We had a great stay at Hotel Galia while exploring the beautiful country of Montenegro. The owners were very welcoming and friendly, the room was comfortable and the view of Kotor bay from the balcony was stunning! Dinner and breakfast were excellent and the service was great! Overall a great hotel to stay and I highly recommend!

Amazing hotel, just 50 meters away from the closest beach. The hotel itself is placed on the coast with beautiful view on the sea and hills. Hotel has a lot parking spots and it is highly biker friendly. Breakfast offers so many choices so you wont have problem with having a nice morning meal. Overall highly recommend place to stay!

Maybe I overrated the place, but it offers you almost everything you want for a few days of visit. The rooms are not big but for us they were perfect. Tasty food without pretensions. Very nicely positioned near the lake, a few minutes from the old center.

Calm place for piecefull stay 1-2 miles away from Kotor. But with a wonderful view to Kotor Bay. The hotel is owned by a family.

We spent only one night here but i wish we could stay longer. I'm sure we are going to come back to this accomodation when we visit Kotor again. Loved the beautiful room with the huge balcony and the seaview.

Good location outside (about 20 min walking) from old town. About 1 min walking distance to water front where you can sit and even swim. There is a mix of small beaches (rather stony than sandy) and bricked water front with stairs to water. We sat down with the locals at the bricked part which was nice and pretty relaxed (we brought camping chairs). Breakfast also good with plenty of coffee. Nice view...

Everything was wonderful, friendly staff, comfortable, large room with a wonderful view of the Bay of Kotor. Parking space, delicious breakfast. 20-25 min walk to the old town of Kotor. Thank you, Mrs. Maria!

The staff was very helpful. When our room internet didn't work, we were moved to a much better room where it did work. We could walk along the seaside to the Old Town, though it is about a 2 km walk.

About 20 minutes walk to Old Town or €2 by taxi. Big rooms. Some have balconies overlooking harbour. Good breakfast. Very clean and good shower over good size bath.

Great hotel, located just out of the busy walled town of Kotor. Easy walk into the city, with great locsl facilities and an easy 20m walk to the ocean for a swim.

Cozy rooms with air conditioning, TV, refrigerator and balcony. The bathroom is shared on the floor, but this is not inconvenient :) The view from the window is gorgeous and the sea is two steps away.

We liked the frendly and professional staff and fresh/tasty food. Vojislav is such a good host. Other staff members were also very professional and friendly. The hotel is well located at 3 KM from the city centre (old town) along the sea. The view from the hotel is very pleasant. The staff is very friendly and speaks good English. The amenities are simple but efficient, welcome drink, parking. The breakfast is done by choosing on the card with a lot of choice. Shame that the rooms are small but enough for 1 or 2 nights

The hotel staff were excellent! I fell sick on the first day, they organised a driver to take me to hospital, they cooked me soup whilst I was recovering and they made sure I was ok every day. Situated on the seaside road Hotel Sara was a great place for few day stay at the Kotor bay. The staff was friendly and our room was clean and modern. Nearby you can find nice restaurants for drinks or food. Parking in front of the hotel. Modest but satisfying breakfast was included. Ask for Nicola at the reception for transportation!

Perfect place , very friendly and professional staff, amazing sea view and a lovely breakfast. The beach is at the front of hotel and u get beach towels as-well 😀, walking distance to shops and restaurants. All in all perfect in every sense 👍🏻

We stayed here for three nights in room #1. Exactly what we needed. Extremely friendly staff. We really felt taken care of. Cute private beach, nice beds, very nice view at breakfast. Very tasty and not costly meals. Waiters understand English. Restaurant looks like a restaurant, not only meal serving place. Minus for open grill with disgusting fat on the walls.

Everything was immaculate - the hosts were quite hospitable, the sea proximity is priceless. Combined with quietness and stunning view, certainly a recipe for a perfect vacation.

We really loved our stay at this amazing place. The apartment has everything you would need, even a dishwasher. The beds and pillows were really comfortable. Very clean and cosy. The view out of the window is breath-taking. Thank you hosts for the warm welcome. We would love to visit again.

Great value-for-money apartment right next to the water, and reflecting the distance to Kotor. Airconditioning kept it comfortable in the heat.

Staying at Apartments Matkovic was very nice! The house has its own pear and beach, equipped with chairs and umbrellas. In the yard there is a grill. There is also table with chairs on a terrase. The family Matkovic is super friendly and very hospitable. We felt like home! We recommend this accomodation for sure.

Magical stay. Host Branko and his wife are lovely and allow you your own space but available if needed. Can’t beat the location. The apartment was perfect for a family of three. Private swimming pontoon directly opposite the apartment. The balcony made it. Sat and watched an amazing electrical storm one evening and you’ll never tire looking at the magnificent Mountains surrounding Kotor Bay.
