Great hotel with good view. It is far away from the center though.

The room is very old and the sanitary conditions are not good, but the location is good.

I think it is a hotel turned into a villa, the location is 5-10 minutes from everywhere, the parking fee is 15 Euros, don't pay, there is a free parking lot in the neighborhood right across, there is the coastal road below, I recommend it for walking.

The Seaview Bay Deluxe Double Room is actually a house next to the road, what kind of sea can you see!! It's very noisy. The hotel is very satisfactory. The room is clean and warm. You can enjoy the beautiful sea view from the balcony. The service staff are very warm and friendly. The breakfast is rich and varied. I am very happy to stay for a few days. I will recommend friends to stay here~

Great hotel, with a really good breakfast included. Location was brilliant, 40 minutes walk along the water front to Kotor old town. Incredible views from the hotel across the bay. Unfortunately the pools were out of action during our stay. The beach was definitely the highlight!

It is one of the best places we stayed in during our recent vacation in Kotor. The rooms are cozy and well appointed. Breakfast was really good with excellent choices. The central location makes the hotel ideal as we could reach most of the places we wanted to visit with ease. The gym, sauna and other amenities make it convenient and the overall service is excellent.

Overall this hotel was lovely. A couple of things I found a little strange - e.g. when requesting to book the sauna in advance I was first told it could be booked until 10pm but later was told I was too late to book at 8.30pm. I was very satisfied with Hotel Vardar. The rooms are very large and I had a beautiful view of the square and the walls. The breakfast was plentiful with many choices. In the maze of Kotor Old Town, this hotel is easy to find as it’s near the sea gate. I didn’t have any issues with noise, as others have reported, at the time of my visit. Highly recommend.

We loved our two nights at Hotel Vardar. The staff were very accommodating and upgraded us to a balcony room with great views of the square. The room was very spacious and the bed comfortable. It was also remarkably well sound proofed. We enjoyed the use of the gym (there is also a sauna) and complimentary breakfast which had a great range. We would love to come back and stay at Hotel Vardar.

We didn’t stay in the Hotel Varder but we had a wonderful dining experience in the restaurant. Great service, delicious meals with a beautiful setting. By chance we chose to eat lunch at the Varder when exploring the Old City in Kotor Montenegro. My group and I would make the Varder a destination next time in Kotor.

We had a great stay at this wonderful hotel. Breakfast food is well prepared and thought off. Rooms are clean and spacious, they use well branded shampoo, conditioners and body wash in the bathroom. The staff are amazingly attentive, polite, respectful and helpful. Being in the center of Old Town Kotor, it allows you access to everything you need during your stay.

Pros: wonderful location, good breakfast Cons: stayed in two different rooms, both of which didn't have a working air conditioner - in 35 degree weather. Hotel couldn't even offer a fan. It was unbearable.

Nice location but place has strong pros and cons The decor of the room is a bit gawdy. One can keep hearing many sounds and noise including the time bell which can be disturbing. Food was just ok. Great location, friendly staff, especially the receptionist, Adriana. My girlfriend and I relied on the great information she provided us with when we went visiting different spots, as we didn't really know what to see. Wonderful experience.. It's one of the best holidays ever... The great beach is in front of the hotel. There are never too many people. Staff is very friendly. We booked the hotel 30 mins before we arrived. There was parking in front of the hotel. There we were greeted and shown to our rooms. A family room and a double room. The hotel was generally nice and the location was convenient. The staff were friendly and helpful, which I really appreciated. The room was clean and quiet, but the bathroom was quite small and a bit uncomfortable to use. It worked fine for a short stay, but might be an issue for some guests.

A very nice and beautiful hotel with a direct entrance to the sea and private area at the see. Unfortunately our room wasn’t completely clean when we arrived. We mentioned it at the reception and they handled it very professionally and reacted really friendly and directly took care of the issue.

The hotel staff were excellent! I fell sick on the first day, they organised a driver to take me to hospital, they cooked me soup whilst I was recovering and they made sure I was ok every day. This is tricky review because loved Kotor and when I met the manager of Antika, once the day after I checked in he was nice and made great suggestions. The location is great. Cleanliness and service are excellent. Right in the very center of the old city. For non-athletic people and elderly people it may be uncomfortable to go up to the room, the stairs are very steep. In my opinion, this is the perfect hotel. It’s just a 7-minute drive into the old town, and the hotel offers AC, a clean pool, and stunning views. However, you will need to rent a car or taxi everywhere if you stay here. The only downside is the consistently loud music in the lobby and by the pool. Despite being the only guests around, our request to lower the volume was denied.

Just arrived back to UK after 3 nights here with wife and two kids, following 5 nights at the Rixos Dubvrovnik. It’s a fairly new place and spotlessly clean. Excellent apartments in an even more beautiful setting with very helpful staff. There is also a quiet small campsite with glamping options. Breakfast was also tasty and well prepared. We were there for an overnight stay and in transit. Highly recommended!

Great apartment! It was a pleasure cooking because the kitchen is equipped with all you need and they have also good knives! Perfectly located from the old town (i.e., far enough from the crowd and close enough to everything) and 15 min walking distance from the bus station, in Dobtota. It's overlooking the sea and morning views are superb. Clean, well maintained and organised to cook thank to a well equipped shared kitchen. I stronhly recommend.

The room is clean, but the shared bathroom is small. 15 minutes walk from the bus station. The main gate is not easy to find. There is a small door with access control just after passing the building, which is very inconspicuous. There are many travelers from different countries to make friends with. City tax is 1 euro per person per day. There is no elevator, so the luggage has to be carried upstairs

Great hosel Amazing service, shared rooms are clean and comfy, WiFi was amazing, the bathroom is shared but clean and you’ve got everything you need, shower gel provided. Shared kitchen fully equipped with everything you need. The view from the balcony is amazing, literally across from Kamelija shopping centre and Voli supermarket.
