Great potential, with a disappointment management and execution. Other than the breakfast, which is great, the rest of our stay was just simply bad.
Not only that even though we let them know that we will be 4 person in the 6 bedded room, they counted tourist tax for 6. We asked that we wish to pay in cash, they charged our card in advance for 6 people.
The "manager" and the receptionist were absolutely not supportive with any issue, ie: how to use the TV...
The room was advertised for 3 separated areas for the 3 beds and actually it was only in one room and one of beds were broken (lucky that we were 4 not and not 6.....) They promised to fix it a day after our arrival, but nothing happened...
I am sure that you can find a better place in the region!

The staff is very friendly and helpful, the hotel is clean and tidy. We enjoyed our stay at the hotel and we definitely want to come back again.

Very nice , close to the beach. Breakfast is very good and tasty , staff is nice. Owner is such a cool person. Will come here again next year.

The hotel's billing process was unacceptable as they charged our card despite we paid the dinner by cash. If you stayed there, be careful and take the recept of payment.

Nice hotel, very friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was nice. Enjoyed time in the rooftop chilling area and pool.

It was our first time in Ulcinj, and AM Palace met our expectations. Newly build building, with superb breakfast, and great terrace. We appriciated the halal sign for the food that was served as breakfast. The neighbourhood is quite, but a bit unfinished infrastructure (I can not give AM Palace negative points for that, manicipality Ulcinj should invest more). There is ~1,8km to Barbossa beach on Velika Plaža from AM Palace, so about ~15min walk on flat ground, and ~3min drive. Stuff was pleasent and kind.

We had a great stay. Hosts who are owners are such nice and kind people.
Hotel was very clean and functional and room was stunning.
We went there for the labour day holidays, when weather is not so nice, so we were almost only guests in the hotel but staff made us feel welcomed and taken care of.
Be sure to ask for pool water temperature if you are staying in the suite with pool, for some it
might be hot for some it might be cold so its best to ask upfront :)
I hope we will have the chance to visit AM Palace again.
