Overall, a pretty decent hotel when considering the price point. The rooms aren’t glamorous but the beds are comfortable. We stayed here on two occasions and it seems like the south-facing rooms come with air conditioning, though the north-facing rooms do not - at least that was our experience with the two rooms that we were given. The north-facing room (#203) was a bit too warm, even with the windows opened up at night.
The staff are generally very friendly once you engage with them - there was one woman in particular, who I think works in the restaurant/lounge, who was exceptionally nice and helpful throughout our stay.

Pretty nice service and clean room

Very clean hotel even for the age of the building. The staff are very helpful and went out of their way to help with finding a money changer and getting a local sim card.

Good service, rooms are clean and with all amenities, a bit outside and along a noisy road, breakfast is quite basic.

I read really good reviews about this hotel, thats the reason why I booked this hotel but I wanted come on here and write an honest review so people who are looking to truly travel and relax can book the appropriate place. I liked that the hotel room was cleanly and this place has actual parking in such a busy city. Things that I didn’t like were the staff working at the front are not so friendly, there’s people (locals) parting all night until 6am in the morning yelling in the hallways and the overall vibe of the hotel. Seems like it’s a primary spot for people who are looking to drink all night and party without interruptions. If you’re someone who wants relax at the hotel room wind down for the night maybe somewhere quieter might be better fitting.

Great hotel, clean and fresh rooms, English speaking personal and tasty breakfast. I strongly recommend this hotel. Next time only Zolo Hotel.

I strongly recommend ZoloStar hotel. The rooms are so clean and comfortable, and attractive, and the staff were really helpful. I liked being so close to the shops and centre of town. The hotel called us a taxi when we needed it and spoke some English which was really useful. They provided breakfast in their restaurant each morning. We loved it and thought it was a very good deal compared to others we tried.
