Puma Imperial Hotel in Ulan Bator

This hotel is simply devastating! I stayed here for two days, but no one cleaned the place. I asked the front desk to change my bath towels, but they gave me two floor towels! No one responded to us when we asked to change the garbage bags, so we had to find bags to put the garbage in ourselves! The most hateful thing is that when we booked the hotel on Ctrip, they said they would provide airport shuttle buses, but later told us that they would be charged. Is that okay? We booked it for 2pm one day in advance, but the front desk said it would be 2:30pm. As a result, it was almost 3pm, but we were told that we didn’t know when the airport bus would arrive. We were so anxious that we had to find a car on the spot and almost missed the plane. I have traveled to 90 countries and stayed in countless hotels, both good and bad, but this one is the worst in the world! An older waiter at the front desk was very unfriendly to the Chinese. I didn’t want to argue with her, but her irresponsible attitude made me very upset. This hotel is amazing!
