The waiter was very apologetic and embarrassed. Payment for our stay was taken up front when we arrived which we felt was an attempt to reduce any leverage that people would have when complaining about their experience

However, given the price of our stay we were very disappointed with some of the finer details of the stay. The TV in the room didn’t work for the length of our stay and looked as though it hadn’t done for some time

We asked twice to have the sauna switched on, but it didn’t heat above about 30 degrees. We complained to reception and were eventually told that it’s a type of sauna that isn’t meant to be hot, which wasn’t credible

Beautiful hotel ! The location is perfect to avoid the cruise-crowd and you can reach the old town with a quick taxi ride. The rooms are air-conditioned and quiet. Restaurant is very good and all staff are friendly

The hotel has a lot of stairs but they will help you carry your luggage ;)

So all in all, it is a wonderful place but the attention to detail was lacking and I felt as though the hotel was trading on its location and not quite delivering what I would expect for the price tag

The hotel is very satisfactory. You can enjoy the beautiful sea view from the balcony. The service staff are very warm and friendly. The breakfast is rich and varied. I am very happy to stay for a few days

The room size is also large, and the service staff is very friendly and speaks good English. The breakfast is very good, it is ordered, better than the buffet

About 30 minutes walk from the ancient city of Kotor, you will pass by a few good seaside restaurants, and take a taxi for about 6 Euros

The hotel's beach construction is a bit poor. I sunbathed for an entire afternoon without drinking anything. Everything else is ok.

What an amazing place, beautiful big, clean room, large balcony with stunning views and you couldn’t ask for nicer hosts. They couldn’t do enough for us and give us advice on where to go and what to see

They make you a superb homemade breakfast that surely will start your day with happiness. The area ia super nice and quiet and just a 5 minute drive from kotor

The owners are helpful and amazingly kind and they will recommend you areas to visit and so on. I absolutely recommend it if you come to the area

A very unique and short but phenomenal experience. The hospitality was at the highest level, the cleanliness was brilliant, and the breakfast was diverse, with everything being delicious

The restaurant for dinner had a special tradition and phenomenal food. In short, I can say that this is the best hotel in Montenegro

I personally took advantage of the valet service every chance I got. Took a private boat tour with my family right from the Hotel

The property is beautiful and the setting right on the bay can’t be beat. The staff was always friendly and ready to help. I truly enjoyed the beach, the pools, the gym, sauna and all the facilities

Breakfast could be tastier. The coffee machine is not great. Otherwise nice modern rooms, remote location, friendly staff.

While the pool water was quite cold (warmer water would have been preferable), the sauna and steam room were excellent and made up for it. These amenities added a relaxing element to our stay

The central location makes the hotel ideal as we could reach most of the places we wanted to visit with ease. The gym, sauna and other amenities make it convenient and the overall service is excellent

However, the hotel was very comfortable and the room was lovely quality (a heads up: no tea/coffee provided in the room, if that's something you might want to know in advance!) The Turkish bath/sauna was lovely and can be booked for individual/couple slots at no additional cost

A couple of things I found a little strange - e. when requesting to book the sauna in advance I was first told it could be booked until 10pm but later was told I was too late to book at 8

It was also remarkably well sound proofed. We enjoyed the use of the gym (there is also a sauna) and complimentary breakfast which had a great range. We would love to come back and stay at Hotel Vardar

Excellent Location, large, comfortable beds, service second to none. Courtyard dining and refreshments in the sun is an outstanding experience to watch the world go by. Very well looked after by very attentive staff

coffee on tap in small cups so machine frequently visited! Large bed in a large room (107) with a lovely bathroom. Could do with a lighted mirror for make up in the bathroom which would double up for men shaving

Because I booked it two days before check-in, the price was very expensive, but the room was large, and it was in the ancient city of Kotor. You could wander around the ancient city as late as you wanted at night

It is not a traditional buffet, but a la carte style. Each person got one hot dish, one dessert, one cold drink and one hot drink. The portions were quite enough and two adults were full to death

What I want to complain about is that the bathroom exhaust fan is very noisy and there is no view of the sea from the second floor

best hotel ever stayed in middle Europe. Everything so perfect! The sea views is surprisingly good and all the stuff are nice. The breakfast is very well spent

