Spacious, airy rooms, many with balconies as well which is a great addition. Staff were pretty friendly and accommodating which was appreciated. The buffet dinner had a varied selection albeit simple dishes, but definitely something for everyone. Breakfast felt a little more 'mediocre' for the quality but again they had a decent choice of eggs, cheese, meats, and fruit available so definitely gets the job done!

I can't give this hotel enough praise. I am American and played professionally in Montenegro before being transferred to another team in Spain for the remainder of the 2021 season. I originally booked for 2 nights, but due to how long it takes to get a visa, I had to extend my stay to 8 nights. The staff were more than understanding and helped me purchase PCR tests, taxis, entertainment, etc. They all spoke good English and the food was delicious. The people were wonderful. The room was beautiful with a great view. The spa and gym were exactly what I needed during these hectic times. Thank you, Hotel Aurel. I can't recommend this place enough.

An amazing surprise at a great price. Expect a first class hotel/restaurant/mini-spa on the outskirts of Podgorica (airfield area). As a travel writer, I stay in dozens of hotels of varying types and quality each year. Hotel Aurel is ideal for business travelers, couples or even families thanks to its spacious rooms, convenient location, delicious restaurant, gym, tranquil atmosphere and of course... mini spa. With a steam cabin, sauna, Jacuzzi pool, full body hot/cold shower and sun loungers, the spa gives the weary traveler something to look forward to at the end of a long day of work or travel. Highly recommend!

I stayed here for a week and really liked the place. the bed was very comfortable and the room was clean and well maintained. The staff was very helpful. WiFi was fast. The only negative I can think of is its location, a little far from the city center, but taxis are cheap here and it takes less than 10 minutes and about 3 euros to get there.

I will share with you the personal experience after 9 nights in this magical hotel.
Location: 10 minutes from the city center of Podgorica, near the hotel, various restaurants (you can order food to the hotel), supermarket, ATM.
Parking: without any problem.
Room: large and spacious, very clean and nicely decorated.  A stunning view from the window and a stunning sunrise.
Restaurant: on the 4th floor, a dining room with a very charming staff that spoils the guests and personally takes care of every need and request.  Every morning they prepared my meal according to my request and even more.  It was very fun to sit on the balcony and drink morning coffee with you.
The cleaning team in the rooms: an amazing team of people who work from the heart and provide fast service and great love.  Everything I asked for they found a solution for and always with a big smile.
Spa: Wow, a pampering sauna, a fun jacuzzi with many currents for every part of the body and especially a stunning view from the 5th floor towards the city of Podgorica.
Reception of guests: the reception staff is always available and provides an immediate response to any request.  It was fun to chat with you at any hour about other things besides staying at the hotel.
What do I take with me to Tel Aviv?  You made me feel very wonderful.  I was happy to meet you every day with a wide smile, your concern and your interest in my health.  It is evident to you that it is important to you to receive guests with pleasant hospitality and love.  It's not obvious at all to me.
I would like to thank the hotel manager who helped me this morning in planning my itinerary, to all the hotel staff you are champions.  Keep it up please❤ I promise to tell all the residents of the State of Israel that you are amazing and that it is worth coming to visit you.

Recently, I had the pleasure of staying at this hotel for one night as part of a group, and it was quite an impressive experience.

Our group arrived quite late, beyond the regular dinner time, but we were pleasantly surprised to find that the thoughtful staff had prepared and left dinner portions in each room for us. Despite a few pieces of fish that didn't quite hit the mark, the overall meal was satisfactory, and the thoughtfulness behind this gesture was much appreciated.

We were all very impressed with the hotel staff, who were polite, helpful, and quick to assist. Their excellent service greatly added to the quality of our stay and left a strong, positive impression on our group.

In terms of accommodation, we found the rooms to be clean, spacious, and well-maintained. It was the sort of environment you'd want to relax in after a long day of travelling.

And the breakfast the next morning was simply amazing! There was a great selection of food that catered to all tastes, and it really added a highlight to our brief stay.

In light of our overall experience, we'd happily recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a comfortable, enjoyable stay with a service-oriented approach from the staff. This hotel truly made a mark, and we'd be glad to return in the future. We rate this hotel 4.5/5, only docking half a point due to the minor dinner issue.
