Ramada by Wyndham Podgorica

The hotel was a disappointment. We expected more from a 4-star hotel. When booking the room, it was written that there was a mini bar, glasses of wine, chocolate/cookies, a bottle of water. None of these were there when we arrived. The refrigerator was empty. In the evening they put a bottle of water in the room. Although the room is very spacious, it is old-fashioned, with a strong smell of cigarette smoke, even though it is written that smoking is not allowed. The room has a floor carpet that is probably soaked in odor. It should be noted that both in the room and in the corridors the carpets are dirty with stains and does not make for a pleasant feeling. The view from the room is to the street below. In general, the hotel needs renovation. The lobby is noisy, loud music, guests smoking inside the lobby. The hotel itself is not central, a 10-15 minute walk to the center. But it is close to the mall and there is parking in the mall's parking lot for free. Basic breakfast. Bad coffee. Below the hotel there is a cafe shop with great pastries.
