Coming to the hotel we were greeted by the very lovely hotel staff Marina. The rooms are clean and spacious although we were on the part where there is an ongoing construction work so we often wake up with noises. They also gave me a complimentary bottle of champagne and a cake for my birthday. Also we were not able to use the rooftop pool as it was always closed, when we asked the reception it was due to chance of rain? Overall it is a nice hotel to stay with during your holiday

Lovely hotel situated not too far from Budva Old Town. The rooms are spacious and clean. Staff friendly and helpful.
Breakfast is a buffet style. Seating available inside and out on the terrace which is fine in good weather.
An a la carte menu is available in the evening.
Roof top bar is good with views across the bay, an infinity pool & sun loungers, parasols to use. Staff great and the food is lovely in this area.
Sauna & massage service available to residents of the hotel.
Down side is that it is situated on a very busy dual carriageway.

Lovely hotel which is impeccably clean.
We had a suite which was spacious, and the bed was really comfy, and room was cleaned daily. The side balcony was small and just about had a side view of the sea which was disappointing.

Pool is lovely, with amazing views of the bay. Be aware though that it has a number of steps up and then only a ladder into the pool which could be a challenge for some.

Breakfast was good, lots of variety including freshly made eggs, omelettes, and pastries.

Staff helpful and polite. We had one issue waiting nearly an hour for a meal at the pool bar which was only just warm when it arrived and staff seemed stressed even though it was quiet, so didn't eat there again.
Bar staff were lovely and brought drinks direct to sun loungers.

Hotel is located on a busy bypass, however is only a 5 to 10 minute walk to the sea front which has lots of restaurants, bars & shops. Stay to the right, 20 minute walk to Budva old town which was lovely, we went most evenings for a drink / food. Caspas bar is lovely.
Taxi from the hotel was only about 4 euros.

Had a wonderful week’s stay here. The room was meticulously clean and serviced every day. All the staff were very friendly. The pool area is quiet and offers stunning views over the bay. Breakfast was acceptable. All in all, a fantastic experience.

The staff were friendly and greeted us with kindness after our long travels. We weren’t sure why, but we were upgraded to a suite which was very nice of them!

The pool was refreshing, and you could order drinks & sip on them while relaxing.

The rooftop food & drinks were good and priced accordingly!

Gym was small, and the spa, sauna, steam rooms felt 4-star when they are a 5-star hotel.

Parking is available for €10/night - but you might show up and there are no spots available. Luckily there was 1 spot for us!

Breakfast buffet was good. Wife and I left right after breakfast because we weren’t a huge fan of Budva (our next stop was Perast).

“Far” from the beach/sea. We are young and don’t mind, but were used to private beaches at previous hotels on our 2 weeks Balkans road trip!

All in all, we would rate this is a 4-star hotel, especially for the price we paid versus the location, amenities, and small features that add up to make a 5-star hotel.

Had a fantastic stay. The staff were all helpful, friendly and welcoming. Nice buffet breakfast. Gym and spa & underground parking available to use. The view from rooftop pool and bar was spectacular. 20 min stroll along to Budva Old Town.

We had the most wonderful stay at the Iberostar Slavija in early April and have recommended it to several people since returning home.

The location was perfect for us as it’s only a 5-minute walk to the nearest beach, and approximately a 20-minute walk to the old town. The food and drink menus were extensive and delicious, and we spent rather a lot more than we intended at the pool bar as we had to try and sample every cocktail on offer!!

The whole hotel was absolutely spotless, the cleaning staff are meticulous and very efficient. All of the staff were very attentive and helpful, and I was relieved to find that most of them spoke excellent English as I am ashamed to say my Montenegrin/Serbian is not very good! The overall service was just impeccable, and it’s clear the staff take immense pride in ensuring guests feel welcomed.

We finished our stay with a Turkish massage at the in-hotel hammam which was just sensational and left us feeling relaxed and refreshed! It was truly the perfect end to a perfect holiday, and we can’t wait to visit Iberostar Slavija again!

We stayed here for 5 nights in April and had a 5 star experience.
The staff were very good, especially Suzana at reception who gave us a warm welcome and was helpful throughout our stay. The rooftop pool and large terrace were glorious with amazing views of the sea and mountains.
Our room was spacious, well appointed and clean.
Highly recommend this hotel in Budva.

The hotel is perfect in every way. The location is excellent, most rooms have sea views. On the 9th floor (roof) there is a swimming pool - a unique place in Budva; no other hotel in this city could afford this. A special plus for the staff, they work efficiently, as needed. 250-300 meters to the beach. It’s very close, but I recommend going to the beach in Becici, where the sea is better and generally more beautiful. The rooms are cool and new. I recommend.
