Cleanest place I’ve stayed in the Balkans—reasonable and friendly staff in the most walkable part of the city. And look at the view from my window! I’m coming back with my family someday and getting the same room.

PERFECT! Such an easy walk from the bus station and into the walled city to Antika Guesthouse. View of the stone street below. Very comfortable bed! And spacious room. Bathroom with large shower was luxurious

Our room (room #1) had a nice sofa. Two large windows for nice light. There is a shared kitchen and it was very clean. Nikola and his staff were most welcoming. Overall this place was AMAZING!!

Even in the hot summer the restaurant in the courtyard is very pleasant, they have a steam fan. Waiters are very attentive and everyone can choose something they like from menu. They even have a black Nikšičko on tap 😉

We didn't stay here but we did go to the rooftop resturant at the top of the wall and it was stunning! we had a beautiful lady serve us, she was so friendly and welcoming

We have traveled all around Montenegro this trip and this was by far the absolute best service we have had, and not just us, all the tables around us

A truly romantic and genuine hotel in the port of Old Town of Kotor. Good to know would be that it is in the middle of a restaurant plaza and can be a bit noisy, but it stops before midnight

Every staff member is responsive, helpful and has a great knowledge of Old Town Kotor and its surrounding areas. Cleanliness of the shared areas and all rooms is exceptional and genuinely appreciated

Kind and respectful staff. Looks very stylish. Clean. Pretty well maintained. Restaurants nearby. Inside old Town. What else should I say to convince you stay🤣 and I ain't being paid

We were here for dessert and drinks after dinner. The restaurant is elegant and the desserts are very delicious. The service was perfect for everyone. We didn’t look for another place

They also have a small gym (equipment works though) with a steam room and sauna. Service was ok, nothing special but on par with Montenegro in general, where the attitudes aren’t great

Right in the middle of old town, past the sea gate Rooms are really nice, beds, bathroom, everything Breakfast display is fantastic as well

Really comfortable stay with a beautiful, luxurious hotel room and bathroom. One thing I have feedback for - the website says the concierge is 24/7 but it isn’t

Charming hotel in the middle of the old town. I love staying in these old buildings. The entire staff was extremely welcoming and kind, and breakfast in the cute courtyard was a refreshing start to the day

The hotel has its own secure parking just outside the city wall a short walk away. They have a buggy to take you there when you check out, we very much appreciated Luka taking us

Local music went on rather late but we stayed on a Friday night so this was not unusual for a weekend. The restaurant served a fabulous breakfast with friendly attentive staff

If you have a car, their parking lot is extremely convenient too! The only downside is the jazz cafe right next to the hotel which runs past midnight, so can be stressful

We look forward to staying here again when we come back to Kotor, so much to see to fit into such a short visit so we have to come back!

Such a beautiful apartments with good vibes in the center of Old Town

Loved it! Loved it! The location, vibe, cleanliness, amenities and the beautiful aesthetic look are just a few of the many things why this is definitely our favourite out of all the places we stayed at in Montenegro

Amazing place to stay in the very heart of the Old Town. Tiny details like complimentary coffee, tea etc. made our stay even more convenient. Rooms are spacious and luxurious and we enjoyed every moment of our stay

Out of all the beautiful sights, the biggest attraction is perhaps the Old Town - and Kotor Nest is conveniently situated right at the heart of it. Apart from the location, we loved the chic design of the place

Upon entering the property you could just feel the combination of historical and modern…comfortable rooms and in general such a pleasant shared kitchen and living room. Will come back again for sure!

Kotor Nest has become like our home within just a few days time. Starting off, the city is absolutely magnificent. You simply cannot tick off Montenegro without spending some time in Kotor

stayed here with his friend Evan for 7 nights in early August 2024. I visited him and the room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The views of the bay were beautiful. The proximity to the city center was 5 minutes walk

Hotel Porto in is in the very center of Kotor, very close to the Port of Kotor. Rooms are not so big but clean and tidy. You can find slippers in the room

There’s a grocery store nearby, as well as many restaurants. The staff is friendly and helpful to my son and his friend. My son reported that the beds were comfortable and the air conditioning worked very well

The staff is so lovely!!! We booked this hotel last minute after a terrible Air BnB experience and this hotel was perfect for a quick weekend. Comfortable beds and strong air conditioning. Close proximity to old town.

We had a great two night stay there. All the stuff is really friendly and helpful. You are in 5 minutes by foot in the old town. We can absolutely recommend this hotel!

It is possible to go down in the morning and immediately at the local restaurant to have breakfast for 5 € if you are a guest of this hotel. One of the best holidays in my life. Magical place!!!!! 10 out of 10

An excellent place for an overnight stay and for a long stay in Kotor (Old town). The apartments are located in the old town. Cool hostess always ready to help!)

Everything will tell you and show. The hotel is in the heart of the old city - live music is heard around restaurants, foreigners are around

The hostel is very close to the entry gate of Old Town. They didn't have a room for 4 but two rooms for 3+1. When she asked who would take single room and no one answered, I took the room

That, a vintage radio they had rewired to play from their playlist, plus a huge 3D TV in the room and 25 different newer, blockbuster movies to watch! Everything in the room was clean and worked properly! Then the service

We were in one of the attic rooms which was spacious enough for two and had all amenties that we needed. We also loved the old rigged radio playing regional tunes which was very soothing

We stayed for two nights in March and had an amazing time. The main door opened literally into a museum-like place with artifacts and themed rooms

Gave us not just tips where to go but also told as history of town, showed us best food places and made our stay extra special

The best place where I lived. I recommend taking up the room (attic) and ask the hostel where is the best fish restaurant

Excellent view from apartment. Good price to quality. Very nice and helpfull owners. Close to Kotor :2-3 EUR by taxi ? Wi fi, TV, shared balcony for each floor. I can recommend that place!

Go for the appartment rather than the room and don't be surprised if they throw in some extras or pay the tax for you

Very cosy place in the very center of old Kotor town, with perfect service. People working there are always with a smile on their faces and willing to help you with everything you need

My room was neat and comfortable, towels weee changed daily, and staff were very helpful and friendly.

Although its location is great, it was thought that the service and the hotel's poor condition would not attract attention by simply hiding behind the location advantage. But that's not exactly the case

Small 3 star hotel inside the old town's wall with everything you'll want or need within walking distance.

Amazing location Super noisy you hear everything from the other rooms and water flowing in the pipes Cleaning could be better. Very old with nice renovated bathroom

Unfortunately, you only wake up every hour from the conversations on the street, the conversations in the next room, the suitcase wheels on the hotel corridors and the cobblestones of the street

It has an amazing view. There is alot of restaurants and markets close if you need. It also has a decent swimming pool. The place is close to many beautiful and old places the you shouldn't miss.

The owners were very hospitable and helpful. The rooms are good but objects are a bit old. It is very close to the sea, just takes 5 minutes down

Above all, the owners are pretty, they offer handmade coffee all the time and there is a cosy atmosphere

If you want to stay in the center of Kotor on a budget, this is a fine choice

We came all the way from Dubrovnik because we heard that the service here is good,we are not mistaken,the level of hospitality provided by the older gentleman waiter is truly incredible,the younger waiter was absorbing knowledge from him all the time,congratulations,we will come again because this is something to experience twice

The staff was very kind, friendly and helpful. You had a few options to choose from. The rooms were small, with small windows. It is not a problem, since the building it self is very old and authentic

The hosts were great and helpfull, the place is in the middle od old town but without bars on the same street do Hood for sleepong (no noise).
