The waiter was very apologetic and embarrassed. Payment for our stay was taken up front when we arrived which we felt was an attempt to reduce any leverage that people would have when complaining about their experience

However, given the price of our stay we were very disappointed with some of the finer details of the stay. The TV in the room didn’t work for the length of our stay and looked as though it hadn’t done for some time

We asked twice to have the sauna switched on, but it didn’t heat above about 30 degrees. We complained to reception and were eventually told that it’s a type of sauna that isn’t meant to be hot, which wasn’t credible

Beautiful hotel ! The location is perfect to avoid the cruise-crowd and you can reach the old town with a quick taxi ride. The rooms are air-conditioned and quiet. Restaurant is very good and all staff are friendly

The hotel has a lot of stairs but they will help you carry your luggage ;)

So all in all, it is a wonderful place but the attention to detail was lacking and I felt as though the hotel was trading on its location and not quite delivering what I would expect for the price tag

The hotel is very satisfactory. You can enjoy the beautiful sea view from the balcony. The service staff are very warm and friendly. The breakfast is rich and varied. I am very happy to stay for a few days

The room size is also large, and the service staff is very friendly and speaks good English. The breakfast is very good, it is ordered, better than the buffet

About 30 minutes walk from the ancient city of Kotor, you will pass by a few good seaside restaurants, and take a taxi for about 6 Euros

The hotel's beach construction is a bit poor. I sunbathed for an entire afternoon without drinking anything. Everything else is ok.

What an amazing place, beautiful big, clean room, large balcony with stunning views and you couldn’t ask for nicer hosts. They couldn’t do enough for us and give us advice on where to go and what to see

They make you a superb homemade breakfast that surely will start your day with happiness. The area ia super nice and quiet and just a 5 minute drive from kotor

The owners are helpful and amazingly kind and they will recommend you areas to visit and so on. I absolutely recommend it if you come to the area

A very unique and short but phenomenal experience. The hospitality was at the highest level, the cleanliness was brilliant, and the breakfast was diverse, with everything being delicious

The restaurant for dinner had a special tradition and phenomenal food. In short, I can say that this is the best hotel in Montenegro

Breakfast could be tastier. The coffee machine is not great. Otherwise nice modern rooms, remote location, friendly staff.

While the pool water was quite cold (warmer water would have been preferable), the sauna and steam room were excellent and made up for it. These amenities added a relaxing element to our stay

It is one of the best places we stayed in during our recent vacation in Kotor. The rooms are cozy and well appointed. Breakfast was really good with excellent choices

The central location makes the hotel ideal as we could reach most of the places we wanted to visit with ease. The gym, sauna and other amenities make it convenient and the overall service is excellent

However, the hotel was very comfortable and the room was lovely quality (a heads up: no tea/coffee provided in the room, if that's something you might want to know in advance!) The Turkish bath/sauna was lovely and can be booked for individual/couple slots at no additional cost

It was also remarkably well sound proofed. We enjoyed the use of the gym (there is also a sauna) and complimentary breakfast which had a great range. We would love to come back and stay at Hotel Vardar

Because I booked it two days before check-in, the price was very expensive, but the room was large, and it was in the ancient city of Kotor. You could wander around the ancient city as late as you wanted at night

Quite place in the centre of the town

good gostishka, apartment. near lots of restaurants. The yummy, the prices are not expensive, the portions are huge.:) sandy beaches in Tivat are almost there. mostly concrete.

Good hotel with; rent a car, convenience store, beach, hotels, and cafes on walking distance. 10 minutes away from Tivat airport.

The apartments are in an ideal place and only 15 mins walk from airport and 10 mins into Tivat town centre and Puerto montenagro. They are very clean, spotless and everything you need for your stay except an o en I

What a fabulous place ! From start to finish I could not fault these apartments. Immaculately clean with the most amazing views of the pool and bay. The hosts were so accommodating and nothing was too much trouble

Spent the first 3 nights at the apartments then went and did a retreat in the mountains then back to the apartments with my husband who flew in to stay for a few nights to get me to unwind after a very busy week

The location of the hotel is among the most beautiful scenic places on earth. The staff are very helpful and attentive. They are both friendly, knowledgeable and professional

Taxi from Tivat airport to hotel: Do not accept a flat fee, they are trying to rip you off. Early morning ride is $15 euro and daytime (with traffic) is $20 euro. The can drivers will try and hit you for $40 euro

It's a beautiful place to have a coffee in the morning. The area on the beach is for the guests living in the hotel, as the staff told us, but we are allowed to sit there, too. The service was professional.

The hotel is located in the most beautiful location of Perast. Easy to reach, private parking is available. You are greeted with an incredible view as you enter the hotel. There is a pool directly accompanying this view

It is also quite spacious in terms of use. There is a restaurant they have contracted at Perast Beach for breakfast. You can have breakfast on the beach next to the sea. The hotel staff are very interested

There is a terrace next to the pool where you can relax. Each of the rooms is named differently, the view from each of them is magnificent. The interior of the rooms is well equipped

The water in the bay isn’t super clean, but that’s not the hotel’s fault! The staff was incredibly attentive from the moment we arrived until after check out (they held our bags for three hours after checking out and allowed us to continue to use the private beach

Carruba Hotel is an absolute gem. Nestled in a quaint seaside village right on the Adriatic coast, the location is simply stunning — peaceful, quiet, and with panoramic views straight from the room

Having visited other parts of Montenegro including Kotor and Lake Skadar, I can confidently say this was the best place I stayed. The proximity to the airport is a huge plus as well

The concierge also noticed that we were waiting a long time for our taxi outside the hotel and offered to call us another taxi). The restaurant is very good: the shrimp bruschetta was my favorite

I only stayed one night as I was flying out of Tivat, but in hindsight, I wish I had booked 2–3 nights to truly soak in the atmosphere

We didn’t make a reservation for dinner and it was all booked up BUT we ordered the dinner to our room and enjoyed a sunset dinner on our terrace, which was lovely

The following day, I contacted the hotel again and asked if I could get my sunglasses back that evening, as I was leaving Montenegro for the airport at 6:00 am the next morning

It really makes all the difference as we felt their sincerity in their attitude towards us and their desire to make our visit as wonderful as possible

I left my sunglasses at the hotel, but I only realized they were missing the next day, after I had already checked out and moved to another hotel

com’s customer service to help me reach out to the hotel and locate my sunglasses. Hotel Heritage confirmed that I had indeed left them in my room when I checked out

We were only scheduled to stay one night and we extended to 3, just because of the ambiance. The food is perfect and we loved breakfast on the sea side

Hotel Heritage kindly arranged for someone to deliver my sunglasses to me and did not charge me any fee. I am truly very grateful for their help

Hygiene: Good Environment: You can see the inland sea along the Mediterranean Sea when you open the window. There are bars and restaurants around. It is also very close to Perast and other places

Facilities: Although the hotel itself is not big, it is small but well-equipped. There are SPA, massage room, etc. , and the room is also fully equipped

Service: The service attitude is very good, the front desk is very patient and gentle (and very good looking)

I already did it because we hired 2 rooms. Beautiful Boutique Hotel and Amazing Team
