What a delightful guest house! Easy to find in the heart of the charming old city, really well located, in the midst of restaurants, shops and bars, and a short walk to the seafront

PERFECT! Such an easy walk from the bus station and into the walled city to Antika Guesthouse. View of the stone street below. Very comfortable bed! And spacious room. Bathroom with large shower was luxurious

However on day I checked there was nobody there to welcome me and local restaurant had to call someone to let me in. Although amazing 13th century building there are several steep steps to apartment

Cleanest place I’ve stayed in the Balkans—reasonable and friendly staff in the most walkable part of the city. And look at the view from my window! I’m coming back with my family someday and getting the same room.

The manager Boban was so kind and helpful, especially with use of the kitchen, and telling me the best places to visit. The room was beautifully decorated, comfortable bed and lovely modern bathroom

Our room (room #1) had a nice sofa. Two large windows for nice light. There is a shared kitchen and it was very clean. Nikola and his staff were most welcoming. Overall this place was AMAZING!!

Contact the host in advance about checking in. There is a "club" with wild music nearby. Check in only if you came to club) There was no hair dryer, Wi-Fi and the TV did not work. The air conditioner did not cope

They made us feel like family in a perfect location, thank you for everything.

I was quite worried after reading the negative comments. But everything was fine, check in within 5 minutes after calling. The room equipment is older, but everything was clean. There was a working kettle in the room

The neighborhood of the accommodation, the old town is absolutely amazing. The only problem that (the accommodation informs about is) the noise from the bar next to the accommodation, it is really loud until 1 am

Cleanliness and service are excellent. Right in the very center of the old city. For non-athletic people and elderly people it may be uncomfortable to go up to the room, the stairs are very steep

Another personal disappointment: we were not able to have breakfast, because the reception opens at 9, although it is written in the room that breakfast starts at 7

He is a kind and knowledgeable host and can help you with everything. Beds are comfy, the space is clean and refreshing. Working wifi, hot water, Air-conditioning

We travel a lot and in our opinion this is the best guesthouse/hostel in all of Kotor

Perfectly located from the old town (i. , far enough from the crowd and close enough to everything) and 15 min walking distance from the bus station, in Dobtota. It's overlooking the sea and morning views are superb

It's perfectly situated close to Old Town Kotor & right on the water too! But most of all, you can't beat the hospitality. The host, Ogy is simply the best

It has an amazing view. There is alot of restaurants and markets close if you need. It also has a decent swimming pool. The place is close to many beautiful and old places the you shouldn't miss.

Nice accomodations when we drive to Albania.

The owners were very hospitable and helpful. The rooms are good but objects are a bit old. It is very close to the sea, just takes 5 minutes down

Above all, the owners are pretty, they offer handmade coffee all the time and there is a cosy atmosphere

Because I booked it two days before check-in, the price was very expensive, but the room was large, and it was in the ancient city of Kotor. You could wander around the ancient city as late as you wanted at night

The front desk service is very good 👍
