Hotels with heated pool in Perast

The working staff were young, energized and so passionate to talk about Forza Mare and other chains they have also in Kotor & Porto Montenegro ( which defeintely ill visit)

This is purely a review of the restaurant and a warning re pricing model. We are here the other night staff were friendly and attentive and the food was good though portion size was a little small for the cost

All staff are extremely friendly and attentive, serving food and drinks then taking plates away very efficiently. The food was delicious both nights and we thoroughly enjoyed the BBQ style of our meals

We would recommend this restaurant to anyone staying in the area and hope to return at some point in the future!

Went there for dinner this evening. The table side service was very good with every server very much ready and willing to attend to us. Our dissatisfaction lies with the price and presentation of the food

For a 5 star hotel/restaurant we were expecting at the very least hot food and better designed plates. We ordered the sea bass, sea bream (which suggests it's 2 fish) we only received one of the two fish

Breathtaking views, lovely, big clean rooms, amazingly friendly hosts that make you feel at home. Access to kitchen, sauna and gym. Outdoor swimming pool available during summer months

What an amazing place, beautiful big, clean room, large balcony with stunning views and you couldn’t ask for nicer hosts. They couldn’t do enough for us and give us advice on where to go and what to see

About 45 minutes to 1 hr walk to Kotor downtown. Taxi costs around 5-8 euros per way. Kettle, water and coffee/tea in the room would be good additions. We loved the room and We enjoyed our stay

Tre Sorelle, a mediaval house, is right next to the accommodations. We really liked that part of Kotor

A special mention goes to the host, whose warm hospitality and kindness made us feel truly at home. Always ready to help, they added thoughtful touches that made our stay unforgettable

Fantastic place managed by amazing, kind and welcoming people. This house really is a palace. Nice, big and clean rooms with mini bar, nice bathrooms, amazing terraces with nice views

It is our 4th time staying here. Staff is great and location is amazing. Compared to many locations you get a great value for the money. I recommend this to anyone who is looking for a quiet place to relax

(and yes: they can be ordered beach/poolside! ) The rooms are rather worn down and beds not the best either. but again: this is a 3-star hotel. All in all, a definite recommendation from here

We also found the staff welcoming and serviceminded, especially the daytime beach/pool service, housekeeping and restaurant staff

We rented three rooms: in one, the fridge didn’t work, and in another, the air conditioning wasn’t functioning. Noise levels could definitely be improved with hallway carpets and better-sealing doors

Beautiful hotel, nice rooms, though there is no drinking water in the room and in the morning there was no hot water in the bathroom. Breakfast and lunch/dinner are not a buffet, but to order

The combination of beachfront and portside dining right by the bay of Kotor is unique, and the place has a tranquil and relaxed atmosphere to it

This place definitely exceeded our expectations. Apartments are super nice and clean, balconies big with nice view. To the beach there is only 3 mins walk, and also there is a private beach for hotel guests

But breakfast- it's out of this world! I've stayed in many hotels all over the world but this breakfast was by far the best. All together, this place is amazing and we will definitely come visit again

The hotel is very good and the price is very good. The only downside is that the location is not easy to find. At the entrance of the hotel, there is an alley, just turn in

Incredible scenery and wonderful restaurant and poolside staff. Delicious food and cocktails (and many cute cats). Limited number of sun-beds, but lots to do in surrounding area including boat trips and walks

Asking questions or making reasonable comments was met with hostility. For instance, we asked about guests reserving pool chairs at 9 a. and not using them until the afternoon, which happened frequently

On particularly hot days the smell by the pool and breakfast area is close to unbearable. We were lucky to travel in September when it was slightly milder

This is not only the best hotel in Montenegro but one of the finest in the entire Mediterranean region. The rooms are very clean and comfortable, and the management is hands-on and extremely helpful

The Grand Perast is a breathtaking gem nestled along the scenic coastline of Perast. Our stay was filled with unforgettable moments, but what truly elevated the experience was the flawless service

Best restaurant in Perast. The squid stuffed with shrimps are excellent. Shard is less tasty though. Service is good and the view is amazing

Elegant restaurant with professional service. You can eat great food looking at a beautiful view there. We ordered steaks and salad - totally worth their prices. I am sure if you go there you will be delighted.

- breakfast was nice, but a bit basic - lived that perast was closed off to cars on our visit CON'S - The hotel has rooms on different parts of perast, some of the rooms like ours were labelled as a different hotel name but 'managed by Hotel Conte' which seemed a bit weird

- the pool is up on the hill after quite a few staircases - so just be mindful if you want to access it - no gym or fitness centre :-( Overall - highly recommended and we would stay here again for sure

We truly appreciated the fast thinking and solution. - everything in the room was too low-level, including kettles, glasses, cups etc. so it seemed a little dangerous with our toddler at times

- We encountered an issue with the hot water running out mid shower with our toddler. Ed immediately got us a solution (had to complete her shower in a different, vacant room)

The breakfast was delicious, as well as the food in the hotel restaurant. Moreover, the whole place was very quiet and peaceful, so it's perfect for couples or single travellers who want to avoid all the children noises

Really loved everything about my stay at the place. Location is great, the whole facility is in the carefully and nicely renovated old palace, staff is helpful and attentive yet not intrusive

The hotel is located in the most beautiful location of Perast. Easy to reach, private parking is available. You are greeted with an incredible view as you enter the hotel. There is a pool directly accompanying this view

Stay here, you will not regret it! We stayed 5 nights and had the most incredible honeymoon. Private dining, poolside drinks, the most incredible breakfast of any hotel I've ever stayed at

There is a terrace next to the pool where you can relax. Each of the rooms is named differently, the view from each of them is magnificent. The interior of the rooms is well equipped

It is also quite spacious in terms of use. There is a restaurant they have contracted at Perast Beach for breakfast. You can have breakfast on the beach next to the sea. The hotel staff are very interested

The staff pointed us to little known swimming spots, the best views of Boka bay and exceptional restaurants. It's an intimate boutique experience that really makes you feel like you own the place

The pool area is nice, however when the hotel is full it is too small for the amount of guests

Regarding mobility - if you are disabled and have very small children you will have a very difficult time to get into Perast as there are about 180 steep steps to be covered in each direction

The Hotel has very big potential however there are several issues which need to be addressed: First of all the view when having the very good breakfast is spectacular

It can be warm, and al fresco dining (all meals) was beautiful but outside in the heat. We never had an issue - but if you are heat sensitive come when the weather will be best suited for you

Great location in a restored Venetian palace just off the seafront run by the very friendly Gajic family. The apartments are thoroughly modern and comfortable and you will be well looked after by David and his parents.

Beautiful apartments and the kindest people running the place. David and his parents are sweet and helpful all the time. Location and view from the apartments is perfect. Clean and newly renovated.

The location is ideal, on a relatively quiet section of the highway running along the coast of Boka Kotorska (deep Bay of Kotor). The road here has no turns, which eliminates the possibility of traffic congestion

In front of the house there is a small private stone jetty on the water with reclining chairs and umbrellas, pillows and towels - the perfect spot (highly recommend swimming early in the morning!)

The en-suite bedrooms are sparkling clean and beautifully appointed, linens are fresh every day, providing first-class comfort and an ambience that blends in perfectly with home-like surroundings

The house itself is a beautifully restored traditional rustic stone house with the host family living in one half and 4 guest apartments and common areas in the other half

You can park there free, they have even a small part of the beach with deck chairs. Near are the postoffice and lots of good restaurants

It is between Kotor and Tivat, so you can easily go to visit this cities by bus or car. I really recommend you the place
