Hotels with heated pool in Kotor

It is our 4th time staying here. Staff is great and location is amazing. Compared to many locations you get a great value for the money. I recommend this to anyone who is looking for a quiet place to relax

(and yes: they can be ordered beach/poolside! ) The rooms are rather worn down and beds not the best either. but again: this is a 3-star hotel. All in all, a definite recommendation from here

We also found the staff welcoming and serviceminded, especially the daytime beach/pool service, housekeeping and restaurant staff

We rented three rooms: in one, the fridge didn’t work, and in another, the air conditioning wasn’t functioning. Noise levels could definitely be improved with hallway carpets and better-sealing doors

Beautiful hotel, nice rooms, though there is no drinking water in the room and in the morning there was no hot water in the bathroom. Breakfast and lunch/dinner are not a buffet, but to order

The combination of beachfront and portside dining right by the bay of Kotor is unique, and the place has a tranquil and relaxed atmosphere to it

We had a great two night stay there. All the stuff is really friendly and helpful. You are in 5 minutes by foot in the old town. We can absolutely recommend this hotel!

Great location! Waking discussing to old town. Across the street are the boat tours. The hotel is clean and the staff are really helpful

Basically it's good, the room is big, the location is convenient, and the service is OK

stayed here with his friend Evan for 7 nights in early August 2024. I visited him and the room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The views of the bay were beautiful. The proximity to the city center was 5 minutes walk

A very unique and short but phenomenal experience. The hospitality was at the highest level, the cleanliness was brilliant, and the breakfast was diverse, with everything being delicious

The restaurant for dinner had a special tradition and phenomenal food. In short, I can say that this is the best hotel in Montenegro

I personally took advantage of the valet service every chance I got. Took a private boat tour with my family right from the Hotel

The property is beautiful and the setting right on the bay can’t be beat. The staff was always friendly and ready to help. I truly enjoyed the beach, the pools, the gym, sauna and all the facilities

Breakfast could be tastier. The coffee machine is not great. Otherwise nice modern rooms, remote location, friendly staff.

Rooms were spotless and spacious. Outdoor pools were not in use as it was winter but the indoor pool was heated. Great selections during breakfast, catering for pretty much every food eater

Really nice staff, drove us and our luggage back to our car in their golf cart. Room was comfortable and we liked the overall medieval vibe. Would definitely stay again!

We ate here twice, as a party of 7. Delicious bruschetta and antipasti platters. Great service and helpful waiter - Alexander. Would highly recommend.

We did have some issues with bad smells from the bathroom drain, placing the bath mat over the drain seemed to help, but probably needs some attention

We had a really lovely stay in the Monte Cristo, we were in the attic room which we really liked, it was clean and spacious with a comfortable bed

It is right between a jazz club and somewhere playing house music with people yelling and dancing in the streets. From our room it felt like we were right out with them until early in the morning

This hotel is absolutely beautiful and the staff is lovely and helpful. However, the location is very loud at night

The food, drinks and service were excellent! We absolutely loved the location and would happily return next time! Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a quiet relaxing holiday with beautiful views of the bay area

We had an absolutely delightful stay for three nights at this charming, small, old-style hotel right near the sea shore. Every staff member works hard to create that ambiance of "family" that makes this place special

Lovely quiet place with amazing view on bay and cool design. Some furniture is very old and has a touch of history which is very interesting! All renovated with love and care and you feel the soul in every detail

They don't have the largest breakfast buffet, but they have a carefully curated breakfast platter with several a la carte options on top of that

They don't have a gym, but they have a small private beach just across the road for tanning, swimming and cooling off

There is also a bar that serves great coffee and drinks, in addition to the minibar in your room. There are small shops and restaurants nearby. Management allows you to bring in food to enjoy on the terrace

My friends and I went here for dinner and were blown away by the view at sunset from the rooftop patio. The most amazing musician was playing and it was incredible to see the view of the mountains with the sun going down

A very nice boutique hotel right in the heart of the old city. The room was quite big and well equipped. The staff was super friendly and spoke many languages. Breakfast is a la carte so it’s quality versus quantity

This hotel is very cute and located in the middle of old town. Even though it is on the main walking road, it is very quiet and we didn’t have problems sleeping

We loved our stay at the Hippocampus. All of the staff we met were really friendly and welcoming. The room was large and comfortable and breakfast was good (although a little more variety would have been welcome)

The room is ok, the inside of the ancient city can’t be compared with the outside of the city, but it’s really convenient, the service staff are pretty good, the facilities are average, but sufficient, if you want convenience and a leisurely stroll, you must live in the ancient city, it’s a different feeling!

The hotel is in the heart of the old town making it perfect for exploring beautiful Kotor - but it does mean it is noisy at night being next to a bar - the only downside in an otherwise amazing stay

Good hotel with a cosy hospitality. The staffs so helpful and kind. They even call me ahead of time that there were storms and they waited us to arrive and help us to settle ourselves

Bathroom is very clean and great! The Breakfast for me was/is A la Cart which is huge and also delicious! The Stuff is very friendly, warm and always there for help and support

Beautiful luxurious room, bathroom, breakfast, free underground parking - for so much money, for free. If it is completely ready, then the 5⭐ is easily deserved

I have never been to such a great hotel. (well, but) The room is 110%, as is the service. The location is not relevant at night

Staff were brilliant, always there and helpful, and the room and facilities made this an amazing holiday, got to be honest only went in the pool once, but was really nice, we just seemed to enjoy the outside sea area with sun beds more you could just all day there watching the world go by, and swimming in the sea absolute amazing place and staff and a credit to the owners, already looking at going...