The well-designed bathroom, coupled with an excellent shower, offered a rejuvenating experience that added to the overall sense of luxury

Maybe because it was the off-season, there were not many people and we didn't have trouble sleeping because of the loud music

The bell in the clock tower struck half past midnight, but I didn't notice it before I got up at seven in the morning. However, the room is soundproofed and if you don't listen carefully you will ignore the bell

Sehr schönes, 300 Jahre altes Steinhaus, nette Vermieter. Unendlich viel Platz im Haus, sehr feine Lage mit einem kleinen Strand direkt vor der Haustür. Mit Verbesserung der Reinigung ein super Haus!

Excellent hotel near Tivat and Kotor. The rooms are very nice, clean and staff friendly. The restaurant and large hall are excellent for organizing large celebrations such as weddings. Recommendation for this hotel

Magnolia delivers what if offers. The price is good value for the location, size of rooms and breakfast. Rooms could be cleaner - found several items from previous guests lying around.

Quite place in the centre of the town

good gostishka, apartment. near lots of restaurants. The yummy, the prices are not expensive, the portions are huge.:) sandy beaches in Tivat are almost there. mostly concrete.

Good hotel with; rent a car, convenience store, beach, hotels, and cafes on walking distance. 10 minutes away from Tivat airport.

The apartments are in an ideal place and only 15 mins walk from airport and 10 mins into Tivat town centre and Puerto montenagro. They are very clean, spotless and everything you need for your stay except an o en I

What a fabulous place ! From start to finish I could not fault these apartments. Immaculately clean with the most amazing views of the pool and bay. The hosts were so accommodating and nothing was too much trouble

Spent the first 3 nights at the apartments then went and did a retreat in the mountains then back to the apartments with my husband who flew in to stay for a few nights to get me to unwind after a very busy week

TV, air conditioning, double bed sofa, armchairs, table, chairs, shower room. We were afraid that the planes would disturb our sleep, but after 18 o’clock everything is quiet, the planes stop flying

First of all, the exceptional hospitality of the host. The cleanliness of the apartment is at an enviable level. The apartments have everything you don't need from devices for everyday needs

Hotel Palma is perfectly located close to the city centre and Porto Montenegro. The staff was very friendly and could not do enough to help. Breakfast was excellent, with varied, plentiful and fresh offerings

Last min I messsages the hotel to sort a surprise for my sister because we landed the same day as her birthday, I got a message back and it was all sorted. The staff were amazing and everything went on well

The room was small but sufficient and the shower was very good. The only thing I would change in the room is the mattress protector, which is made of plastic and made a noise everytime you turned in bed

It was a shame that the beach was being worked on and could not be used yet, but it is understandable because the high season had not started yet. The hotel is in a quiet location

I stayed at Hotel Palma in Tivat, the most beautiful and clean hotel I have ever stayed at. The view from my room was magical. The food was amazing especially the breakfast

The hotel environment is good, right by the sea, the room and bed are a bit small, the breakfast is good, the price is not very cost-effective

Staff were always smiling, happy. The Pirogue resto under the hotel is very good

Location: perfect Staff: fantastic Food: excellent Lodgings: they need to make some small improvements: First room had mildew & water damage, however, they switched our room immediately and our new room was fantastic

Taxi from Tivat airport to hotel: Do not accept a flat fee, they are trying to rip you off. Early morning ride is $15 euro and daytime (with traffic) is $20 euro. The can drivers will try and hit you for $40 euro

It's a beautiful place to have a coffee in the morning. The area on the beach is for the guests living in the hotel, as the staff told us, but we are allowed to sit there, too. The service was professional.

