Very comfortable stay. Nice location and several delicious restaurants within walking distance. Old Town is a 10 minute walk away.

hotel has great location, decent food, and very cool sky bar. casino in site is a nice touch, didn't have a chance to visit but good to have the option. stayed at this hotel several times now, and most likely will return

Friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable room. Very good value for the money. Terrific breakfast buffet. Great location near the old city. Very glad to have stayed here.

Hotel of exceptional services and location in Vilnius. Very clean, friendly staff, cozy and comfortable. Underground parking paid separately. Recommend! Thank you.

Very great hotel. Very nice and modern, clean room. Daily roomservice. Coffee and tea and water in the room. Perfect breakfast, possibility to sit outside. 2.8 km from the train station.

Good location, both by car and on foot. A short walk to the center, 10 minutes.
Rooms are nice and modern.

Rooms are nice but they only have 2 lifts and you cannot use stairs (emergency only). As a result during rush times you have to wait 20 minutes to either go to your room or leave the hotel. Completely stupid and badly thought. Breaking the whole experience because apart from this major issue the hotel is nice.

Loved the hotel, breakfast too. However, even though its not so far from the center, it is a bit further. So we had to take buses and the airport bus was a 10 min walk as well. Overall very nice, but if you want to enjoy more at night, better to stay in the city.

Well-meaning staff and decent rooms but this place gets a lot wrong. The food is pretty diabolical at times (stayed here for a whole week) and is obviously purchased in and warmed up rather than it being cooked by a real chef on site. Location is good..so as long as you don’t eat in-house you might be happy staying here?
There are occasions where they just haven’t quite grasped how to make a customer feel special. I am at this very moment eating lunch in the restaurant and a cleaner is hoovering round my feet as if I don’t exist. Bizarre.
There are certainly better hotels at the same level as this for the same or less cost here in Vilnius.

We can not thank the staff enough for being so wonderful during our stay. The hotel was clean, our room was stocked well and we felt very welcome during our 10 night stay.
We would especially like to mention Nadia and Gintanas (Solt) and Nijole (the room attendant) . They went out of their way to make our experience the best it could be. Breakfast was done very well with fresh coffee and omelets made upon request, clean tables, and well stocked food.
The "extras" left in our room for being titanium elite members were fantastic and the employees thanked us for being members many times.
The management is doing a fantastic job and there was nothing at all that we would have changed about our stay.