The hotel perfectly combines authentic stone architecture with modern comfort, and the pool and terrace overlooking the bay make it the ideal place to relax. Staff were warm, attentive, and made our stay feel special

All-in-one: access to beach, on-site pool, simple breakfast to start the day. Getting there is a challenge to drivers that do not know how to maneuver on one street roads that de-facto are two way.

The scenery of the hotel was incredible, pool very clean and the location was great as we expected to be a 10 minute drive from kotor old town. Absolutely loved our stay and will be returning

Because I booked it two days before check-in, the price was very expensive, but the room was large, and it was in the ancient city of Kotor. You could wander around the ancient city as late as you wanted at night

The cabs without a meter all wanted €15 but with the meter, it was only 7 euro from the hotel tothe hotel to the old city of Kotor. They will arrange for you to be picked up at the hotel for a tour of the bay

About 30 minutes walk from the ancient city of Kotor, you will pass by a few good seaside restaurants, and take a taxi for about 6 Euros

coffee on tap in small cups so machine frequently visited! Large bed in a large room (107) with a lovely bathroom. Could do with a lighted mirror for make up in the bathroom which would double up for men shaving

The central location makes the hotel ideal as we could reach most of the places we wanted to visit with ease. The gym, sauna and other amenities make it convenient and the overall service is excellent

It was also remarkably well sound proofed. We enjoyed the use of the gym (there is also a sauna) and complimentary breakfast which had a great range. We would love to come back and stay at Hotel Vardar

Without us asking, she made us breakfast boxes ready to be collected from the reception at 5:30 AM! Wonderful! Again, great hotel, wonderful staff, amazing location and I hope Adriana will get a raise because she deserves it!

And also it is located within an only-walking area. It has many eateries and small bars. This Hotel was once named as the Napolean’s Theatre. The relationship between the famous Napoleon and this hotel is worth learning

The restaurant is a real delight ,delicious food, beautiful presentation, and impeccable service. The staff are attentive and friendly, creating a truly relaxing atmosphere. Definitely one of the best places in Kotor

I got the wonderful opportunity to stay at this historical hotel of Hotel Cattaro. This is an amazing hotel located at the beautiful city of Tivat, Montenegro. This hotel is just 10 minutes drive from Tivat Airport

We stayed for 5 days and every day she would help us with a smile on her face, wonderful person! In the 4th day we went to visit Durmitor, which is a trip that starts at 6 in the morning and ends at 23:00

Since I am not a good historian, I suggest the visitors to have research on their own. However, the famous James Bond movie Casino Royale was filmed at this hotel. The rooms give a modern but antic style

The manager Boban was so kind and helpful, especially with use of the kitchen, and telling me the best places to visit. The room was beautifully decorated, comfortable bed and lovely modern bathroom

Cleanest place I’ve stayed in the Balkans—reasonable and friendly staff in the most walkable part of the city. And look at the view from my window! I’m coming back with my family someday and getting the same room.

PERFECT! Such an easy walk from the bus station and into the walled city to Antika Guesthouse. View of the stone street below. Very comfortable bed! And spacious room. Bathroom with large shower was luxurious

Our room (room #1) had a nice sofa. Two large windows for nice light. There is a shared kitchen and it was very clean. Nikola and his staff were most welcoming. Overall this place was AMAZING!!

What a delightful guest house! Easy to find in the heart of the charming old city, really well located, in the midst of restaurants, shops and bars, and a short walk to the seafront

The location is excellent – just a few minutes’ drive from the Old Town, which gives you a peaceful atmosphere while still being close to the main attractions

Ate at the hotel on a couple of occasions and have to say the steak was among the best I have had. The pool was lovely and warm and although the music a little distracting, it would be turned down on request

All spectacular Kotor bay and the surrounding mountains were impressive. Also the views by the pool and the roof are really glorious. The staff are so helpful, professional and friendly

In my opinion, this is the perfect hotel. It’s just a 7-minute drive into the old town, and the hotel offers AC, a clean pool, and stunning views. However, you will need to rent a car or taxi everywhere if you stay here

The only downside is the consistently loud music in the lobby and by the pool. Despite being the only guests around, our request to lower the volume was denied

Only thing that I can complain about slightly is the location of the villa because it’s in a very steep spot up in the village. Though this is not really an issue because it’s still in the lower area in Montenegro

The house itself is palatial, nicer amenities than at home, beautifully and carefully decorated with every utility and item you could possibly need. even bath robes and towels for the pool

It got to the point where we discovered some new really thoughtful thing and our reaction was 'wow, but why am i not surprised?' Most places you get a 2m wide pool and it looks stretched in the photos, the photos here do not do this justice at all, it was big enough to exercise in even with a swim-spa-jet for those who want to exercise in the 33'c heat of July in Montenegro

Wonderful villa with every amenity you could think of (such as a wine cellar)! Lovely pool and bbq area with stunning views of Tivat and Kotor Bay

At the pool there was a fridge, a nice fan, beautiful gardens

We were met near the villa by Goran who is a lovely friendly Gentleman, he took us to the villa and gave us a tour of all the amenities, no key safes here! Goran and Jelena had thought of everything, providing a LOT of essentials so we could just start relaxing, even providing a wifi dongle so that we didn't need to pay for a Data Sim while out and about
