Kempinski Hotel Khan Palace

What I liked: great staff, friendly, the guys speak excellent English, which is nonsense for Mongolia, one of the employees even speaks Russian.
Good location. Since there are unreal traffic jams in UB, you need a hotel with parking. Everything is great with that too. There are shops nearby, a good Irish bar. Excellent Wi-Fi, water every day, the room is cozy, large, a good view from the window. The room has everything, including a minibar.

What I didn't like: the air conditioning didn't work!!!! Well, that's a huge minus. And also the soundproofing is not as good as they write about it. You can hear your neighbors, there is also constant traffic outside the windows.
Disgusting pillows, very uncomfortable to sleep, but the mattresses are excellent. The shower is not very well adjusted.

Great hotel in good location. Very clean and staff was friendly. Bed mattress was worn out and saggy. 

It was up to expectation, with all the amenities well prepared. Room is clean, comfortable and fairly modern. The staff is always ready to accommodate our needs, all in all, very happy with the stay!

Comfortable , clean and peaceful estate. Very friendly staff eager to help. Sakura Japanese restaurant is average food quality, over priced and poorly staff. Massage service is also average as Mongolia is newly introduced to this service.

Very nice hotel. The rooms are big and the staff are very friendly. All staff speak fluent English. The breakfast is excellent and delicious. The food in the other restaurants in the hotel is also very tasty, and the food service is at a very high level. Highly recommend this hotel to everyone,

The room is quite big, the bed is clean and comfortable, the shower water is hot, and it is very quiet. The decoration is a bit old. Although the breakfast is not very varied, it is exquisite and delicious. It is a good choice

Place is convenient. Service could be better and place might need a renovation.

Great overnight stay. All facilities/amenities are 5 star standard. City centre is walking distance. Fairly priced restaurant with quality food. Very polite and helpful staff.
