room and outside in entrance for the courtyard. the smell was very overpowering and affected our sleep. We could not spend an extra night due to the strong perfume scents. Highly recommend if you’re not sensitive to perfume smells

Beautiful place, perfect location and luxurious hotel, what not to like? The staff were friendly and professional, the room was squeaky clean, the whole place had a very pleasant smell, and breakfast was absolutely incredible! We will definitely be back here next time we visit. Thank you for looking after us!
