Worst hotel experience of my life
Where should i start… there was something like a conference and the hotel was fully booked, i think we were the only other guests and that’s how we were treated.
The restaurant was only open for guests of the conference, so no dinner for us. They had a party every evening until 1am and then people were screaming on the hallway and slamming doors until 4am every night, so nearly no sleep for us.
The drain in the bathroom had a disgusting smell, we had to open the door and window and wait for 10 minutes every morning before we could enter. On our second evening we had no hot water. The fridge in our room was so loud, we had to switch it off.
The reception was almost never manned.
Unfortunately we paid upon arrival, otherwise i would have never paid the full price for this!
Besides all these points i will keep one positive memory - leaving and never coming back.

dont come if you value your belongings, i came back after a day of work and my room door was wide open with my computer on the table for anyone to see, i went to ask why that is and the 1st receptionist didnt speak english so he went and got the otherone which came over smelling of alcohol and just said to check my room if everything is there and if so then ok. No apology or whatever.

Very very disappointed. The staff was soo rude to say the least. The door of the room broken. Breakfast awful. DO NOT GO THERE

Unfortunately, we were very disappointed. Food was heavily over over salted, we ordered 1x beer, the waiter gave us 2x and ask to pay for that. In addition to this, we didint order any bread and we had to pay 2x 1,8 € for each person. At the end the waiter didn't say a word, he called a menager, the manager said we wouldn't pay for this beer with our next order.. at the end we paid the bill without beer, but with bread, without hearing a word from anyone, they do a „favor” to serve you. I do not recommend.

The hotel was horrible.first of all, the location of the hotel is far a way from the city ,there’s nothing around…there wasn’t any elevator in the hotel .when we came to the room it was old and dirty.the tv didn’t work and even the drawers didn’t open. In my specific room there wasn’t a refrigerator which other rooms had .the electric sockets didn’t work and on the middle of my shower I ran out of any water.when we came to complain 5 minutes after we checked in there wasn’t any receptionist in the reception (in retrospect: she was talking to tourists in the restaurant). No refill or variety of food . I don’t wish my enemies to stay in this “hotel”. Don’t go here run away from this hotel.

The best restaurant in Zabljak.
The vintage cottage atmosphere with antique wine decoration is out of this world.
The pricing is much lower than a normal Kotor restaurant.
Cheese and ham omelet, hot chocolate, pan cake, sandwich, soup etc were outstanding.

We had a half board. In the morning they didnt provide espresso. The quality of food was so bad. We went and ate somewhere else.

One of the best hotels in Zabljak. Rooms are very cozy and clean. Also the food is great and the prices are reasonable (thay have almost all domestic montenegrian food). They have parking in front of hotel and the hotel is very close from the center (about 10min walking) so you dont need your car much. Also they do all kind of excursions so you dont need to go anywhere alse for that if you are foreign.