Our stay at Hotel La Fleur was absolutely perfect – everything exceeded our expectations from the very beginning! The staff was exceptionally kind, professional, and always ready to assist, whether with recommendations, transportation, or anything else we needed

Two saunas, shower cabin and some poor equipment - all together in one big room

Rooms: we had issues with the door every day, the same was with our neighbors. Towel dryer didn't work, next day it was switched on and it was so hot in the bathroom as in sauna

They also have restaurant with all seats outdoors. Reception staff were very pleasant and helpful. To reach the hotel by taxi it takes only 7 minutes driving

The hotel is very clean and surrounded by a commercial street. You don't have to worry about food and department stores, you can buy everything, including luxury goods and perfumes. It is unexpectedly comfortable

The scenery is even better when the sun is shining. The hotel's breakfast is buffet, and you can occasionally encounter cats. Although the cats in Montenegro are basically wild, they are very friendly

Upon check-in, we were upgraded to a new room (many thanks for that, of course, but the hotel is empty, so I think they had their reasons for that). One of them is that the pool and all sauna areas are closed

- SPA Sauna and steam rooms were quite underwelming

But why are the kettle and coffee machine in a place that makes them extremely inconvenient to use! And the capsules for the Nespresso machine should be of high quality and match the standard of the hotel (not those no-name knockoffs)

The sea view rooms on the fourth floor have balconies and are connected together, which is very suitable for traveling with friends. In general, I am very satisfied. If I go to Montenegro next time, I will still go here!

The hotel is located in the most beautiful location of Perast. Easy to reach, private parking is available. You are greeted with an incredible view as you enter the hotel. There is a pool directly accompanying this view

It is also quite spacious in terms of use. There is a restaurant they have contracted at Perast Beach for breakfast. You can have breakfast on the beach next to the sea. The hotel staff are very interested

The staff pointed us to little known swimming spots, the best views of Boka bay and exceptional restaurants. It's an intimate boutique experience that really makes you feel like you own the place

Stay here, you will not regret it! We stayed 5 nights and had the most incredible honeymoon. Private dining, poolside drinks, the most incredible breakfast of any hotel I've ever stayed at

There is a terrace next to the pool where you can relax. Each of the rooms is named differently, the view from each of them is magnificent. The interior of the rooms is well equipped

Waking up every morning to those spectacular views while drinking my cappuccino just couldn’t get any better. You’ll fall in love with it and never want to go home

The water in the bay isn’t super clean, but that’s not the hotel’s fault! The staff was incredibly attentive from the moment we arrived until after check out (they held our bags for three hours after checking out and allowed us to continue to use the private beach

Carruba Hotel is an absolute gem. Nestled in a quaint seaside village right on the Adriatic coast, the location is simply stunning — peaceful, quiet, and with panoramic views straight from the room

Having visited other parts of Montenegro including Kotor and Lake Skadar, I can confidently say this was the best place I stayed. The proximity to the airport is a huge plus as well

The concierge also noticed that we were waiting a long time for our taxi outside the hotel and offered to call us another taxi). The restaurant is very good: the shrimp bruschetta was my favorite

I only stayed one night as I was flying out of Tivat, but in hindsight, I wish I had booked 2–3 nights to truly soak in the atmosphere

We didn’t make a reservation for dinner and it was all booked up BUT we ordered the dinner to our room and enjoyed a sunset dinner on our terrace, which was lovely

The most valuable thing is that it is the only hotel in the three countries that can provide free extra bottled water

Across the street from the hotel is the blue Bay of Kotor, which is convenient for taking a yacht to visit the Our Lady of the Rocks and the Blue Cave; turn left and walk for 5 minutes to the town center; it is also safe to go out and enjoy the sea breeze at night

Asking questions or making reasonable comments was met with hostility. For instance, we asked about guests reserving pool chairs at 9 a. and not using them until the afternoon, which happened frequently

It was a great surprise, both in the town of Perast and in this hotel. Although the hotel was renovated from an old building, the facilities and services are good

How is this even acceptable at a place where the number of seats is very limited? Every luxury hotel has a policy against such practice. As others have mentioned, staff treat guests inconsistently

Most staff, except for the friendly front desk team and the two Black ladies at breakfast who were very lovely, were extremely rude. Interactions often felt tense and could escalate for no reason

Hygiene: Good Environment: You can see the inland sea along the Mediterranean Sea when you open the window. There are bars and restaurants around. It is also very close to Perast and other places

Facilities: Although the hotel itself is not big, it is small but well-equipped. There are SPA, massage room, etc. , and the room is also fully equipped

Service: The service attitude is very good, the front desk is very patient and gentle (and very good looking)

I already did it because we hired 2 rooms. Beautiful Boutique Hotel and Amazing Team
