Rooms were ok but service was really bad. At check in there was not even a greetings from the person at the desk despite my platinum status in their loyalty program but what really made this experience worse was the behaviour of the person at the desk during the check out. We had to take a taxi to be at the airport at 5:00 am so trying to check out at 4:45 am ona. Booking that was done using reward points the person at the desk told me I had to pay in cash and I explained that the reservation was made on the app and covered with my points, she went totally off with a very disrespectful tone of voice to tell me I had to pay cash or I can’t leave the hotel. I told her the rooms were already paid and showed her the emails with the confirmation. I also asked her to regulate her tone as it was not respectful. After few minutes of this she asked me to forward the confirmation emails and let me and my family go, obviously I won’t be coming back to this hotel.

UPDATE: After paying the absurd fee, I can recommend that no one stay here in the summer as there is a serious air conditioning problem. If this is the situation in April, I can’t imagine how bad it would be later in the year.

I’m appalled by the service I just experienced. I was just hung up on by a woman at reception who refused to give her name and said “I’m ending this conversation now.” because she demanded we pay a fee for changing rooms when the temperature of our first room was unbearable and the air conditioning was not working. Let me make it clear, I was not unwilling to pay $10 for a room change (not unreasonable at all, but suspicious as to whether this happens often) and would not be leaving this review until the exchange I just had with this woman. She said I may not speak with a manager and hung up on me. I’m just shocked.

I would also like to say that I never leave negative reviews! However, as someone who has worked in hospitality for a decade and has experienced exceptional service throughout Montenenegro, this really bothered me because I hate complaining but the room must have been 25 degrees! Customer service, respect and empathy are things I highly value, and I’m really disappointed.
